Great location, but not great value. Apartments are old looking, the kitchen doesn't even have a microwave! I pay almost $1600/mo, and there are no assigned parking spaces!! Many other great places in Aventura for a similar price with a lot more amenities for your dollar.

It's a nice apartment , very convenient , but the part that really gave me a hard time was the stairs, maybe because I had a baby. Otherwise it's great.

Make sure to keep an eye on your monthly bill from Camden, as they try to throw addidiontal fees into your bill that do not belong. Unless you catch it you will be paying for it. Any inquires to the leasing office at Camden to there staff will take about a month to respond to you. Customer service lacks and organization. Any documents/papers you recieve from them make sure you always get a copy and keep one for your records, as they seem to misplace important information and record stuff wrong in there system.

Love the apartment complex but would NEVER even think about renewing my lease after learning how much the upgraded apartments cost. RIDICULOUS prices.

The renovated apartments...
The renovated apartments are nice, the grounds are covered in dog feces. No one is held accountable for not cleaning up after their pets. Pest issues. It's difficult to have have pest control come to the apartment of you have a pet. No appointments are made or specific times given.

I lived at Camden for...
I lived at Camden for almost a year and half, the location is good but that's about it. First and foremost, when I was renewing our lease our rent was raised about $400. Crazy!!! Second, the grounds is full of dog poop and always smells like the dumpster. The pool is also not cleaned as often as it should be, especially after a rain storm. The staff is not very proactive and informative when your have problems. I would never recommend living at the Camden. Unless you like rent spikes and the smell of poop.

We moved in here 6 months...
We moved in here 6 months ago and we can't wait until our lease is up so we can get the hell out. The community manager Rick is the biggest a****** I've ever dealt with. We had an ant infestation. After complaining several times, I finally took pictures. I was sure that after I showed them photos, the matter would be handled. Instead, the community manager implied to my husband that the photos may not have been taken in our unit. Why would I lie about an infestation? A few weeks later I woke up to my infant daughter screaming in the other room. She was being rained on, as the apartment above us flooded, and in turn flooded ours. They wouldn't replace the carpets or offer any solution. They installed three huge drying machines and instructed us to leave them running for 72 hours at our electric expense. When we informed the community manager and staff, he assured us that our newborn would sleep through all the noise. Don't move here! This has been the worst experience for us. Rent somewhere, anywhere else! Apartments are overpriced and the staff are terrible.

I had an excellent experience here and was sad to say good by to the families and people I met. It's just a pleasant place. There's a park, tennis courts, playground, baseball field, and exercise trail across the street. Young families, couples and singles live here. The library is literally a block away. You don't need a car. There's a Barnes and Noble, Pei Wei, Misha Cupcakes, and excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance. The Aventura mall is next door and has a 24 theatre movieplex and Cheesecake factory. Best of all, I didn't have to take my daughter out to meet kids, there were nice, well behaved children and families right here. It's safe. The area school is good but a large k-8. There's another smaller one within walking distance, and a top rated charter school around the corner. The marina and boats make for a relaxing aesthetic experience. There is a small gym with treadmills, an ellipse, weight equipment and a bike. People socialize at the pool on weekends. Overall it was a clean, quiet, and aesthetic experience.

Find Another Place!
Pros: 1. This place is beautiful, especially on the water side. 2. Walking distance to Publix, a few restaurants, Aventura mall, and 3.1 mile running trail. 3. Great maintenance staff. Cons: 1. The leasing office lies about everything and are probably some of the rudest people I have ever met. 2. Domestic disputes between families and pot smoking teens at the pool until all hours of the night. 3. No parking (especially when all the Canadians get back) 4. The hot tub is always broken 5. Children throw rocks at porches, into the pool, and at the boats anchored in the marina. 7. No one picks up after their dogs. 8. Long time residents get special privileges such as building decks off of their patios and running a wood shop and boat repair out of their garages. 9. The front gate is broken 50% of the time and is worthless because people will just follow you in anyway. 10. For a complex built in the 90's they should be updating all kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances. But are only choosing to do some and charging an extra 200-300 a month for the privilege. 11. People who don't even live here use the pool in the summer, also taking up all parking that should be for residents. 12. Appliances in the apartment were constantly breaking resulting in flooding, spoiled food, and AC repairs. Please just get a realtor and rent in a place that isn't a nightmare to deal with. Also, be very careful about what information the front office gives you. Each person who works there tells a different story.
