Overall our experience has been good. The property has had 3 managers and the most consistent pattern impacting our stay has been the ammenities. Especially the jacuzzi, which seems to be out of order often. The front gates were not operating for a significant period of time. We have also observed transient individuals on the property near the fire pit seating area next to the office. In 2022 we have noticed an increase in police activity in the complex. If management would acknowledge the events and provide some information, it would certainly be appreciated and reassure residents.

The community itself is beautiful, the pool and amenities are nice. The hot tub by the pool has worked on and off throughout the duration of my lease and the front gate is essentially useless as you can get in through a back entrance. The office and maintenance staff are very kind and helpful from my experience. I had no pest issues and my apartment itself was nice. Some of the neighbors are pesky- late night pool parties lasting past 10pm, nosiness, and a lot of litter. Conveniently located but one of the pricier communities in the area.

Well maintained property. Open parking lot and large interiors. Prices increase dramatically each year, but it is a higher end complex. Property manager is curious and always trying to make the best experience possible.

It depends upon the close neighbors. They can make a lot of noise from general living like opening up sleeping beds at night andthen closing up in the morning. Also, animals can run around in an apartment abdmake a lot of noise.

Excellent community, beautiful areas, transportation is accesible, nice restaurants and shopping center around, very pet friendly community, excellent service from management company. The apartment is beautiful and has nice features. Highly recommend it!!!!!

If you can afford it this is a nice place to stay. Property is well maintained and staff is pleasant. Neighbors are quiet most of the time only a few hiccups during my stay but they were addressed by office staff.

The Almafi Clearwater is a great place to live. It is a quiet, small complex perfectly located with easy access to shopping, dining, recreation and schools. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.

Great staff! My work orders are always done the same day if not the very next! The property is well kept, amenities are nice, great neighbors all in all a good place to live. However, I do see quite a bit of wasps nests that have not been taken care of.

The staff has always been kind, prompt, and accommodating. The community is rather quiet and kind. I renewed my lease because this has been a drama-free space that respects tenants. I also feel a sense of safety here.

I love the maintenance team and office staff. They are very helpful and attentive. The environment is clean, quiet, and friendly. The amenities are always well kept including the pool and gym. I really enjoy living here.

Amalfi apartments has treated us very well. We love the quiet community and how well the mainteance and overall appearance is kept up. Every issue is resolved in a timely manner. Everyone in the area are nice and friendly as well.

Beautiful property right in the heart of everything you could need or want. With super easy access to all major roads, beaches, shopping and dining. The staff are amazing!! I wouldn't live any place else.

The apartment itself is very nice with updated appliances. There is always parking available for residents and visitors. The downside is my water bill is always well over $120 and I don't understand how if they bill you just for your unit and not split the building. Also, there is a front gate to the community but after moving in we realized the back is completely open next to the business complex, therefore making the gate 100% useless.

This a lovely place to live in, with great amenities and good maintenance. I especially enjoy the quietly of the complex and the location as I can have access to the main comercial areas in town in just a walk.

It really was great I was moving In from out of town, so I really didn't get to view the apartment in person but Jennifer really made me comfortable because she went the extra mile to go take pictures and send them to my email and when I arrived the apartment was just like I imagined it's a really awesome team here at Amalfi!!!!

Very good so far! No problems with moving in or maintenance issues. The office staff and maintenance team are very good and respond in a timely fashion to any inquiries or issues. The complex is quiet and people have been friendly.

I love living in the complex and this community, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The property is clean and well kept. It is well lite and quiet. The parking is not great especially handicap in front of my building.

The manager, as well as the rest of the staff, have always been willing to provide solutions to help you move in. The Manager (Jeniffer) provided the assistance I needed in order for me to move in as quickly as possible. Up to now, very pleased with the services received.

Absolutely love the property and management. Great neighbors, location, well taken care of. Any issues are taken care of immediately. Highly recommend. Jen is helpful with any questions. This is our first time living in an apartment in 30 years after selling our home in Buffalo and moving to Florida. We were worried about noise and bugs. It is quiet and we have NEVER had a bug. Could not be happier with location

By far the best community we have lived in. No issues at all and a beautiful location. The complex is in a great spot near multiple stores, restaurants and businesses. Feels like a very safe place! After having a horrible experience in another community this has exceeded our expectations!

Just moved in and we have only good things to say about this very attractive property. The location is one of the best in Clearwater, with many stores and restaurants a short walk away. The amenities are outstanding and all areas of the property are very well kept.
