They were great to work with and flexible with the move in date. The papers were sent really fast and they gave a nice welcome basket. The bathtub in the guest bathroom was painted and when using it the paint comes off. They went to fix it but they just sprayed something on it and it didn't work. So in order for the tub to be used I have to clean it really well and scrub it for it to be used. The shower head drips a lot when you turn the tub on and will soak the floor.

Moving into Sweetwater Apartments after my husband passed was the best decision I have made. Management has been helpful, kind and courteous maintenance is always prompt, courteous and helpful. I am very glad I made this move and plan to continue staying here.

The apartment space is great and we love living here, the outside needs maintanence, the apartments on the first floor have green mold on windows, screen patios and walls need pressure washing. Some of the things that fell from the border of roofs from the storm haven't been replaced. The garbage dumpster is a problem because people leave anything there and garbage or furniture is left on the outside, cameras are needed to see the residents that don't respect rules.

My experience at this community has been pretty good for the most part. The only complaints I have is that the trash gets really bad by the dumpster, people don't clean up their dogs poop, I have very loud upstairs neighbors, and roaches are an issue.

This is one of the worst places I've lived in. I've lived here for 3 years and it has gone way downhill. The management has changed 4 times since I've been here, they don't care about how it looks here, the residents are lower class, the rent is a ridiculous price to have to buy your own microwave, the maintenance department is horrible. You'll put in a maintenance request and sometimes it doesn't get answered for weeks at a time, there aren't enough dog poop bag stations, parking is ridiculous and that's sad when you can't even park next to your building you live in, people who rent garages park 4 cars in front of your apartment, I could go on and on.

I really had a good experience with move in and the apartment was nice. Just several cases of ants in my food and even in my clothes. I got bites all over my body the other day from unknowingly putting on a shirt. Other than that the community overall is great and i enjoy living here

Close to a by a range so can be a bit loud during the day depending on what building you are in. Only one place to bring trash and is located centerish in the complex. It's by a college so a lot of college age kids tend to rent here but it's a very diverse community with all age ranges.

It's okay. It's not the greatest but it's not the worst. Always getting emails that they are going to fine people of the community if something keeps up they will fine people. But nothing ever gets done about it. Parking people still park bad. People still don't pick up dog poop.

It is nice and quiet most of the time. There are people in the building that blast their music starting at 3:00 a.m. every day, and the worst noise complaint is the dogs barking. We are hoping the rent goes down, instead of up when our lease is up, or we will be leaving here.

The apartments are nice. Staff are pretty great as well. The only issues I've ever had are the trash and parking. One dumpster for this entire complex is a little insane. And for there to not be assigned parking is insane. If you get home late from work and there's no spot in front of your apartment, you'll have to walk 4-5 buildings away sometimes just to get a spot.

Rough start, our place wasn't inspected prior to moving in because the property manager said they were "too busy". We were missing our washer and dryer and have damage in various places still today. We weren't given out any forms or resolution to it but they did order us the washer and dryer immediately. Overall we feel very safe and secure. Packages can sit on the doorstep all day with no fear of being stolen, cars aren't being broken into the atmosphere feels very comfortable and we don't have fears of crime or issues. Very very safe place to live. My only real complaint is that I feel as though residents constantly breaking lease policies aren't being punished at all for anything and just continue to do what they want. Constant parties well into 1-2 A.M, dog poop piles all over the place, random garbage throughout the property, basic stuff. There's been actually literally dozens of warnings sent out and I think these people just need to be punished LOL. I don't think any of them think they'll actually be punished for anything so they continue to do whatever they want. Overall a great and clean place to live but it's sad to see it be consistently trashed by gross people.

The community is okay, and the people are nice enough but there's a large number of people who don't follow some of the (IMO important)rules, and the only thing that's done is an email saying "Please don't". Specifically the rules about having your dog on a leash and picking up after it.

It's a good place to live and rent is great And all the neighbors are really nice and I love going to the pool and to the gym over here and I love that this place is a gated community and I love the privacy and I love that I can walk around the neighborhood and I appreciate that the fact it's a wonderful place to live

This is probably one of the worst apartments to live in. The community is a mess. The dumpster is always over flowing. It takes forever to get a hold of someone in the front office. Since getting the pool redone it seems to always be closed or there is some issue with it. The neighbors are loud college kids who party all night and if you are able to get in contact with the office to complain they can't do anything about it. Since living here my apartment and car have been broken in to and when I call the office to notify them and they just laugh at you, that is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to live here

I haven't had any bad experience while living here at sweet waters. Between the wonderful and sweet maintenance crew to the girls in the main office, everyone is super nice. it's a cute community to live in and that apartments themselves are pretty nice!

Everything about the complex is fantastic besides some of the people that live here. The pool, gym, trash, and mail is great, however I fear for my well-being due to the felon that lives in my building. I have witnessed real crimes that I reported to the police and don't understand how they are still living here.

Honestly living here is a love/hate. I love the view I have. I love a handful of neighbors I have. I do not like the way things have been handled in the past, the issues with upstairs college kids that disrupt mine and my kids nights and days. The loud parties, the broken children's playground that you can't even use. Literally the swings are broken and the play place is rusted. Not to mention the lack of pest control because there are hundreds of ant hills everywhere. The pool was closed from Easter until after school started so zero amenities for the summer with kids out of school. I have had a few maintenance things done in the apartment which has resulted in mold in the ceiling, the bathroom and I suspect walls. I'm counting the days until I can move.

The maintenance guys are the only people that work for you. Part of my benefits of my job are free cable and internet, that benefit has been removed from me since I live here. I am required to pay for something that is free forcefully taking away a benefit from the work I put in at my job. There are ants everywhere, there are roaches everywhere. I have reached out to other tenants they have the same issue. I have a 1 bed 1 bath that I pay 1540 for each month.. but another tenant that has a 1 bed 1 bath pays 800 and change... where does that make sense? The pool was down for months. This place is a joke, up the road they pay 900 for 1 bed 1 bath... but I pay 1540 for a bug infestation and cable and internet that I get for free.... lease can't end soon enough. My original lease said 1400... however I'm paying 1540 for some reason... for the area?? There's literally nothing out here... makes sense
