Everyone in the management team is helpful and friendly. The community involvement in activities is amazing. The grounds are well kept and the maintenence staff are friendly. I enjoy living here and hope to continue here for a long time.

    Excellent customer service. The staff in the office are knowledgeable,friendly and eager to assist. Service requests are completed quickly, the staff are efficient, leave no trail of mess behind them. They also leave notification on your door to alert you that they have been in.

      The Waters at Ransley is a very welcoming and friendly community. The staff is extremely passionate about helping to assist the residents with any concerns they might be having and are always looking to improve the community.         When searching for a place, I first viewed the area of my choice made sure I love what was around the area, making sure everything is in my line of choice such as school, shopping centers, restaurants and more?.. I even viewed the property before speaking with anyone this can easily be done by using Google Maps or visiting the choice of any apartment? reading other people reviews and standpoint after conducting my research it was time to view them in person as some property of your choice apartment some management might think they're reviewing the client however as I always review them myself, I look at other staff how well do they handle situations, is the staff and the person I'm talking to about my move in how well do they conduct themselves as professional business person? I'm very impressed with everything about my new-found home, and you too can view this analysis and find a place for your family.

            I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic?everything I need is within walking distance, from grocery stores to restaurants, and public transport is easily accessible. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a pool, and a beautiful common area that's perfect for relaxing or socializing. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and spacious, with lots of natural light. The lobby is stunning?stylish and welcoming, making a great first impression every time I enter the building. I also appreciate the trash service; it's reliable, with prompt pick-up, so I never have to worry about waste piling up. Overall, this complex offers a great living experience, combining convenience, comfort, and quality. Highly recommend!

              Well maintained property. Staff and tenants are all very friendly. I am enjoying my stay in Pensacola. I will be here for another 7 months and look forward to living at The Waters at Ransley station Blvd.

                Been a good experience so far. Nice community. staff is always communicating and attentive to your needs. Pool is clean as well. fairly quiet neighbors with little distractions. Parking is at times an issue with tenants in other buildings using ours though which can be frustrating.

                    Great community! It's a very safe place to stay and the office staff and maintenance team take a lot of pride in their work. It's been a pleasure staying here and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

                      Our experience at this community has been wonderful. We have been living here for about 8 months and plan on renewing our lease when the time comes. We have had wonderful neighbors, maintenance staff is always very kind, and we have even happily welcomed our newborn into the world while living here. We are looking forward to raising him in this community until we move on to purchase a home!

                        Not a good place to work I hear. I have heard from multiple residents/staff that it is not a good environment. Management is not fair and does not do as she is supposed to gates are always broke, trash does not get picked up and there is trash all throughout on the ground along with dog ----. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. Our stay has been nothing more than ------

                          All I can say is it a perfect place to love I love everything about it the staff and maintenance are very helpful I love the pool around I love the work out room and the game room and the dog park and all the car washing area

                            Really enjoy the location and accessibility to restaurants and other areas. The apartment complex feels safe now that I have a baby and I'm never worried about our safety. We enjoyed our time here at the waters

                              amazing charlie helped through the whole process and everyone is super friendly! Even got a few gifts for moving in so that was amazing and made us feel at home here! Definitely suggest and they have amazing amenities!

                                  Great community and friendly staff. Everyone is very close and helpful when there are any concerns. Apartments all come with utilities and washer and dryers. Lots of space in the apartments and great community events

                                    I am so happy here! From the first day I moved in until now, the office staff and the maintenance staff have been awesome! It is so quiet here. Anytime of the day that I go outside take my dog for a walk or get in my car to leave. It is so quiet. I am looking forward to using the pool when the weather warms up. The whole complex is first class.

                                        This is a brand new community, so only the front portion was available from what I could tell. But the tour was Nice! The model apartment was exactly what I waa looking for. They hv so many amenities. They have a nice size dog park.. not some little corner in the back of the complex. Has a car wash... and its FREE!!! Everything is controlled by your cellphone,thegate, mailbox. Etc. Nice green spaces to walk your dog around the back of the complex. Apartments are VERY nice size the bathrooms are huge for an apartment. Very impressed.

                                          Since day one when I first visited till present the staff has been friendly and accommodating. The application process was simple and straightforward any questions I had were answered asap. The atmosphere/events at residence gatherings monthly held in club house have been very positive and welcoming. The amenities are adequate and maintained. Location is great and access to entertainment, restaurants, shopping are all within 15 minutes.

                                            Place and staff....

                                            This place is so gorgeous and modern I really love it. All the amenities are perfect you have everything that you need in one place but the situations to find parking at night is insane is not parking enough for everyone. The Staff.... omg the staff idk why but the are rough, the security guy are so disrespectful, they don't have ethic and they are not professional, I just wonder if they don't like to work with people so why they are here, because is so frustrating to receive that kind of energy from the staff even when you have a question of something they respond with attitude... for me the staff need to be at the same level of quality of this place.....everything else is good...
