My experience at Coastal Run has been positive. It's an oasis in the middle of Delaware with nice houses, a beautiful view, walking trails, a gym, restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoy the easy living of this unique upscale rental community. The rental office is well run and friendly.

From the moment you reach out to the property management company you feel a sense of caring, kindness and consideration to the senior community. The residents have pride of ownership and Care about each other whether you are socially active or home bound due to wellness or other private reasons. It's a great place to be socially active and make new friends. What's not to love about a brand new home? Golf, pickle ball, pool, restaurants and summer entertainment.. it's all here if you want to be active or do nothing but rest and relaxation..

The community is clean. The people are friendly. The staff at the leasing office is responsive. Jimmy is amazing when completing maintenance requests. He is prompt, thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable.

The staff is very attentive. No complaints. We frequent the Sugar Beet and the staff and the food are top notch. Appreciated the staff arranging Covid shots on the premises. Impressed that with all the construction going on. Has not disturbed our daily routine.

Stay Away - Terrible Experience
This place is way over-priced for the area it is located (i.e. lower-slower Delaware). Plus, they were not well organized and had to come in to the home several times to correct problems while I was renting there. That meant each time, I had to be there as someone was performing the work. I took care of this home like it was mine and made sure it was in perfect condition when I left (scrub the showers, appliances, floors, etc..) and they held back a good piece of my security because II used maybe 8-10 wall anchors throughout the place. There was a train that ran behind the development, maybe 200 yards from the house which was loud and made the house vibrate. It was kind of hidden by fencing and some trees. I would suggest not to look here at all, or in other words "run away like your hair is on fire.

Excellent unit and excellent staff and we appreciate the grounds and a very convenient location too. Maintenance is always taken care of carefully, quickly and professionally and we really enjoy living here

Extraordinary customer service by Alicia and Sara. Nice house, nice community. A little off the beaten path. Other than McDonald's and Wawa most shopping is at least 20 minutes away in either direction

Only just moved in, positive experience so far. Our agent did a very good job welcoming us to the community and walking us through the house. She answered all our questions and assured us that some minor problems would be corrected.
