Staff made the entire move-in experience excellent. Made us feel welcome and stress free in the process, as my husband and I moved from another state. As soon as we signed the contract online, we receive a call with so much excitement and a warm welcome which made a huge impact in the entire process for us. That call gave us the confidence that we were moving to the right place. Since living here, all the requests we have made thus far regarding maintenance or personal questions has all been answered and resolved professionally and in short time. Our access to the online service request and communication with the office makes easier to take care of our home while keeping up with our busy life. We have noticed that Camden Aventura is constantly trying to improve the community facilities. We strongly recommend this place considering that there are more pros than cons to not make this place a home.

I had a very good experience finding an apartment here. Christina at the leasing office was very informative and was always easy to reach. Its a very nice gated community in a great area. The rest of the staff has been very helpful as well since moving in.

very bad community manegment . only becuse of the horrible manager they have which is ----------------. A lot of people are leaving after many years because of her nasty behavior and mis communication. She repeatedly lies and minuplates the tenants. Dont belive anything she says make sure you get it in writing REMEMBER HER NAME ----------------

I just moved here a few months ago and man, can I say how glad I am about the decision. I shopped around for a while. A long while. I looked at several apartments and none met my expectations. Camden did. The neighborhood is perfect! Safe. Lots of walking. Grassy area for my pup. Our afternoon walks are something we both look forward to. It's quiet. And the apartment is great! The ground are clean. The maintenance staff responds to calls within 24 hours. I have absolutely no complaints. Charmaine made my moving in a breeze, despite COVID19. I will be here for a while!

The maintenance team is wonderful and extremely friendly. The location is perfect. Management is lacking proper etiquette in regard to dealing with the people that call this place "home". There is a very clear lack of respect for tenants and their needs within this community. A superficial smile is doled out until you are in need assistance or have an issue that they cannot resolve from the comfort of their desks. The lack of true care or concern for the job that they have been hired to do is pathetic. Also, the phones are rarely answered and you are rewired to a corporate office somewhere that cannot answer location specific questions, there is dog feces in the grass and on sidewalks, and should you have a noisy neighbor, your only option will be to get the police involved as the office staff is not taken seriously with their generic emails and voice broadcasts.

I am very happy living at Camden Aventura. The community office staff are so friendly and actually get things done. They are very concerned with making sure the residents are being respectful and this helps make our living experience a good one. The maintenance staff are always working to make sure the community looks nice and any service requests are taken care of same day as the request was put in the system. My family loves the park across the street and being able to walk to Aventura Mall is also a great reason to live here. I would recommend living at Camden Aventura to anyone I know. Thank you for everything you do to make our home a good one.

When I made the decision to move to South Florida I was concerned that it would be a difficult transition but the leasing team at Camden Aventura made it so easy and I am so grateful for Charmaine and all the patience and assistance she has provided. Charmaine always has a smile on her face and she makes everyone feel like one big happy Camden family! Diego on the maintenance team is so friendly and has always completed my work orders same day. The Aventura mall is walking distance and it is the best mall I have ever been too!!! This is my first Christmas in South Florida and I am so happy to spend it at Camden Aventura with my 'family'! I highly recommend Camden Aventura to anyone and everyone! Thank you for all you do to make us feel so welcome!

I have been living here for the past 9 years. I would like to congratulate Amanda Peterson (manager) and Samantha Kitchen (assistant manager) for the excellent job they are doing managing our community. Since they started joined us we can clearly see improvements. Also, congratulate Stephanie Melgares and Charmaine Hemmings for all the support was given during my renew. A super thank you for all the members of our maintenance team for keeping this place in tip-top shape and on top of it they always have a very friendly attitude when dealing with us residents. I am that guy that goes to the office often to grab a coffee and chat with them. If you're looking for a place to call home, you just found it. Congrats Guys

I love this community because everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. Amanda has gone out of her way to make sure that I am welcome and feel that this is my home. She is always smiling and genuinely wants to talk about how my life is going. Stephanie is so sweet and helpful. She always makes sure that I am happy in my home. Laura always remembers my family and the things that are going on in my life. The maintenance guys are so helpful and always smiling and friendly. My partner and I will be moving into Camden Aventura in late March/early April this year, and we are very eager to get there. We flew in from California for a business/vacation trip for a week out in Miami. Moving to Miami was something we had talked about for a little while, and going for that week was also supposed to give us time to look at a few possibilities so that we had an idea of what we wanted. At first on our own we walked the property, noticing the clean well kept grounds which was a good sign from the beginning. Once we found our way to the office, we were greeted with a big smile and very warm welcome by Stephanie Melgares. Not only did she give us her undivided attention and respect, she informed us with all of our options and willingly gave us her time to show us the property in more detail and a few units as well. We really had no initial plans on saving a unit, or signing any paperwork that day, but after spending time with Stephanie and feeling so well taken care of, we ended our time with her by applying and putting a holding deposit on our now future home. Stephanie did such an amazing job at making us feel so at home even though it was our first time meeting her and even hearing of the complex. She was patient and kind, and quite frankly, if we had not been helped by Stephanie I don't think we would have put a deposit down at all, but rather just keep this location in mind as one of our favorites. Just being her genuine and caring self, was the icing on the cake that confirmed our already great vibes about this location. We looked at one other property before walking to this one and felt so relieved and excited once we left knowing that not only did we not have to call back the previous agent, but that our search was now over, and even quicker than we anticipated. Excelente Condominio, ubicado en lugar perfecto. Cerca de la playa, con una marina con salida al Intracostal. Excelentes vecinos en todo el Condominio. La gente que trabaja, desde las personas en la oficina hasta las personas de mantenimiento, muy gentiles y solucionan todos los problemas. Especialmente Jennifer Urena, Asistente de Manager, quien con gentileza, calidad humana y atencion de calidad, ha resuelto todos las situaciones que he tenido. Conversando con mis vecinos, todos pensamos que es la mejor funcionaria de Camden. Junto a mis hijos, estamos felices de vivir aqui.

