After 4 years living in camden at aventura, i am very upset to say that this is an apartment complex that i do NOT recommend WHATSOEVER. Upon finalizing our lease and scheduling a date to vacate, we were unable to leave on yhe exact date due to the fact that the closing for our new home was delayed and we requested another day if it was okay. A nice lady (lauren i believe) said it was okay. My mother, at the early hours of the morning received a call from ANDY, KICKING HER OUT, screaming and yelling, insulting her and talking down to her in the WORST manners ad telling her she had to get out. Is this the kind of people you hire, camden? After four years of being your great cusomers, always paid on time and never had a complaint against us, is this how you kick the tenants who have been nothing but great? UNBELIEVABLE. PLEASE do not come to live here, not only are they extremely unprofessional, rude and lack customer service, but the apartments are NOT worth the price. Small and incomfortably set up, oh and just last month, we had the WHOLE SWAT TEAM come over and knock down out neighbor's door, whom we had been noticing were EXTREMELY weir and seemed to have been engaging in criminal activities. GREAT WORK ON BACKGROUND CHECK YOU GUYS BTW (we later found our neighbor's criminal records, which they had prior to that day, thanks google. SO in conclusion, avoid this place if you wanna avoid being talked down to by 30 year olds who think they are above everybody else just cause they living in aventura. Ba apartments and apparently lousy background checks

It is too bad there is no social scene. Management is not great, they talk behind your back, they don't listen, perception is that they do NOT care, they love to blame everything on the tenants. They are completely more interested to rent the units than take care of their tenants that live there. They should understand that they need to do 3 things - rent out, keep renters happy and have renters renew their lease! I think that Camden corporate should clean house (keep Laura) but Rick, Andy should be let go. The problems you have are because of their attitudes. I don't have parking issue but I have a garage. There is no social scene at all. We were yelled at for getting a cup of coffee out of the business center. Maintenance responds quickly to issues inside unit. Inside each bottom floor building could be swept out more. I love my location and view and so I am happy with my location. I am paying for the view as the unit inside is pretty crappy - the paint job - the doors - the stained bathtubs.

I currently live in the Camden Aventura. Before moving here I read some bad reviews and was worried but now that I'm here I realized that no Mather where you live you will always have people that will complain, usually when people are happy they forget to give a good review. I love it at the Camden and the staff is incredible!! I've had a few problems in my apart and they come right away and fix it. They are always available and making sure that everything is ok. It's beautiful here and pet friendly which is nice. I recommend the Camden to everyone. It's very laid back here. Love it.

The Front staff is unprofessional...
The Front staff is unprofessional and rude. The maintence man doesn't fix the AC even when you call him to fix it 10 times. Parking is ridiculous. And all this to pay a mortagage! $1600......FU!

The apartments are average...
The apartments are average but the price its high, quality of neighbor sometime its not so good. Example: Some people without T-shirts walking in the parking lots.

The apt. Are beautiful...
The apt. Are beautiful !! Too many dogs can't use the garden. Hate it Big big big parking problem. Esp if u have kids it's hard. Aircon engine noise is badddd Great location. The best! Staff is great!! Amazing pool

First lets start with...
First lets start with parking. Parking is complety frustating. You never get to park near your building. The spaces are not wide enough. I send 1000 per year fixing dings in my doors. It use to be a safe place, not I am not so sure after some recent issues. The staff acts like you are annoying them if you take an issue to them and then they dont want listen to you. We had an issue with cockroaches for two months. We taped off areas we KNOW they were coming from. Traffic is not bad unti Christmas. Then it is a nightmare.

The worst apartment community...
The worst apartment community to live in Miami. The building is plague with worms that go inside your apartment and management does not care about it... The apartment are very small and uncomfortable . I dont recommend this community to anyone.......

I think it was overpriced...
I think it was overpriced for the apartment. There are some beautiful apartments in the Aventura area and I realized I was paying a lot for an apartment that was not as nice as some of the others I saw in the area. The customer service was also horrible. They were very unhelpful and very rude. They are extremely nice when they are trying to get you to sign and the second they do, they are no longer friendly or cooperative. They are not understanding or accommodating. I was extremely disappointed. After I moved out, I heard the prices for the apartment went up even more. Not worth it.

Very poorly managed and...
Very poorly managed and not at all serious about responding to voiced issues or following up. They are naturally very friendly and inviting when selling you on a unit but all that comes to an end quickly after you've moved in. The regional manager is impossible to get a hold of despite dozens of voicemails left over the past few months.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT...
THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I HAVE AN INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES AND RICK HARRIS THE MANAGER, ALL HE CAN SAY IS "OH MY THATS HORRIBLE" AND COCKROACHES ARE ATTRACTED TO FOOD. IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOU CAN PAY YOUR BREAKING A LEASE FEE. THE WORST PLACE EVER. THE HALLWAYS SMELL OF GARBAGE, PARKING IS HORRIBLE, THE OFFICE STAFF NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, MY GUEST GATE DIDNT WORK FOR OVER A MONTH.

I love this community....
I love this community. The Camden staff is amazing, always there to listen to any issues and concerns and actually does something about it. When you put in a fix it request in they actually come and do exactly what you needed. Apartments are reasonably priced with a great variety of layouts. Location is great, very close US 1 not right on it. Very close to the Aventura mall ( we can walk there) but also not so close you deal with mall traffic! Pet friendly, boat friendly, multiple car friendly. A++ Property and Management.

In general, I have enjoyed...
In general, I have enjoyed living here and find it a good value for the money. however, it is important to say that, for the past two months, maintenance and parking have gone down hill tremendously. Hallways and common areas, including pool and hot tub, are dirty and not well maintained. Parking is a mess: in 48 days, I have had to park outside the gates in 45 occasions, while dozens of non-resident cars (no decal) are parked inside, and nobody enforces the policy!

I lived there for close...
I lived there for close to 10 years I would never recommend this community or this company. The staff in the office to include the Manager has no understanding of customer service or follow through someone needs to train these people. Don't bother spending your hard earned money to live there.

This was a good place...
This was a good place to rent from. Only issues that were problems were with tenants that didn't keep their dogs on leashes and did not clean up after the dog feces. The other issue was tenants that continued to park in No Parking areas and blocking garages.

Great location! The staff...
Great location! The staff is friendly and addresses tenant issues efficiently. Overall, quite satisfied with the complex (and I don't give my approval easily). Reviewed several apartments before choosing Camden. Camden was by far the best value and met all of our needs.
