For the most part it has been on. Even this we had drug dealers living above us at one point, college kids living above us keeping us up all night and my dog being attacked by our neighbors dogs on multiple occasions.

Great and we'll maintain

This apartment is well maintained and they just had there monthly clean for ac unit and now I see why when I moved in there no dirt or dust anywhere on the unit and the coils where office staff and maintenance stays on top of tthings from bugs and appliances. Ps this is the first apartment that I have not seen once a coachroach or any other kind of bugs like ants. So yea we hit the jackpot moving here.

I've only been here for a little less than a month and I genuinely love it. The apartment complex feels so homey, the neighbors are friendly, and the office staff respond in a timely manner which shows they care. I hope everything stays the same throughout our stay here.

Very professional from the beginning of our tour to now, living here since September. Maintenance is great, front office is great. Diana and Ellie work really hard to make sure everyone is comfortable here. They come up with cute activities means for neighbors to get to know each other, if they want to. Or it's a quiet community if you prefer to stay to yourself. Glad we moved here. Definitely worth the money as well.

Diana was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She had answers to questions I didn't even think to ask, as well as every question I did ask. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. The tour of the property and available units felt natural and never awkward or like a hard sell. It's clear that Diana truly loves what she does. As we walked the property, she even took a moment to pick up a stray piece of trash, showing how much she genuinely cares about the community. Her attention to detail and dedication made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend both Diana and Amalfi Clearwater!

Good so far really like it and am happy. Moving in process is easy and so is online payments. Staff is friendly and recommend. All of my concerns were answered promptly. Walkways and stairways could be cleaner and there are no elevators.

Great! Reliable and upkeep in the apartment is good! Outside upkeep is good. Noise is okay from other apartments. Nice amenities for occupants . The exercise room is good ave the swimming pool is good.

sucks

Do not rent here the pool was closed last year for over 2 months during July and August the hottest time of year. They could of done it later but chose this time as it was cheaper. Now this year due to incompetence and cheap contractor pool is closed indefinitely again with that you lose grilling area as well. You cannot enjoy the summer this is not a signature property. Trash compactor is always broke down and garbage is overflowing if I can help one person to not suffer through this I'm grateful

Excellent place! Always kept clean, maintenance works hard and throughly, and the rent is cheaper than nearby apartments that are just as nice. Spacious apartments that feel very homey, and the complex as a whole is well-kept and always looks nice. I highly suggest renting here!

Toby is amazing and timely with getting maintenance requests done. He is always willing to help and even leaves suggestions on how the problem cannot happen again. He is also respectful of your space!

From the first time that we toured this apartment we felt welcomed. Starting at the front office with Diana who answered any and all questions and went above in her job. Then we moved in, and from the first maintenance request to just seeing Toby around the property he was always friendly and fast to repair any and everything: Toby works hard, and is a friendly face to see around all day. Both Diana and Toby make this place look and feel so inviting and makes you want to stay and feel like a valued resident!

Quiet community, with nice amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) partially gated, but the gate is broken 90% of the time! Close to shopping, schools, and beaches. Issues are resolved quickly, and generally no follow up is required. I like our space, but can be loud.

The apartment complex is nice and has everything, including a washer and dryer, the community is good, it has access to shopping centers and schools around it, what could be improved is the delivery of the apartment so that everything is ready and in good condition.
