Great family community. Quick response with management and maintenance if ever needed. Very safe area and quiet. Beautiful and spacious apartments with luxurious amenities and features in unit. I would definitely recommend to friends

Amazing community and the staff is the best I've ever worked with. Maintenance is prompt and the community is very nice and extremely clean. So happy with my experience here. Will stay as long as possible.

The Amalfi, it's staff, and what it offers is top of the line. I don't blow smoke. My wife and I moved from Clearwater Beach with a gulf view to the Amalfi. Yes we miss the view but we don't miss the place or the delayed travel. More than the savings, the decision to move to the Amalfi has been a great one. The of apartments, the size, and it's central location makes Amalfi the Gem of Clearwater.

Beautiful quiet place to live. Love the staff, always so helpful, courteous and prompt service. Pool and waterfall are so relaxing. I enjoy the gym and the relaxing firepit area. Great sitting area with grill and bar area for fun sunny days.

I've only been here for 2 days but I absolutely love it. The only thing that would make this place better is a dog park. That is not a necessity though. We do have a couple light bulbs out and the dishwasher drawers look like someone burned it in a couple places but I will be making a maintenance request soon.

Disappointed that the clubhouse is closed two days and only open until 6pm when they are there. It's also not a gated community like it advertises. They do not tend to the needs of the community as far as events go.

Bike got stolen once. Trash/Recycle area always dirty with trash. Dog poop can always be found on grass. There are residents who don't pick up their dog poop. There are a few residents who smoke drugs.

Calling Clearwater water dept. There was a main water leak and our Bill is up $40. We don't even drink h20 here buy bottled h20. Even our dog doesn't drink the h20. No one responds to calls in Tampa. Wish our lease was up.

disappointed there is less supervision from management. hours leave out of control people to ruin it for others at the pool on weekends, litter, loud barking dogs during days & night. lights are out, traffic from outside use this as short-cut, drivers speed through complex

I love the community and hope we can have more social events. Also, if the gate situation as the back could be addressed it will be greatly appreciated. The tv room requirements should be updated to old system with no deposit. Thanks

It was mentioned before Not a suitable place for families w kids, Loud people at late times at night. Specially the fact that is not fully gated, anybody walks in or out. They should be more selective in their clientele (tenants) More strict background check, and not just charge the extra fee

The staff is super helpful and awesome! Jen was such a big help when I was locked out of the gym and went out of her way to help me out. The community is well kept and to see the beautiful flowers always makes my day when I come home from work. Would definitely recommend this community to a friend.

Excellent complex but wall are thin, so if you have noisy neighbors it can be a problem. The fitness center is nice but lacking in a lot of equipment if you are someone who likes to work out regularly. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Amalfi has potential to be a stunning place to live. I suspect it was when it was first built. But it just seems to have the overall feel of being run down and not having had attention to details addressed.

We really enjoyed the apartment when we first moved into Amalfi. Great staff, nice apartments, good neighbors and plenty of parking. We will be moving this year due to limited parking (seems a lot of apartments have too many people living them that may not be on lease) which leads to residents parking in guest spots, staff that is out of office during business hours, not being fully gated so cars fly through the community all the time, items being stolen such as a motorcycle, and having residents not walking their dogs on leashes which ended in our dog getting attacked by a dog that was not being monitored by its owner.

This community is excellent. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I have been very happy here. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and are always so friendly. I definitely recommend The Amalfi apartments.

We have loved our experience at The Amalfi. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are lovely and well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and beautifully appointed. We'd live here again in a heartbeat and happily recommend it to others.

Very nice quite, clean community. Pool area is nicely maitained however, gas grills should be cleaned more often. The location cannot be more convenient. The only thing I don't understand is why is it half gated? Jen is an awesome manager.

This is a small but very nice apartment complex, modern, safe, quiet. There is no perfect place but this apartment complex, at least, meets my standards. I moved from another apartment complex close to this one for several reasons and the difference is huge. The Amalfi is a good place to live, is on the expensive side but it's a nice place.

Have been here since the property opened. Office turnover is often. Christmas Holiday was practically ignored. Neighbors not very friendly. Neighbor next door slams door sometimes a dozen times in 5 minutes. Wish I New why he goes in and out of his apartment so many times in the course of a few minutes.

The Rules of all leases should be kept. Too many rule breakers in the Complex. And someone should enforce them. No one seems to be able to make certain residents to follow the rules. Need owners to call back.

So far it has been great. The residents have been quiet but friendly when seen. The office staff has been awesome throughout the move in process. The gym is clean and the pool appearance is nice but we haven't had a chance to use it yet. Would definitely recommend this community to friends.
