Nice place to live quiet and well maintained. All the staff is courteous and friendly. Apartments are well insulated and the sound from neighbors is minimal. The swimming pool and hot tub are very nice and in good shape.

So far it is a good experience. The overall size of the property is what was appealing. It is also convenient to shopping areas, and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The residents appear to be nice as well.

Great community, very welcoming and quiet. Helpful when needed. Friendly and enjoyable. Neighbors are quiet but friendly when passing by them. Management is helpful and keep us up to date. Parking is decent and everything is in a close proximity to handle anything

This community is smaller than most others so the community feels quieter than others might feel. We have had good experiences with the front office staff as well as the maintenance staff. They are always prompt with messaging and are happy to help when they can.

Location, price and quality you get is absolutely perfect. Very quiet and calm atmosphere, beautiful pool and amenities, the manager and the maintenance are always pleasant and ready to fix any issues right away.

Even though this is a small community there are many nights when there is constant noise from the pool area. The pool is supposed to closed after sunset but people will be having parties and kids are screaming and this is late at night long after sunset. No one seems to regulate this issue. I've even heard kids in the pool at 5am. I called the after hours number the first time I heard people in the pool late at night and nothing was ever done, so I just gave up. Then there are people who will stand outside at ALL hours of the night 1, 2, 3am and have conversations in the parking lot like it was the middle of the day. I even saw a bunch of guys watching TV from the bed of a truck and laughing and carrying on like it was football time at a sports bar at 1am! Not a good place to live if you like to sleep at night!

Very good community, its clean and quite the neighbors are kind there aren't any issues within the community lots of stores nearby. Very beautiful resort style pool area. The gym is very clean and spacious.

The best apartment living experience I've ever had in my life!!! Diana, the Property Manager is amazing! When I toured with her she was very nice, knowledgeable and always focus on details to provide the right information. She always tries to make everyone feel comfortable with her, even when dealing with other residents. Toby, the Maintenance tech is awesome! Details were handled quickly and he was very respectful and cleaned everything after. He was amazing! The community is always kept clean and the landscaping looks great. It's a very quiet place to live so far and the neighbors are very nice. The apartments are immaculate, very spacious and they have a very nice boutique style. There are no junk vehicles around the community and the breezeways are so well lit. It's the most beautiful, cozy and homey atmosphere here!

Amalfi Apartments totally lives up to the standards of being a Richmond "Signature" property. It has everything imaginable that I need or desire, location is superb close to everything, exceptional maintenance and grounds keeping. Facilities are amazing especially for a small, which is highly desirable "boutiqu" size complex, large resort style pool, hot tub, party section and a fantastic fully equipped gym. The apartment itself is outstanding in every way and being on the 3rd floor is wonderful. The balcony has a rarity with a totally screened in so as to keep the mosquitos out during the summer. The staff has and is fantastic and very receptive to any question and quick to summon maintenance when required. The parking is well designed and controlled. The overview of the complex is very upscale, no junk or abandoned cars, very well kept grounds, a scenic lake with a fountain, recycling, zen area, all in all by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Great location, beautiful apartments, no dog areas, no tennis courts, and high rental renewal rates. No incentives for renewals (cleaning, carpet steaming, etc) pool area is nice but the pool is absolutely freezing ??

It's been a pleasant experience so far. Maintenance staff is prompt, responsive and professional. I find the community is quiet and the property well maintained. Having another entrance that is not gated could be a concern to others, but I have not noticed any issues.

WE LIKE THIS COMPLEX. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE FIRE STATION SO CLOSE BUT NOT AT FAULT OF THIS COMPLEX. THE SWIMMING POOL AND WORKOUT ROOM IS TOP SHELF. THERE IS AMPLE PARKING CLOSE TO OUR ENTRANCE. THIS COMPLEX IS IN A GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO MANY REASTAURANTS AND TARGET AND OTHER GREAT SHOPPING.

First off, our apartment has one bedroom closet and a shelf above the washer dryer. That's it for storage. We share a wall with someone who, in the middle of the night, fired several gunshots inside of their apartment. One went into the apartment above them, into a childrens bedroom. Others went into the outside hallway even leaving a bullet hole in the staircase. They also shot a bullet through their childrens bedroom window, which didn't get fixed for several months, instead sporting a wooden plank. The worst part is nobody asked if we were okay, came to check on us or even gave us any update on what happened. They didn't let us know if the gunman was still living here, or arrested. Do not move here. There are better options.

Toby is fabulous! However, there could be more notice than 15 minutes after the guys are working on the gate or the food trucks cancel. Or how wording is putting in emails. Things are mentioned in email but nothing done. Such as the things under the stairwells. A lot of locals know that we have 1 gate blocking the community.

I find that that the rent is too high and from talking to neighbors it's going to go even higher that what I already pay now. Hope when my lease is ready to renew is less than what I'm paying now. My building as a big issue with live and dead millipedes all over the inside of the building hallway and some get into my place. Something needs to done about this.
