In general, I have had a good experience living in these apartments for the last 3 years, I have had a good time, some of them and that is appreciated. Being aware of changing the very old appliances would be really important for us housewives who are a priority in our kitchens , and also for security to make rounds more frequently for our community .

Close proximity to everything you need from food, medical and fun places. No issues since living here. Staff is friendly, professional and help whenever help is needed. The surrounding community is fine as well.

A front desk manager is on property for emergencies. She is open to hear any problems that may arise, either maintenance or apartment related she will listen. The office personnel is available for any covers a tenant may have, but remind them if it's not too satisfactory.

Sometimes it gets loud from the kids out playing in front of my door, but I guess that happens in any apartment building, but I do think that the people that they hire for pest control aren't really doing a great job with pest control because no matter how much you bomb I think they have to take the appliances out and clean them because everybody feels like the appliances are holding the roaches going from apartment to apartment

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 11 YEARS GOOD PLACE RENT IS TOO STEEP FOR THE SIZE OF APARTMENT. NEEDS ASSIGNED PARKING BETTER INTERNET AT AFFORDABLE PRICES AND STOP CHARGE US A BILL FEE 2X WHEN WE PAY ONLINE.

Dont move here until the apartments get renovated. The apartments dont enforce pest control they say its every Thursday but thats a lie. The rent hasnt gone down at all only up. The only good thing is the maintenance response time other than that find something better.

I have not had the best experience in the short time I've lived here. It's supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always open no need for a code or key card. Maintenance are very responsive time wise but often times I have to put in a work order for the same issue because the work isn't done right.

My experience in this community has been very satisfactory, excellent quality in the attention from the staff who work there as their manager, the place is very clean and quiet, they gave me the apartment in perfect conditions to live, they gave me all the necessary information about the place, everything very affordable, I have a very bad experience of the previous place where I was living and I was very pleased with Royal Palm, thank you all for your great work.

Overall the community in itself is good, however I do feel as if the property needs updates as far as the actual units go. Residents pay too much in rent and fees for our appliances to look the way that they do.

Neighborhood is quiet they also keep the grounds really clean. I would like to see maybe a dog park and also barbecue grills. The staff and maintenance has been really nice and helpful. I am very happy with my experience here

I love my apartment, its very quiet in my area, me ans my neighbors watch out for each other, and each other a little community. Everytime I have a problem or something needs fixed maintenance usually has it fixed the next day. So I'm not moving til my house comes along.

It's a nice quiet place , lovely scenery. Spacious apartments. Nice sparkling pool / kiddy pool for the kids or babies . It's very well kept for the most part . The going rate can fluctuate anytime during your lease agreement.
