Mr. Ariam Rodriguez has been extremely helpful, efficient and fast in fixing all maintenance requests. It is a relief not to worry about repairments. We are pleased and grateful. Jose & Cinthia Bld 1 Apt 213.

My name is Liliana Pojomovsky. My husband and I live in Camden Aventura since February 2003! Why? We feel happy and safe living in this family friendly environment. Every time we need help, the administrative assistants are willing to help us. I would like to mention Laura, always available, Justin, and Ramon who fixes any problem the apartment may have. Finally, its great location is another reason why we call Camden Aventura our home.

Camden Aventura is the best place I've ever rented, and I've rented for the last 14 years. Great apartments, great staff, and a prime location. I would definitely recommend Camden Aventura to anyone coming to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. The leasing office team is always very helpful and nice; I've worked with Laura, Samantha, Sara, and others. The maintenance staff is also kind, prompt, and helpful-I don't know their names because I haven't really had to call maintenance very often; when I do have a service request, the team is prompt and helpful. While I don't know everyone's names, I believe all staff members deserve high praise. Overall clean apartment grounds, good neighbors, pet friendly, family friendly, and a great community. Thank you for providing my family with a safe place to call home for the last 2 years. --Chris K

Yes, yes, yes! Camden is the best! We have the most beautiful apartment overlooking the intercoastal where we get to see all of the pretty boats, fishes, birds, and manatees hang around. Who else gets to see that outside of their home every day? This place is paradise! I hope I am not missing anyone, but Zolee, Laura, Tasha, Justin, Fernando, Ramon, and Sam do an excellent job at making this an incredible place to call home. We love Camden and plan on living here forever! Why buy something when you can rent for cheaper with all of the amenities? Best apartment in all of Florida!

My wife's family resides at Camden Aventura, but not for much longer. My wife and I are moving to South Florida to help take care of her family and she visited in December to complete the final steps of an interview, and sign a lease on an apartment to begin on Feb. 1. While she was there, she visited the office multiple times to view the facilities and look at the location for the available three bedroom apartments. Two times she sat in the lobby while a young lady who was identified as Sarah sat on the phone laughing and talking on what appeared to be personal calls, not once offering to help my wife. This happened at least two times. Each time she waited fifteen minutes or more before leaving. She was hoping the calls would end or be acknowledged but that never happened. She said excuse me once and the lady lifted a finger as a "hold on" gesture, but not once even looked at my wife. Because of this incompetence, we are now not only moving ourselves and our children as originally planned, but we are also now having to move my wife's family so that we can live in the same neighborhood. We are all moving to a brand new property called the Gables. We have had a much different experience there and when we got in town yesterday to sign all remaining papers they shared that a lot of people from the Camden in Aventura are moving there for similar issues with the office ladies. They mentioned Sarah and a Julie. It is such a shame because we really wanted to live on the water at the Camden, but due to poor staffing decisions this has becomr unavailable. I am hoping that whoever is running this property willl do something about this as it is a perfect location that is very well kept. My wife's family had a much different experience at the Camden in the past and still loves the facilities and the men in blue, but we cannot get over the idea that there was no one who was willing to help us sign a lease.

I recommend this residence, It's one of the best residences in Aventura and has a very nice and respectful staff, Ms.Natasha is very helpful n smiling person for all residents at any time you come to the office. The maintenance supervisor and his wonderful team come immediately once you need them to fix something in your apartment. I love Camden Aventura and I am satisfied with them.

Laura is the best! She found md the most amazing apartment with an incredible view! What a great experience! I would definitely recommend to a friend. My apartment was in pristine condition when I moved in. Usually I have a laundry list of things people need to fix when I move somewhere, but not here. Every minor detail was attended to. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are actually clean. I wouldn't even step foot near my last pool. I am so happy I made the move to Camden. It is worth every penny.

This is a beautiful property with a great maintenance staff. It is the first place I have lived where the grounds have been kept pristine and maintenance is on point. Every time we see Justin and we have a question for him we never even have to ask. He is always asking how things are before we can even get the words out of our mouth. He really cares about his job and his team and it shows. Justin, Sam, Ramon, and Fernando are awesome. They do such a great job and are always such a pleasure to work with. They smile, wave, and makes me feel like we live in a community. The office is a different story. Laura is cool, and Jabar was awesome but I guess he left. The only thing that sucks is the leasing managers. How does Camden choose who they choose to manange the leasing office? By who screws the company leaders? The leasing management keeps getting worse by the minute. Zolee was awesome, helpful, and friendly. Then came Julia which was bad. And now it is hell with Sarah. I walked in there and overheard her cackling on the phone laughing about my neighbor. Shared their personal information and all. Right out loud in the open for anyone to hear. It's a shame. You would think that is illegal, but I guess not. I've also seen her screaming at the team members and laughing in their face. Guess she will last for a few months like the rest of them. Maybe one day they will learn what a good leasing manager is. Jacklene was good. And that guy that was here years ago was cool. Overall, the property is awesome. Just avoid leasing. Word of advice:contact maintenance people directly if you have questions. They are the most helpful and you do not have to deal with the drama.

