Great service when a problem in apaartment. The grounds are not walked very often. Fountain was of for 2 month nead bldg 9. Worked for 2 weeks then failed. Just turned back on after a month. Grass is missing at entrance to bldg 9 for months. Sidewalk was being steam washed. Started a month ago. It was never finished. Looks terrible. The service inside the apartment has been great! If not done the same day it is the next day. Great service staff.

I absolutely love this complex, it's near everything including beach, the Alton complex has everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants, dentists, emergency care, spas etc, the employees are fabulous and are very responsive

the community is very good. I met many nice people here my major problem is the parking. numerous times outside people park in my spot and don't move their cars guest parking is impossible because people that live on the first floor take street parking which should be for guests very little is done by the office about towing away cars i'm always complaining. yesterday I had to move my car into someone else spot because my guest could find no parking anywhere. I had to give her my assigned spot.

The facility is very well run, it has a pleasant view of 2 lakes with walking paths which we use on a daily basis. The staff are super nice and helpful in all things. The facility is kept very clean. Pool is heated and very clean. On site gym is very good. People are friendly.

My mom and I only lived at Atlantico for one month before we bought our current house. However, our experience, although brief, was extremely positive. Maria, Francesca, Janette, and Jill all provided stellar customer service and were very knowledgeable about all things related to our tenancy. PRO: Clean modern apartments with high ceilings. Lovely leasing office staff who live on site, maintain grounds, and create fun activities for residents. Feel very safe and cared about by Management. Excellent fast turn around in apt repair service by maintenance. Beautiful clubhouse and pool amenities with WiFi. Beautiful lake trail with wildlife. Very special and beautiful walking distance shopping center with great restaurants, Publix, Home Depot, LA fitness and Gas Station and much more. Great location for access to highways and beach. Everything you need is here, including great outdoor music entertainment across the street at FAU campus. CON: Minimal to no sound proofing between apartment walls and floors and ceilings. You can literally hear every movement. Residents largely try to be quiet but loud echoing in common hallways. Trash rooms are chaotic and unclean. Dog owners allow their animals to relieve themselves at entrance to bldgs. Oftentimes unbearable smell. Residents are friendly but not interested in building community.

Area is phenomenal, really enjoy the apartment as well. My biggest criticism for improvement would be the service. The front desk is non responsive and really doesn't seem to want to help. They don't follow through with what they say. The service team is helpful but they don't do the best job on fixing things. These things most definitely need improvement

We have been very happy living here at Atlantico at Alton since we moved in. We have all the convenience right here in our community. There are walking paths, gym, pool, barbecues, many restaurants, supermarket, within walking distance. The office staff and maintenance are very helpful. In the clubhouse once a month the office staff holds a get together. This is a great way to meet some of your neighbors and socialize. We truly would recommend living at Atlantico at Alton!

I wish the rental increases would cease. Leasing office is amazing. Each and everyone of them. Carlos and Alberto couldn't be any nicer and sufficient. Although I wish the rent increase would cease, I'd say Alton is nothing but fabulous.

Since moving to Atlantico we have been very happy in our beautiful apartment home. The leasing and maintenance staff are both excellent and responsive. The amenities are great and well maintained as are the regular tenant appreciation events. Atlantico's proximity to Alton has been a plus as restaurants, grocery stores, and a big box store are all just a short walk While rents were reasonable some of the annual increases were way too high. All in all had been a wonderful place to live

My wife and I moved from Boston back in 7/20 to Palm Beach Gardens Fl. We were looking for a place to rent with a a lot of amenities, shopping and restaurants and a gym. We looked at several different places and we decided on Atlantico @ Alton . The apartments were very nice and the location had everything we wanted around us. We have been very happy with our place and the staff that work here are really friendly and nice. They do a great job of keeping the property clean and do a great job maintaining the property. If you're looking for a great place to rent we recommend looking at Atlantico @ Alton in Palm Beach Gardens Fl. You won't be disappointed..

The building is well maintained & secured. Residents are friendly and the business office and maint crew respond to work order requests quickly. The community is conveniently located near local grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, hospitals and the FL freeways/turnpike.

Great location, safe & clean I'm not happy with the raising of the rent drastically every year. I'm not happy that you can not reserve and use the large rooms I find the rooms are rarely to never used.
