They were very nice, helpful and outgoing and very informational help me out with whatever I need and if I need something fixed, they came in the next day and fixed it with no problems so far so good thanks for having us

Staff is great, price in the apartments are great, very calming and quite. Had no issues moving in here, neighbors been great and kind. We also have pool and GYM and everything is near , gas station, food, stores and more.

The community is great place! Rent is not bad at all!!! My only concern is they need better WiFi like Spectrum. Please consider for your residents. Other than that it's very quiet at night no loud noise!!!!

Royal Palm Key Apartments since I moved in have always maintained a clean and tidy image. The office staff, as far as I'm concerned, have always been friendly and the maintenance staff always fixes any issues as soon as possible.

I really love this community, the place is safe for my family and very clean place. the maintenance staff does a very good Job, Overall it is a good place to live. Its location is great, I have what I need close to me.

A1 maintenance on time every time. Put a work order in early morning and they are here not even hours later with the issue fixed within 5 minutes. Front office Malissa is great also, very helpful when it comes to any situation.

The community is safe, the neighbors are sociable and the office and maintenance staff are very professional. regularly inspecting apartments, The pool area is well maintained and the green areas are clean and well-kept.

Una comunidad econ?mica pero que ofrece todo lo necesario. Los administradores ( mr. Armando) son muy profesionales y los de mantenimiento muy eficientes. Si buscas una unidad econ?mica que ofrezca lo que necesitas esta es una buena opci?n. Espero puedas aplicar

Over-all pretty pleased with this complex. No place is perfect but management does try to stay on top of things for the most part. Still waiting on my outlets to be changed. Kitchen outlets still a problem.

When I first moved in it was ok..Very outdated but I loved the location of the unit. Now in 2023 these people has raised rent twice.. with no upgrade to the apartment. Everything is outdated.I can't wait to move. Maintenance people suck and are creeps you tell them NOT to come in you unit when you're not there but they still do. Or they'll clear out a request and don't come all together.Roaches for other units will take over yours if you don't stay on top of it smh it's Horrible here.. They need to tear these down and start over. With new management also. I had to renew my lease do the whole process 3 times because they kept losing my paperwork.I was lied to for 3 years about being upgraded to a bigger unit even after turning in a application fee TWICE!

I have no comment,when u moved in i had no problem or complaints about anything,the staff is very respectful courteous and sufficient with everything that they i had a maintenance request they were up the good work.

I love my apartment the maintenance are on time to fix stuff and the manager is very understanding I'll make sure things get taken care of and make you feel comfortable in your community. My grandkids enjoy the parks n pool.

Everything was above and beyond than what I expected. Everyone was nice no loud neighbors the pool is cleaned and very relaxing. Staff is very attentive to our needs and maintenance always get it right the first time.

When I was working - before Retirement. My place of employment was 5 min away. Close Grocery stores, resturants, hospital, fire stations, Hillsborough Sherrif's parole the area frequently. Good place to live

Pretty good.I Have had very negative responses from top mgt. in complex. He was very nasty and disrespectful to me. He told me to get out of the office when I was there to RENEW my lease.He gave me a very hard time.We need to know how to contact the corporate office if needed.

Bueno pues siempre quise vivir aqu? porque lo vi como el lugar m?s c?modo tanto par mi como para mi esposo ya q somos personas mayores y con impedimentos, hemos tenido alg?n inconvenientes, pero las personas necesitan segundas oportunidades ya q no somos perfectos pero nunca hemos dejado de pagar la renta. Y mientras podamos nos gustar?a seguir aqu?.

Great community. Great staff. Staff is friendly and always willing to help you out. Maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Easy access to pay your rent online. Outside is well kept. Great job!

When i first came here though i made a good decision although i was very forward about not living on the 1st floor was still giving the 1st floor Wish I didn't move here because people above me are very rude and they stop all Day when they hear that I'm up or getting up for work I mentioned in the office but not sure if anything was done

Me encanta definitivamente si vas a rental en uno de los apartamentos, lo recomiendo ya que son muy limpios y responsables en todo lo que hacen y dan un buen servicio. Yo estoy agradecida con el manager de mi complex ya que en todo momento que necesitemos algo sobre el el apartamento el est? ah? gracias

A sido muy buena la experiencia en este lugar respecto a los servicios de mantenimiento. Lo ?nico complicado es que te cambian el pagare y a veces sin notificaci?n en este a?o van dos veces que an cambiando la renta o sea la an aumentado sin importar el contrato que ya has firmado lo ?nico que te dicen que es por la Hillsborough

I have had the best experience with the managers workers and staff everything is always done the community is always clean the pool also is very clean everytime the security are always making the community safe this is the place you will want to be Richman Property's the apartments that you will call home thank you
