Fantastic place to live. Lots of activities, games, excercise cladses, book club and so much more. Wonderful friendly residents. Beautiful grounds. Swimming pool is a highlight for the summer months.

It is a BEAUTIFUL PLACE to live!!! The amenities are great! The people living here are so friendly! The landscaping is Fantastic!! The maintenance department takes care of all anyone needs. The Office Staff are top notch!!

It is a very quiet, clean community. There are tons of things to do here. There are also places to eat. Plenty of space to walk around. All in all it's a great place to live. We thoroughly enjoy living here.

People are friendly. Staff is very responsive. Lots of activities if you choose to participate. However if your have a dog the community may not be for you. Neighbors are aggressively anti dog. For example, I have received multiple complaints that my dog stepped onto their property. And he did just that, placed one foot onto their property. The dog park is inadequate for a large dog.

Since April 30th 2024, I've experienced nothing but friendly and courteous neighbors. Everyone says hello or waves. Being from NY its something to get used to, but I love it because I'm a very friendly person. What I also love the most is that it's a very active community.

Very nice staff and the community is very well kept. If you need anything you just call the office and they help pretty quickly. The pool area is kept clean at all times. I don't know what else to write.

Beautiful community, staff & residents are very friendly & really go out of their way to make you feel welcome!! Everyone here say they love living here!! There are lots of activities, and the golf course looks very well maintained! There's a beautiful clubhouse & cafe right on the grounds & the food is very good, so convenient!!

Very friendly neighbors. We all watch our for one another. The variety of activities is vast. If you are not active in this community it's because you don't want to be and not for the lack of things to do.

Quickly growing 55+ community set off from the business of the local community. Golf coarse intermingled throughout which can cause sometimes congestion causing problems for residents who walk or ride bicycles through the community. Some concerns with financial matters causing hoa fees to start skyrocketing due to golf coarse loosing money year after year.

Just enjoying every day House is great. The service I receive is wonderful I would recommend the area to my friends. The neighborhood is great. People are nice. Sugarbeet is a wonderful place to be to meet people and enjoy that wonderful atmosphere with a glass of wine.

l am loving the community and the home is very comfortable. My only problem with the house is as follows: I have an old refrigerator new people moving in after me on my block have the two door new refrigerator. Next I am 5 feet 10 inches and I find the shower heads and kitchen cabinets are two high for seniors. The small bathroom is cute but the tube is to high.

The reason we would not stay in the area is, lack of quality healthcare and lack of decent restaurants. Our yard landscaping problem has not been resolved, after several request and identifying the concerns. The last email on 8/23/23 (see below) where I stated I would buy the needed plants and plant them myself, if permissible was not even answered: Alicia Another month has come and gone and the landscapers haven't dealt with our front flower bed. As I indicated before, I am willing to purchase and plant plants that will stay fairly small, similar to what I see in other people's flower beds in the neighborhood, I will also place needed mulch. Great place to live. Very quiet but there is many activities to do including Golf, Pickleball, and tennis. There are also many social clubs to join. I would highly recommend Heritage Shores to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Mostly positive so far. Staff genuinely care about residents and want to be helpful... and service requests in a timely manner. They work hard to keep the community informed about what is happening that might affect them, e.g., the timing of recent street paving.

My family and I really enjoy living in this community. The grounds are beautiful. We can walk to the many activities, the clubhouse, the pool, and the restaurants. There is so many different activities to enjoy, everyone I meet is so nice!

The community is good. The amount of paperwork to rent is excessive. The rental staff are great. When we need something they respond. I would recommend Heritage Shores to others who need to rent while their permanent housing is being built.
