This is a beautiful community with A great Staff...Anytime i've had a service request it is handled immediately or within a 24 hour period. Terry is the best maintenance Guy EVER! With a "I Got This Attitude". My dog loves him so that speaks volumes...Stephanie is the Best of the Best Property Manager that has a Get it done attitude with a Smile..Jenn and Melony run that place like nobody's business...Smiles and warm greetings always meet you at the door. There are doggy depo's for the residents that walk there dogs; It's maintained and emptied regularly. My only drawback would be there is no storage space but it helped me get rid of things i didn't need. Thanks Your a wonderful Staff.

Great experience all around. Buildings and grounds look great. Nice pool and fitness center. During the process of getting information and renting, Jen made us feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Quiet community, beautiful buildings, pool is NOT heated(at least it feels that way) great office management, EMS and Fire Department right across the street so every time there's an emergency you hear their sirens, near a major highway so traffic can be loud,my apartment is all tile except bedrooms so it is very echoey.

The problem that I experiences was with the office staff, and noisy up stairs neigbhor. I complained to the office staff but I feel like I wasn't taken seriously enough. I call the office several times left my contact number and was never called back. Also, when I call the office no one ever picks up the phone.

The facility is really nice and I have no complaints about the space. The management however made our experience truly awful. You will be lucky to ever have a phone call returned. Your best bet is to track them down in person. We stayed at The Amalfi for about 3 months when I had to relocate for a job change, which made us break our lease. This is where everything got really complicated. The lease states that you must continue paying your rent until they are able to find someone else that can take over your space. We agreed to this so that is not an issue. They marketed our apartment to be available in the wrong YEAR of our move out date. We got that corrected. They listed our apartment as the wrong floorplan that was much smaller. We got that corrected. We then receive a bill for $14,000 and have no idea what it is for. Apparently it was a mistake. We finally get our apartment rented and pay our final penalties for breaking the lease and walk away. 2 months later I get a call from a debt collector saying that we are delinquent with the Amalfi and they are calling to collect. A week of back and forth with a debt collector and the apartment complex we come to find out that they cashed our check 2 months previous and credited it to the wrong account. Not ONCE were we contacted by the Amalfi for any of these things. If you have a problem be prepared to call 5 or 6 times to reach anyone.

I just moved to this Apartment complex from out of state this past week and I must say that I love my new apartment! Jen the leasing manager was very helpful in helping me over the phone getting thru the application and approval process and my apartment was even better then I thought it would be. I love the amenities that this complex offers esp the pool table and movie theater room. I also met the manger Stephanie and she was very nice and welcoming and Melonie also was very helpful on the day that I moved in. Less then 4 miles down the street is a awesome dog park called enterprise dog park and my new church is also only 4 miles away and the beach is only 7 miles away! The complex is small and quiet and I feel safe here! I really love my new apartment and I am very happy that I rented here!

I love this community because it is small, quiet and very clean. The location is great as so many things are convenient and in many cases walkable. Restaurants, retailers and many outdoor recreation options like bike trails and parks. It is also a great location for easy access to highways close to my office. I can't imagine a better option for my needs at this point. I looked at numerous comparable residential options in both Hillsborough and Pinellas county and The Amalfi is the best location and value. You need to take a look if your like me a prefer a more urban location and lifestyle.

I am a professional Computer Eng with over 30 years of experience. My yearly income in over $180K. We just relocated here from California where I worked in Silicon Valley for one of the most important Electronic Communication companies in the US. My wife and I, were looking for a place to rent a couple of weeks ago in the Clearwater FL area. We ultimately selected a very nice 2BD/2BTH place close to work for about $1600/month. This company found nothing wrong with our credit and background that merited rejecting us at all. We did this because we felt something very unfair with the treatment we received from Amalfi. We were inexplicable rejected by its property management. We STRONGLY believe the reason was based on race. We find this to be offensive and totally unacceptable. We will start litigation as well as a strong campaign among family, friends, coworkers, social networks and regular written media against this property.

I lived in a few apartment complexes - I truly love this one. This is a first place where I know my neighbors and like them to the point that we invite each other for dinner. Everyone is great and very mindful of each over. The common area is one of the best assets of this community - pool, movie theater, gym, zen garden is in brand new pristine clean condition. But my favorite part is a clubhouse and people who run it - you could not wish for a better team to help you feel really taken care of.