DUMP! The gated exit door is not locked, people walk in and out all the time. Half of the time the entrance gate is wide open because it's broken. Dead mice and roaches all over and horrible management. Garbage sits outside and rots for days when the trash service doesn't show up (we pay $40 a month for daily trash removal). Do NOT get sucked into a lease here. It's disgusting. Expect constant flooding if you live on the first floor.

This USED to be a great place to live, but since Jacqueline, Christina, Melissa, and the other old office staff are gone we dread going into the main office for anything. The new leasing manager is awful - I can't tell if it's just RBF, or if she really is nasty, but all of the sudden the entire office team has lost its glow. It does not seem like a good team environment anymore, and everyone just seems sad. Everyone used to be so happy and friendly, and now they all look like they dread their jobs. It's not very inviting. The new lady does not even say hi to the residents, she just scowls. I went in to pick up one of the filters for my AC and she watched me like I was stealing something. They were always free, so I don't understand. I no longer feel comfortable by the pool or in the clubhouse off of the office. We moved here because of how friendly the staff were, but we will be moving to Gables Aventura when it is time to renew. In terms of the property, the actual grass, landscaping, and everything looks MUCH better than it did when we first moved here a couple of years ago, there is a lot less trash on the grounds, and all of our maintenance requests get completed so much quicker than they used to. So they do have that on point. And, we got a bunch of new grills and cute little picnic tables with their cute little logo on them. Except I don't know whose decision it was to replace the old trash cans near the mailboxes with bigger ones, but it is probably the worst idea yet. We were so happy when they took the small ones away (They are nasty! People use them for dirty diapers, coffee, dog poop, ANYTHING but mail), and some idiot decided to put much larger ones that now hold bigger amounts of crap and smell even worse. They should go back to what they were doing and get rid of them. All the trashcans do are attract critters, and no one should have to live with that. Camden Aventura is a great place to live if you do not want community, but want to be left alone. They NEVER have events, like pool parties and stuff. The only thing I have seen is food trucks (which are super nice) and some Comcast event (not fun). Don't even think about going into the office to chat, just talk to the maintenance guys, they are all super nice! Most of my neighbors are nice, too. All in all, it is not awful. Just needs some fixing on the leasing staff. My rating below is only for maintenance staff. They should make a separate rating for leasing. They would get maybe 2 stars.

Camden Aventura is PARADISE right in the center of Aventura! The apartments are spacious / modern and beautiful! We have a Marina / sparkling blue refreshing pools / jacuzzi / 24 hour gym/ tennis / dog park / the friendliest neighbors you will ever meet and more! The aventura mall / shopping / parks and restaurants are all in walking distance! But... What truly makes Camden Aventura special is EVERY single one of our leasing staff and our maintenance staff Justin and Sam who actually helped me today with a service request I submitted last night. Justin and Sam went over and beyond my expectations as the leasing office staff always does as well! All of these people really care about the residents here and it shows! Who ever is in charge of hiring staff here at Camden really knows what they are doing because as AWESOME as Camden Aventura is it just wouldn't be the same without these people! Excellent job Camden!!

I've lived at Camden many years, and boy has it come a long way! The staff members in the office (although they are always changing) are amazing. And, Camden made an excellent choice when they hired Justin as the Maintenance Manager. He has made such a profound impact on this property - he knows every resident by name, and makes sure he always goes above and beyond to give them the best service possible. He comes out at all hours of the day and night whenever I have an issue. He's added a ton of new landscaping, brighter outdoor lighting, really cool picnic tables, and so much more! This is one that Camden is going to want have stick around - they have no idea how much the residents love this. Even the team has changed for the better since he started - they have become fast, efficient, and friendly. One of the best things about this property is also the location - where else could I live that I could be on the water, but walk to parks for my kids, the mall, grocery store, spas, and more. I am never leaving as long as things stay the way they are!

This place used to be good years ago and for that reason, I thought it was a good idea to come back. BIG MISTAKE. They nickel and dime you on everything. I'm paying $2200 for a ONE bedroom (garage fee as well as other bogus fees included) They claim its "market prices". Not to mention, they upgraded on kitchen appliances (although not the best quality) but the washer and dryer are the same ones I had when I lived here 13 years ago... Really??! To add insult to injury, they charge $160 for a garage and on top of that they charge a non-refundable fee of $85 for a garage opener that's unusable once you leave. You're already paying $160 for the garage, why charge to be able to open the garage. It's ridiculous and insane. The hallways are always dark and grimy with leaves and dirt. It's quite embarrassing to invite company over. AND for the past month, they haven't been replenishing the "poopy" bags for pet owners to be able to pick up after their dogs. Now I realized they finally began replenishing again, only, they're not poopy bags. They're regular plastic small trash can bags that they're passing off as poopy bags. I guess they're trying to "cut costs". I'd also like to "cut costs" on a $2200 per month ONE BEDROOM apartment. Once my lease is up I am so out of here. I do not recommend this place.