First, the maintenance guys are the best I have ever had at any apartment I have lived. Diego is always pleasant and explains everything he is doing. Marcio always knows what is going on and immediately resolves any concern. Ariam shows up immediately and takes care of all work orders and fixes everything the first time. Fernando is always cleaning the outside to make the apartments look perfect. The ladies in the leasing office are always pleasant and you can tell they love their job. They always offer whatever it takes to make our day happy. Amanda is always willing to listen and come up with a solution to anything even personal issues we may have in our lives. Jennifer stops and talks to me anytime I see her out and smiles and stops to see how i'm doing. I love living in Camden Aventura. I feel like this is my home and my family are there in the office to help support me in anything. Thank you Camden Aventura team for being a positive part of my life.

STAY OUT OF CAMDEN, protect your wallet. They are supposed to be a "pet friendly community" and they charge $500 non-refundable fee, plus $20 per pet MONTHLY. I was charged $1,000 (two dogs) and $40 monthly for 16 months. By the time we decided to move, we were charged for $95, a mandatory cleaning fee, plus $360 additionally for Carpet damages areas. So please have in mind that you will still get penalized, regardless the non-refundable fees and the rent you already paid for your dogs. Customer service is the worst, we were ignored a couple of times for maintenance requests and unless we post our concern in their social media (publicly) they used to managed the situation poorly. Maintenance of the green areas and grass were not decent. They have gates not functioning permanently, locks damaged and green areas and grass not on the best conditions. Dog park? That should be called the poop park. They are not aware of negligence and honestly, they don't seem to care. Parking? If you get lucky you have a parking. They don't have any control of who enters, who's resident or not. Have you seen their social media? Well, it's only for residents, but anyone that has lived there can ensure that they have seen people requesting their lost packages or even requesting to double security cause their belongings in their cars just disappeared. Camden is not cheap, and it's not worth it. Look for better options, where your money is well spent and respected. Plus+++ recently there was a SHOOTING precisely due to the LACK OF SECURITY. Go a do a search on google and read it with your own eyes.

What a waste of hard earned money! Had been a good place couple years back, now any trash is accepted if you pay monthly and extras and upkeeps filthy. smell of weed around the community shows the level of folk residing now. Late-night disturbance is no prob as theres no security officer, and Camden is too cheap to hire a guard. Entry gates always broken and a lot of tailgating. never enough spots to park. Also residents rent out illegally on airbnb, so alwys lots of people coming and going as if resort.

Laura H. has taken care of our lease renewals for many years - she's probably been here as long as us :). She is amazing - professional, knowledgeable, friendly - excellent customer service skills. All maintenance concerns are promptly inspected and repaired. This is quiet and safe upscale community.

The office team really care about the residents and make every effort to impress and they do a great job! The maintenance team are so friendly and knowledgeable. I love this community. It is beautiful in a beautiful location. The leasing staff was really friendly, helpful, and seemed really happy to show us around. I'm hoping my friends lease here so I can come over and enjoy the view! Maybe one day I can have my own apartment at Camden Aventura!

I would recommend to anyone to live at Camden Aventura. It is in the best location, the maintenance team are so friendly and show up so quick, and the office people are so happy and want to help in any way they can. The new manager is already doing a great job and making everyone feel excited she is here. This is a great place to have kids because the schools and the playgrounds close in walking distance. It is so pretty and I love it here. I definitely recommend.

This place is far from anything they sell. The pictures are completely outdated, the gym is basically a garage with goodwill equipment. Some people even do training with groups of people and it takes up the entire space. They basically accept anyone who is willing to pay this bogus price. This community is severely segregated. The marina side is the prime site to have anything up to what you're paying for. The other side is pure dog ----. People leave the gates wide open for all kinds of ratchet nonresidents in. Plus the car gates are always broken, so much for a "safe environment". Since they're so money hungry, the neighbors I have dealt with are pure garbage. I had strippers live right next to me and they would perform her duties with the blinds open and have dirty homeless men in and out of their apartment. Plus the neighbors above me were always dealing drugs, you could walk outside and get an instant high. I'm pretty sure my entire building were wanna be rappers with baby mamas and charity kids. The pool was disgusting, some people would even fool around in the pool late at night. Talk about getting an std in that mess. No thank you. All these 5-star ratings are total bs or everyone writing them are brainwashed lab rats. Do yourself a favor and do not step foot on this "luxury" property. This is close to staying at the Holiday Inn with Chingy. The management is horrendous. I'm pretty sure Al Capone and his henchmen could run a better community. The office staff is stupid and uneducated. You're dealing with children, they are not at all helpful and only care about their paychecks. The new manager looks like she just got out of rehab and can't go a day without the pipe. So she's taking out her anger on her pathetic employees. They should just go ahead and bulldoze this dump and add more juice bars and fitness centers. There should be a negative star option because 1 star is just way? too generous.
