I have completed this comment section before And and I would like to go on record with that. I think this is a fantastic place and I would never want to move away from it?.. in regard to the services from the office in maintenance, activities, like bingo, water, exercise cards tonight, TGIF parties, gentle yoga,, awesome location,, security, excellent neighbors. I wish I could give the noise evaluation some specific information. The noise level comes from the Hotel bands across the way and the road noise from the freeway.

Best management team. Responds promptly to sevice requests. Professional and friendly! I feel safe here. Security is usually visible whenever am walking outside. Maintenance does a good job with the grounds and picking up garbage.Am happy here!!

It is a safe and friendly community. Both tenants and staff are pleasant and considerate people. The complex is located right on Tampa Bay and enable the tenants to fish and also enjoy a beautiful water view.

I love living at Carlton Arms St. Pete. The grounds are well kept, they keep up with maintenance, and everyone on staff is super friendly. I love that we are having more community activities and events, including a monthly food truck visit!

The property is very well maintained both inside and outside. The grounds make me feel good about bringing my fridends and family to visit. Whenever I need somtthing attended to inside not matter how big or small it is done quickly and professionally. Out property is management is the best making sure we have any questions or issues taken care of.

Best place to live and play. Management always there for us 200%. Every issue maintenance wise are addressed immediately. Staff always polite and go above and beyond to help with a smile . We have monthly events that brings our community together with love and respect dancing, pool exercise groups, food truck tryouts, card and bingo nights, etc..

Exceptional location. Maintenance, Guard Station and Office Staff are impressively on top every aspect of managing the grounds, apartment buildings and units. I have never lived in a place that felt more welcoming and more like home than any other apartment complex.

I love the area I'm in. The grounds are well maintained. There is a Sky Beach Resort right next to the complex which is great for eating out and entertainment. We have easy excess to other beaches and restaurants.

I have lived at two Carlton Arms, Winter Park and now St. Pete. Both are beautiful, well maintained properties with kind, attentive, and effective staff in both the front office and maintenance departments. I recommend these properties to my friends and plan on living in a Carlton Arms until I move out of Florida.

I have actually live at Carlton Arms since 1991 in several different apartment. Changes due to life changes. I love it here. In fact my mom lived here from 1978 to 2017 and my sister lived here for several years too. CA is a great place to live your life. It is quiet, pretty and comfortable. Lots of green trees etc

This is a very friendly community with a small town feel. Everyone is very professional and it's a beautiful complex on the water. It's quiet except for being near the highway but that is convenient for getting anywhere. I'm glad I moved here!
