This apartment had several issues since my move in i.e. loose door knobs, dryer not functioning properly, loose toilet seat in master bathroom, faulty garbage disposal etc should have been assessed prior to my move in.

The apartment complex itself is nice. The complex is new with a nice pool, gym room, club house, and a small fitness facility with basic work out equipment. Appliances within the apartment are new. No pest problem. Valet trash $35 per month. Internet provider is Rev which works fine with option up to 1Gbps/1Gbps. Overall a nice apartment community in the west side of Pensacola.

Loving my experience at The Hangar! Apartment is beautiful as well as the pool! Staff has always been amazing and tries to assist me the best way possible. Location is perfect as well. Really enjoying the game room and pool area

The community is very nice, very clean, and it's in a safe area. I love the pool area and the grills. Everyone respects each other's space also. There's restaurants around that are easy to get to and it's close to the highway.

This apartment complex is definitely one of the best in Pensacola. After touring it I knew it was the one for me. The complex is gated and super safe to the point my fiancee has no problems walking around at night. Staff like Jocelyn made the place feel like home from the start. The amenities and feel of the apartments cannot be matched! Plus I rarely hear the other residents around me!

Nice apartments but real crowded needs more parking or better parking have to park really far away if you find one at all. not sure if its living on top floor or not but ac does not reach temperature and is always hot but they are nice other than that.

Very good to date. Only lived here since March 8, 2025. I don't have much of anything to comment about because I just moved in and all I've been doing is still removing small items from my old apartment; plus unpacking boxes at my new dwelling.

Clean, beautiful, gated, nice apartment place! I have yet to find a nicer complex in Pensacola. I am eager to live here and so excited to use all of the amenities like the grills, pool, hammocks, corn hole, gym facility, and so much more!!

The community and apartments are nice and maintained well. However, management is the issue here. I was having issues with a neighbor and I brought it to them 3 times- to which they never did anything about. They responded let us know if it happens again and we'll go investigate. Why wait until the 4th time? My property was damaged because the neighbors were pouring pee water (from dogs) off the balcony. I lost multiple Christmas decorations, cushions, and plants. But yes let's wait until the next time to do something about it lol weird. I also came in to get a coffee with my dog on a super coldd day and I was sitting to warm up. They asked me to leave because dogs are no welcome in community areas. He was on a leash and I just wanted to warm up. Thought that was rude

Place is okay to get you on your feet but wouldn't recommend to friends or family. When it comes to people above you and noise people don't care in fact I've been moved once cause people above me and the apartment couldn't do anything with them now that I'm moved people above me are the same way. The floors aren't insulated or anything so you hear everything, place holds water 24/7, just from my experience I wouldn't stay here again.

The Waters has a super nice staff and have been very welcoming since I moved in December 2024. The maintenance team responds very quickly as well and fixed my AC issue very quickly and efficiently. They have been very nice with my kitties too!

It's beautiful and stunning. I love the ample amounts of storage in the units. I can't wait to move in. I loved the pool and cozy little spaces as well. The 2 bed 2 bath I want was the perfect size while being roomy and cozy at the same time.

This is a really great community with a great staff and great maintenance team. The dog park is a great please to bring my dog. The pool is beautiful and always clean. The game room is a great places to hang with friends in unpredictable Florida weather!

I love this community! It was the most square-footage I could find in this price range and I feel very comfortable! The staff is awesome, and I love the community events they have. I got to enjoy my first event - a charcuterie night - and fell even more in love with this community!!
