Everybody is very welcoming and responsive to the issues raised about the care of the apartment. that is all I have to say I've been here for a total of 10 days. I work a lot on questionnaires and this is ridiculous to have to fill out the few the 200 characters. I'm just going fill it out with words like this.

I have been living here since 2018 and love it! Everyday Lily and I go to the office to say hello, get coffee, Lily gets her dog treats, and she doesn't want to leave! Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team is amazing!

Wonderful! Love living here. The staff and overall community are great. Especially the maintenance crew! They are so kind and helpful! I have no plans to leave. It would be a nice incentive tho if after a certain number of years, residents have the option of getting interiors painted.

Wonderful community to call home. Office and Maintenance are very fast, friendly and helpful. Amenities are great and buildings and grounds are well kept. I really enjoy walking around the lake and catching the sunset. My family and I Love living here.

Community is good but it's expensive and there are basic things lacking, such as doors to the buildings actually working, and you cannot buzz in guests, as the apartment complex decided that it was a good idea to put call boxes on the resident side and not the guest side.

I would recommend Atlantico. I've been very happy for two years now with everything about Atlantico . The women in the leasing office are fabulous. I do wish the tiles didn't show cracks and they can't be fixed or filled. I would like to be able to not see black spots.

Atlantico is a very well maintained, safe and quiet community. The location allows you to walk to the grocery store, great restaurants, dry cleaners, etc. The neighborhood behind it is beautiful and very safe.

fantastic community all around. Facilities is lightning fast, leasing office is lovely, the landscaping and common areas (hallways, gym, pool) are generally immaculate. Neighbors are friendly & very respectful of each other.

Lovely area, beautiful grounds and lakes, but the quality of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. The appliances are very low-grade for the amount that we pay for rent. If it wasn't for the beautiful area and being close to shopping, there's no way that they can ever get this type of price for these apartments

Atlantic at Alton is a very well built and maintained, modern apartment complex with wonderful amenities. The rents are on the high side, but you get what you pay for. this is a beautiful part of Palm Beach Gardens, conveniently located next to 95 and only 4 miles from the beach. A wonderful bonus is having the Alton town center a short stroll away with many restaurants, shops, a gas station,Home Depot and Publix.

We have lived at Atlantico for 6 years. It is a wonderful and clean community with excellent, top-notch amenities! Our dog loves the private dog park where he can meet up and play with his friends. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and feel at home. There always something to do such as monthly food trucks, pizza night, wine/cheese night, holiday celebrations, and more! We love our neighbors, as well!

Great location with shops and eateries within walking distance. Wonderful staff. Maintenance folks are professional and friendly. Very nice walking path around the lakes. Big drawback is that the rents are very high and keep increasing every year.

I will soon have lived in my Apt Home in Atlantico At Alton and enjoyed every moment of my private quiet lifestyle! There's much to be offered that I do not take advantage of, but that's the beauty of living here! If help is needed, staff is excellent and there are not enough words to describe the wonderful efficiency of the Maintenance! They are amazing, quick to help and so considerate when/if repairs are needed. Having the Town Center so close is an amazing gift! Whatever you need is at your fingertips!

I received outstanding service from the maintenance team! The moment I submitted a work order for my AC, they were at my door almost instantly. They were incredibly professional and communicative, clearly explaining what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. Best of all, they had everything up and running again within 20 minutes! Without them, I would've gone the whole weekend without air?but they truly saved the day (and the weekend)! I'm so grateful for their quick response and excellent work. Thank you so much!