I have been living at Camden Aventura since 2009. I am also a Realtor selling foreclosures. I don't call myself an expert, but I do have intimate knowledge of local market conditions. Here are my David Letterman TOP 5 reasons to live at Camden Aventura. 5) People ask me as a Realtor why I'd rather rent than own since I am in Real Estate. My answer to them is "It's a good thing I don't own a funeral parlor". 4) I rent because for a similar monthly payment, I have worry free maintenance, a beautiful, fully upgraded unit in the finest Camden community and the flexibility to relocate if I choose. 3) Most owners will never pay off their 30 year mortgage, so if the tax deduction means that much to you, go ahead and own if you can find anything decent and not drastically over priced. 2) If you want to pay cash for a condo in Aventura, good luck to you if you have a pet and good luck to you if you don't want nosy condo commandos minding your business. You like elevators? I don't like making small talk when I'm going up or going down. 1) I have to evict and relocate tenants who had no idea their "landlord" was going into foreclosure. ##### That's the #1 reason to live in a rental community. ##### Signed; Not David Letterman

Been living at camden for 7 months now and everything couldn't be more perfect. The staff is helpful and the maintance crew is on top of anything you need fixed. The view is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier we chose camden. It's in a very safe area and that's what your paying for. Great for small families, young or old people as well. Every other place in the area we looked at was completely out dated, too small, no amenities and not as safe!

Excellent place to live if you work at the Aventura Mall or any offices around the Turnberry. You can walk everywhere, Publix, shopping, Restaurants even Doctor Office's. Great Apartments for pat Lovers. The Third floors all give you a great view especially if you live in at the Marina side. I lived here almost 3 years, I will really miss Camden Aventura.

Buyer beware. Although the complex is close to shopping, dining, etc. please proceed with caution. Just as another reviewer mentioned, the south side of the property (marina side) is pristine, the north side of the property is BARELY maintained. Aside from mowing the lawn routinely that is it. Additionally, if you want YEARLY rent increases of $300-$600 per month then CAMDEN Aventura is the place to be. When your lease expires your rent will increase by whatever the so called market dictates. They try and sell a line of BS about market conditions, but that is just what it is BS. They also nickel and dime you over everything including valet trash (joke), association fee, etc. Whatever price is quoted on their website does not include appx. $115 per month in other charges.

Camden is the best place to live! Moved in a few months ago and we absolutely love it here. The office staff and maintenance are all super friendly. Walking distance to everything, including groceries, dinner, the Aventura mall, Founders Park, and more. It's so great because you can walk to grab dinner, a movie, and drinks, or take the kids to the water park at Founders Park. Neighbors are all super quiet, but friendly. Parking is a little tight, but we are in a major city - at least they have parking for everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My experience has been great, I have been living here for a little over a month and so far they have done everything I requested, very fast response when it comes to maintaince. I'm very pleased. Even tho before moving here I read bad reviews, I still decided to move here, yes the parking is a little difficult to find at night but you can still find parking even if it's a little further from where you live and yes prices are high but it's a great location. Overall Im learning to love this place little by little. I'm glad I made the decision to move here.

If you like to not have a parking space when you come home from work after 6:00 pm, or irresponsible residents who do not pick up after the dog poops all over the place, or having the hallways rarely cleaned (floors are ALWAYS dirty), or maintenance taking forever to fix even minor issues, or the pools being absolutely filthy, or the lawn maintenance crew blowing all the freshly cut grass all over your car, or not having any amenities for the residents (1 poorly maintained tennis court), or nothing what so ever for children to do, and paying $2000.00 + per month just to walk in your small apartment, then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would strongly suggest you take your hard earned money someplace else. I am a current resident and will be leaving when my lease ends of not sooner.

First we moved to Camden from Atlanta, And we fell in love with this place.. .very nice community, the stuff is nice and they put a lot into making this place look good. But today after few months of living here I have noticed that they put more into the front side of the apartment complex (Marina side) then the other side where we live, the pool is also cleaner on that side. And about the maintenance it takes a lot of time to fix a problem. This place is very expensive and you don't get what you need!

the maintenance overall is really good. If you submit work orders online thru the resident login, things get done. But if you call it in somehow it gets lost or delayed. I hate the fact that if you call the office it always gets sent to a customer service line outside the state. I think the office needs a secretary to help answer calls. But the customer service line is good in the sense that they answer quickly. If there is an emergency, they answer quickly and dispatch it to maintenance quickly. The rates are a bit high, but you pay for what you get. The area has everything you need, and is safer than most of Miami. Regarding staff they are polite and nice. The door is always open so you can walk right in. They also keep you updated well with emails. I know this is long, but I hope it helps any future lookers to rent here. I would recommend the community to move into overall

Likes and Dislikes: the maintenance overall is really good. If you submit work orders online thru the resident login, things get done. But if you call it in somehow it gets lost. I love the fact that the community shares the fence along with the police station. That was one of the reasons I moved there. Everything is close by. People in the community (not just Camden) keep a close eye on what goes on around them. So it's safe. Parking is also not an issue. Just make sure you have your decal and comply with the free visitors passes. The parking spaces are good sized and I didn't have a limit as to how many cars I had (I only had two and I could pretty much always find parking)
