I love living at Atlantico at Alton! The office staff is so nice and accommodating to all our needs and the property is kept in great condition. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. The location is great with so many shops and great restaurants that I can walk to. I highly recommend this place.

Loud dogs heard all over. Super thin walls and no carpet. Dog poop on balconies. Management sucks and is crooked. You will not get your security deposit back believe me! A lot of do you wrong going on here. Whatever you do do not trust the ninety 5 star reviews on Google, they are not real.

My daughter and grandson rented there for a year but ran into a lot of trouble with the management ---- and FCI Residential and I was witness to that and my husband. The management ---- tried and succeeded to get my daughter out of the apartment because my daughter complained about a dog next-door to where she lived that barked all the time and no dog owner around. Every time I would speak to my daughter on the phone all we could hear was the dog barking and both of us losing focus. Her stepdad would visit her and come home and tell me all about the trouble and heard the dog every visit and would say it sounded like the dog was caged up and in pain. It made his and my heart hurt and being on hospice it was double distressful for me as her mother and going through the problems right along with her. Sunday was another problem because the office is closed at Atlantico. If you need help on a Sunday no one is there. My daughter and grandson many times had to come stay with us because her and my grandson could not live with the dog and this management giving them such distress. Dog barking all day and all night. Tile floors and thin walls. Unhelpful and uncaring management. The dog owner moved into the apartment next-door to my daughter after my daughter and the owner was never home with the dog I could tell and she also would tell me. The management ---- would not do anything about it to help her. My daughter called me day after day distraught and in tears unable to sleep and not knowing what to do or who to get help from. After she complained for about seven or eight months the manager started to harass her with notes on her door that she would take pictures of and send me, making up things that my daughter was doing that she wasn't doing until she finally harassed my daughter long enough and allowed the dog barking to continue long enough my daughter had to look for another place to live to get away from there. Management ---- was trying to get her evicted for complaining so long. I saw the seven day notice accusing my daughter of something she does not do and I know for a fact she does not do. Management ---- and FCI residential and their attorney McCain and Barfield took away my daughters right to post reviews in forums by making her sign that right away if she wanted to break the lease early to get away from the problems. I know that because she showed me the document she was supposed to sign before she signed it. She was told she could either pay $3000 to break her lease early or if she signed a statement saying she would leave no reviews anywhere or talk to prospective tenants about her experience there they would let her go without $3000. Now the manager ---- has made up another lie after my daughter moved out early and giving up her right to speak freely, saying my daughter damaged the apartment and kept close to $1000 of her $2000 deposit that we all and others helped her to raise before moving in. She had planned to pay everyone back but now ---- the manager is preventing that because she does not like my daughter personally I think. The management ---- ---------------------------------------------------------------- They can not produce any receipt for work they say was done. My daughter took two full videos of the unit left in perfect condition when she moved out. I saw them. The manager ---- and the company FCI would not help my daughter at all or answer her calls and they still will not answer calls and are keeping her deposit. I know this because I have been on three-way calls with her each time. At this time we are all facing coronavirus and need money and they will not return her security deposit. I strongly caution you with this manager ---- and this company FCI residential. They will not give you any of their time no matter what kind of problems you face. You will face problems, the walls are very thin you can hear all your neighbors and their animals, they don't care, and they will create stories to keep your deposit. If you want to do anything about it you will have to take your time and money to take them to court. If you don't they keep collecting everybody's money. People need to stand up together against this company and not let them get away with doing this to people.

Beautiful well kept community with perfect location next to shops and restaurants. Staff is very professional and nice. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I love living here and look forward to renewing my lease.

This is a beautiful community with great amenities and a perfect location. It's right next to Publix, Starbucks, Bolay and Chipotle. The entire staff from the leasing office to maintenance are amazing and it's very well maintained. Even my neighbors are nice and friendly. I love living here!

Don't rent here the constant ongoing construction on the property. Pet owners allow their pets to go right outside your patio door without picking up the smell is aweful. Pet owners allow their dogs to bark constantly keeping you awake if you work nights or study for school. Management is aware but concentrate more on trying to flag the negative reviews instead of fixing the issues reported to them. I forgot to mention my friend had his F150 truck broken into on this so called secure gated property. This property is over valued fir what you pay and get her. Stay away !!!!!
