It has been such a pleasure to meet the staff and to learn of all of the wonderful events that happen here within the community. There are so many ways to be involved if you want to be involved with fellow tenants and it's also such a quaint, quiet, and beautiful place! Move in specials and incentives are excellent. It felt like home before we even moved in! I love the location and am so happy we chose The Waters at Ransley for our new home in Pensacola. I highly recommend scheduling a tour and making The Waters your home!

    The Waters At Ransley have been incredible. Truly luxury living. The complex is gorgeous, well maintained, well lit, safe & secure. The staff & the residents are friendly. Super happy with my decision to move here!

    These apartments are really nice and safe. The leasing office staff does an amazing job with contacting you and keeping you in the loop. The location is right by the interstate so you can get anywhere in a great time. I wish they were here sooner!

      Consistently inconsistent

      This place is nice, aesthetically; however living here physically is different. If you appreciate people being consistently inconsistent with you, this is your place. You'll be given information on how to extend your discount (if applicable throughout your lease) before you sign your lease, to find thats not the case at all. You'll be locked out of your bldg by the gate being closed and having to park outside. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to rough it out. You'll be offered to transfer, or you can move out within the first 45 days. However, if you opt within 45 days, prepare to pay for the "first month's free rent." I found there were too many hidden agendas and pertinent information. Ensure to get everything in writing and FULLY read it before leasing here. I find my peace is worth more than a brand new place. If you don't mind living where you can hear your neighbors stomp around all the time, slam their doors everytime they enter and exit a room (even on thr 3rd level, and you don't mind hearing conversations you don't want to - this place is for you. It's too much stimulus and I didn't agree to live in a frat house with people who don't know how to be respectful or management who won't deal with loud people accordingly.

        My experience at the community has been amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful and close to everything that I need access to. I plan on staying here long term and would recommend this place to anyone.

          The community offers amenities that were helpful to me. Mailroom, package program, gym, pool, and outdoor lounge area. The location is great. You are close to everything but far enough off the main street to not hear all the traffic from the comfort of your home. The office staff has been amazing so far! Both polite and extremely helpful. I look forward to what this year may hold! ??

            It's been a phenomenal experience! The community is friendly, welcoming, clean, pet friendly, offers excellent amenities, a knowledgeable and supportive staff, spacious floor plans, and allows for quiet evenings to rest and relax. I'm certainly glad I chose to live here!

              Staff very professional, apartments very beautiful just not what I'm looking for. Just couple preferences for me but really nice fit someone else. They have thought of some nice things like the Starbucks coffee station but I'm not a coffee drinker lol

                While doing our new apartment search we did drive to a few apartments complex. This community definitely is hidden within the city. We loved that it is away from the main avenue and once you drive in you see their gorgeous buildings. The staff was wonderful and the amenities that the complex provides are amazing.

                    It's a great apartment complex can't wait till it is finished everything new and up to date. The only thing is they don't originate in Fl so it's hard with setting things up. That part wasn't thought out well but overall great apartment and staff.

                        Given our location, I should have asked about windows/ coverings in case of hurricane. I didn't think to ask about evacuation plans. Is there an average cost for utilities? Probably all electric. Estimate of rent increases.

                          I have not lived in this community yet. However, the staff seems amazing. The apartments are in a great location. The amenities are nice as well. The pool looks great and it was really clean. They have a fireplace, a station for grilling, car wash, and dog park !
