This complex is super quiet, and I have never had an issue with parking. The walls are thin, as normal in an apartment at any location, however overall you can't beat this place. It is a place that is welcoming and peaceful. Community matters here.

Good things and bad things to be said in the past year that I do not wish to go into at the moment. The transition was rough and a little unprofessional from The Waters to The Hangar management change. While the new staff was nice, I as the resident had to advocate for myself on numerous issues.

New apartments, requires a lot of upkeep. Staff unavailable at times. Gates brake occasionally and are left open. Water leak in bathroom was not properly addressed. Most residents complain about parking, WiFi, pests, and staff.

It was a great experience- the residents here are so friendly and helpful. Many residents waved and introduced themselves. Some even offered to help me move heavy items and one even offered to make me coffee.

Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here with the recent management and ownership. The community is fine, it is just the front office staff, the constant changes, the lack of communication, the lack of empathy and understanding, and nothing is consistent.

Brand new community with great amenities, excellent location. The distribution of my apartment is perfect, very spacious. They also have preferred employee discount. Staff has been really friendly and helpful since day one.

I love this apartment!! Very clean and super spacious. The rent is also super affordable. The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout my entire moving process and were ready and available when I called with any questions. The complex is also very clean and so are all of the amazing amenities!

Everything is super tidy and clean. The aesthetic are excellent. The services offered are quite reasonable. I love how everything looks homey and like a resort at the same time. The apartment accommodations are perfect and I just love it all.

I thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maintenance has been amazing. Office staff has been super nice for the most part it quiet only really hear opening and closing of doors and some kids screaming on the weekends. Nothing unexpected from an apartment complex. Can't wait to use the pool.

Love the pool, atmosphere, apartment is so cute. Pest control, power washing is always on schedule. And work maintenance is super fast when you have a request either immediately or within two days. Everyone is always on top of it.

You couldn't ask for a better place to live when it comes to the hangar at Ransley. The apartments are beautiful and the location is ideal. Management addresses issues with kindness and professionalism. The grounds are immaculate and by far the best maintenance crew i have ever dealt with. Residents are friendly and the amenities especially the pool is like living at a resort. By far the best apartment complex in Pensacola.

The complex is new and quiet. However, the back gate doesn't work and sometimes management won't get back to you. So if you don't go up there you might not receive anything from them. If you live on the third floor you will need help. So don't think you can move everything alone.

Issue not resolved. Never addressed issue and there is still a snake to walk way entrance of my apartment and my 10 year old and I are horrified of crossing just to leave home. Does not feel safe at all

When we moved in,we were uninformed about the "dark phase" which is when there is a change in management. The leasing team is a revolving door and at the time of move-in was very unprofessional and unorganized. It was the most frustrating move-in yet plus our apartment had leaks and was still getting "set up" on the day of move in. Now that we're over that hump, living here has been fine.
