Such a breeze

I am writting this review about Allison. She is one of the leasing agents in the office, and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist the needs of residents and future residents. It doesn't matter if it is helping to print an important document, or simply assisting with a maintenance request, she is always kind and there to assist. Not to mention it is very much appreciated that the text communication is always very promptly answered. I am very happy that the property has added her to the staff.|

Definitely I will move in!

Alison was awesome! She showed all options at the computer and I was free to visit the apartments and take my time to review everything. Very professional and communicative! Definitely I will move in next a few months. Beside the amenities of Camden Aventura, the staff team was very important to make my decision.

Great community and feels like home

We have live in Camden for the last 3 years and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of the maintenance staff, especially Fernando. Its not often that you come across someone who consistently goes above and beyond, we always see him taking care of the building. He is incredibly respectful , professional and hospitable. No job is to big or small, he handles it with care, attention to detail, and a clear commitment to getting things done right the first time. What really stands out is his attitude. His approach to work with a positive, can-do mindset, and he takes the time to explain what is being fixed. Its clear he takes pride in their work, and it makes a huge difference in the overall living experience here. This level of service truly adds value to the community, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you Fernando for your hard work and dedication.

Highly Professional and Helpful

I had an excellent experience working with Alison at Camden Aventura. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive to all my questions. She guided me through every step of the application and leasing process with patience and clarity, making everything much easier for me, especially as I am new to the area. Alison always took the time to explain details, follow up, and make sure everything was moving forward smoothly. What I appreciated the most was her genuine willingness to help and her kindness throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to assist me and my family. I highly recommend working with Alison if you are looking for an apartment at Camden Aventura. She is absolutely the best!

Awesome Community

I love living here. The location is perfect, it's peaceful and close to everything awesome walking distance. The pools are beautiful, everything is pristine and well taken care of, and the staff is great!!! I always feel welcome and safe when I reach out to them. This is a very different experience compared to Camden Las Olas. When it comes to the staff, it's like night and day. I lived in Camden Las Olas for 2 years (2023-2025) and except for Chance (love him! He's a life-saver) and some of the maintenance guys who were really sweet (not all), the management people were not cool, not welcoming and often harsh, dismissive and ironic. I moved out of there and am so glad I'm at Camden Aventura now. I love it here. Thank you, Camden Aventura staff, for being so awesome.

Have to give credit to Patricio…he is awesome… He really goes above and beyond. I submitted one simple request, and he not only fixed it but also handled a few other things he noticed — quick, professional, and on point. He’s honestly one of the reasons I enjoy living at Camden. Savannah has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive to every detail. Can't say enough great things about Camden Aventura. The entire team is truly amazing professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. Charmaine, Tiffany, Kiara, Savannah, Marcus are absolutely exceptional. Charmaine's attention to detail and dedication to residents stand out in the best way. Aventura Camden ??

The best ever tour in Miami area . Being super picky, I can only express my gratitude to the entire team of Camden/ Aventura . This community is the best ever place I visited while searching my new home. Charmaine went above and beyond and she was the light of the office with her positive energy . The way she kept everything on the professional level and the same time expressing empathy made me stick with this beautiful community. I am endlessly grateful to the manager having her best team with such a beautiful people inside and out . Her welcoming attitude made our day. Hire more employees like Charmaine . I love Camden

I’ve been living at Camden for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s such a beautiful community, surrounded by so many great places. The maintenance service is always fast and very careful with their work. The administrative team is excellent – friendly, helpful, and truly knowledgeable. The managers are wonderful and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend living here. The property is well-maintained, there’s plenty of parking, and everything you need is just a short walk away – Aventura Mall, Loehmann’s Plaza, gas stations, and more. After more than three years, I can confidently say this is a fantastic place to live!

no recomiendo vivir en camden aventura

Candem Aventura, el conjunto a pesar de estar bien ubicado, es demasiado viejo, ventanas, accesorios, muebles, neveras y lavadoras viejisimas, los pisos y alfombras son tan viejos que salen hormigas y vichos, la neveras son como 10 años atras, se dañan frecuentemente, lo que hacen es reparar y reparar, nunca cambian, por no invertir, tuve problemas de humedad graves y nunca lo arreglaron , me daño las mesas de noche. Para sacar la humedad colocaron 4 ventiladores 24 horas durante un mes, nunca se soluciono, ovbiamente el costo de la luz me toco asumirlo, nunca respondieron, el olor a humedad fue terrible. Cobran pets control todos los meses , pero si usted no lo solicita que fumiguen, no lo hacen como prevención y si se quedan con el dinero, las ventanas son tan viejas que vienen selladas con pegante. Dicen que hay varias piscinas y la verdad en 8 meses todas han estado cerradas , solo funciona una. En resumen para el costo que es casi $3.000 dollares, no es justo. les Recomiendo, visiten la propiedad, y miren los apartamentos directamente, no se basen el la pagina, el engaño a nosotros fue ese, la verdad nada que ver con la realidad.

The location is fantastic, the area is safe, and the entire team at Camden Aventura is very professional. All the way from the maintenance team to the office. Camden Aventura property location, office and maintenance teams are extraordinary! Canal balcony view and stroll along the marina made day-to-day life feel like living on vacation. The manager, staff, maintenance team, all of them, were great! Stellar customer experiences in the office and around the property with Charmaine made us feel at home, in a community where we were valued. Our experience was so positive we relocated to another Camden property out of state. We’re here now and enjoying it also!
