The location is just fantastic. We walk everywhere restaurants banks, supermarket Home Depot. The building is very well built. I'm in the construction business impact windows, high ceilings, very tasteful design and a really good mix of diverse people and overall great location close to 95 in the beach in the airport. It's a home run.

So wonderful and friendly. I love it here! Beautiful and I love my balcony. Staff is amazing and the ground are maintained so well. The Maintenance staff is very efficient and always available, I couldn't ask for more.

VERY NICE STAFF AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO WORK WITH....A BIT TOO NOISY WHEN PERFORMING LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENCE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING...SECURITY IS MINIMAL WITHIN THE PARKING AREA...OUTSIDE THE GATES THE CARS AND YOUTH IN THE AREA DISREGARD TRAFFIC LAWS..LATE NIGHT CAR RACING AND ENGINE ROARS...NEED MORE MUNICIPAL /COUNTY POLICING

Very nice amenities and apartments. Rent is super high I think people who have been here many years should have stabilized rent. Located in the heart of pb gardens and very family oriented. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and the have a lot of engaging community events but there are a lot of dogs in the community and the elevators and hallways always have a dog smell and urine and the hallways as well. If you can get over that it is a good community.

When I moved into my new place, the refrigerator wasn't working from the very first day. I was really disappointed because I couldn't store any food or drinks properly. But you came right after I contacted you and fixed it so quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate your kindness and the prompt service you provided. The management team is very warm , kind and supportive. The people in the community are really nice and polite . The system here is working well. Clean and calm place to live in . Lots of coffee shops , shops , parks , beautiful views, places to go for a walk . Pet friendly community. A playground for kids inside the complex.

Apartments are all updated and new , staff is always helpful, maintenance ppl are awesome, grounds are well maintained , pool is lovely with brand new furniture, dogs alllowed, small dog park for their enjoyment, super close to Publix and many other stores in the complex of Alton. Has a very nice and long walking track around two lakes .

Property is immaculately maintained, service requests are handled in a timely manner, staff is professional and courteous. Since I've been here the trees are pruned every year right before hurricane season, the buildings have been pressure cleaned twice and painted once and I've lived here going on three years.

Love it!! People, apartment and community. I would highly recommend moving here to anyone. I love the dog park and amenities that are here as well. We never planned on staying for more than a year but it very hard to leave here

Atlantico is a premier apartment community in Palm Beach Gardens. We have recently located here and after visiting ten communities in the area we felt like Atlantico best met our needs.