Lived in Amalfi for a little over a year. Most of my time there was pretty tolerable, except the very end. I was building a new house that wasn't finished yet and asked if they offer month-to-month rental rates. I was simply told my rent would be an extra $100 a month to go month-to-month. Then out of the blue, I get charged over $500 more per month. When I asked why, I was told "You are currently in a month-to-month lease, which means your lease rate can be variable monthly. The luxury of the same rent month after month is just reserved for those in a lease contract." Basically, they can charge you anything they want once your contract is up. While true, it isn't what we agreed on. I talked to the property manager, Jessica Pote, and she refused to honor her original promise of an extra $100. For the 3 months until my house was finished, I was stuck paying an extra $500 a month.

This place is EXTREMELY deceiving. Mold around the windows, property is NOT gated, if you move in you're actually moving in with the silverfish family because this place is INFESTED,hookers and drug dealers run their business right out of the apartment, they are not consistent on rent, the pool IS NOT heated and VERY cold in the winter months, the hallways are filthy, washer and dryer barely work EVER, the carpet is nasty and dirty and management/office staff changes like the day. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a place to rent/live do your homework. There is a new place just across the street named "Solairis Key" It's brand new, they ACTUALLY have storage, they are ACTUALLY a gated community, again the apartments are new, nice and bright. The qualification for living at Solairis Key is higher so the quality of people is better. My dog didn't even like living in the amalfi

To sum it up, from the gate never working right,to the jacuzzi working half, the time to the fire pit never having gas,to not having any sound proofing under your feet, to the no frills bathrooms and no storage, I am not impressed and on top of all that the rent goes up $50 (for what)? Plus $25 for garbage pick up Wether you use it or not. I see people moving out everyday and completely understand why . I would not recommend the amalfi not for what they charge .

This apartment is beautiful. We thought we had found the perfect place until tenants moved into the apartment above us. We can hear every movement/step they make. Their walking sounds like stomping. We even hear the things we should not, and DO NOT want to hear. The noise is unbearable. Just want some peaceful quietness in my own place for a day. Unfortunately we're gonna have to leave. Very disappointed!!

The Amalfi is beautiful, well-maintained, and safe. I love it here. The apartments are gorgeous, just like you see in the pictures from their website. And we use the amenities everyday. When we looked for a place to live since we were relocating, I wanted safe and clean. We got that, and above and beyond.

Apt is nicer than any other in the area as far as interiors go-granite, wood cabinets, tile, so rent is not cheap. I haven't had to call maintenance, so not sure what service is like. Best part of community is common areas. They have a concierge that is there until 10p, so it's open late when I get home from work. I use the Mac computer/printer in the clubhouse often for work and have had friends over in the theater for watching football or at the pool on the weekends. They even supply the popcorn in the theater and there is also a frige for drinks. Pool & spa are super clean and quiet. I live near the pool and rarely hear any noise from it. I am either buying a condo next year by the beach or moving back home to Ohio, but Amalfi has been a good first Florida home to me.

Overall we are very happy with the apartments. Love the staff! Love the location!we have lived here almost 2yrs. We probably will be moving, because they are very pricey. I would recommend anyone to live here. Its very clean, and safe. Down side, not a lot of storage room.

Complex appears glamorous but very deceiving. Very thin walls Not enough parking Very bad management Ammenities always broken Silverfish infestation Only one side gated-open entry in rear Cheaply built Pool not heated so you can only use it in summer and then overrun by screaming and jumping kids Rules not enforced because there is no security provided at night and management is very inconsistent

Management style is frustrating. No one seems to be accountable. Apartments themselves are great. I really enjoyed my two years there.

Great location....don't live on a bottom floor as the noise above you will drive you nuts. Not a secured complex as the access is open from the back and the front gate is open from nine to six every day. The grounds are well kept. Parking near building four is tough as we only have one side to our building for parking and a lot of times you have to park far away at night.

Went on here to review where I currently live in Jacksonville (mgr asked If I would since I love living here) so I thought I would look up a few past apartments. I lived at Amalfi when they first opened and just moved out a month ago. The mgr changed but things stayed about the same, except they added more resident functions like fitness classes. I didn't attend, but that's a cool feature since they were free. The apartment community is pretty; small; kind of tucked away, but close to the beaches and to Tampa, where I went to school while getting my masters degree. Working full time and getting my degree didn't allow for much down time, but the facilities were well maintained. I had one maintenance issue with my AC and the staff handled it quickly. Ofc had just one person, but she was nice and professional and made moving out easy (my date changed at last minute). Apartments were beautiful on the inside and out; well maintained. Neighbors were nice, pretty much kept to themselves. Floors were tile on 2nd floor, and while you could sometimes hear the ppl upstairs, it was no more than a normal apt with carpet. They allow pets, but I did not have one.
