I have lived at sweetwater apts for about one year, It is a very nice place to live, the staff here are very nice and helpful,The grounds are kept vary clean from trash & well kept, the staff is very friendly with my pets,I have had a few maintenance problems in our apt the maintenance staff was here the same day i called each time. the office staff are very helpful of your needs.

Clean - Friendly - Great place to live!!!

I have lived at Sweetwater Apartments for the last 8 months and I could not be happier. All of the staff are friendly and they really go the extra mile for anything you need. Any maintainance request I had (leaky water tap - electrical outlet no power - air filter change - bug spray the garage request in addition to the free monthly apt unit - help with my dryer vent hookup) were handled not within days but within hours. I have never had that kind of service before. And the area is clean and safe. The single and only thing I do not like is that the only way to use the cables installed in the units is to purchase basic cable through the apartment and then buy additional cable services through Brighthouse.<br>

Looks better than it is

The only good thing at Sweetwater is Jennifer in the office. The new Property Manager Aileen is not easy to deal with and pain in the ---. This apartment complex is costly for what you get. The apartments are very lound and not well built. They have lots of rules and love to send you complaint letter for stupid thing like having wood patio furniture. Parking is a bear. You might as well spend the extra 80 dollars for a garage. When you come into sign a lease they tell you about the deals they are offering but dont expect to get anything because I dont know anyone who received it. They also make exceptions for some but not other. No very fair. If you drive a car I wouldnt move here because the speed bumps are to high for cars to get over easily. I cant wait to move from Sweetwater.

no complaints

I've lived here for a few months now and the girls at the office are very nice and always helpful. It is very quite and pet friendly.<br>I was warned of the gun range neighboring the property and it does not bother me since you can't hear it inside my apartment. All of my maintenience issuse have been handled the same day that I called them in. I plan to stay here for at least another year.

okay. looks alot better than appears

even though christina and the other girl at the front are nice and seem to want to help, after living here it was not a memorable expereince. there "lake" is just an enormous disaapointment that they said would be cleaned after a month,that was in july '06. <br>they will take requests for maintence but sledom does it happen a in a weeks span. <br>if you already have leased with them and move in soon, don't let them just move you to the back of the complax because what they don't tell you about is the gun rnage in the back that you can hear fire evry 10 seconds or so that echos.<br>the tanning bed is nice aswell as the small gym, but overall, its not worth the price evn though ont he surface it looks like the nicest in Dade City, but they do lie and decieve with smiles on their faces. but if that stuff doesn't bother you, go right head.
