The work orders I put in are not complete. The place is nice and quiet with security on site at night but most the staff are not fair in certain situations. They don't know I have cameras in my apartment so I know when they come and when they dont but I would get emails stating that work orders are done.

Great place to live. It's calm and quiet. Neighbors are nice and office staff are cool and respectful. Maintenance is quick and kind. Lawns and grounds guys are out here once a week a believe. Overall it's a nice place to live.

The community is great to live in strick manager but it keeps the place safe the people are very nice and the staff is also great no problems but it do need mote lighting ih best part its near shopping restaurant doctors and hospital and public transportation

Of course when u move in they dont say hey we have roaches, but guess what they have roaches, and they have pest control but my problem is they make it seem like you are the reason that there are roaches, like we brought them with us when i first moved in i saw three dead roaches, if i had the opp to turn around and leave i would do just that, so im still here honestly because every wea else is waiting list, and i keep my house clean but the fact that i have to kill bugs throughout my day is the most annoying thing ever, they're in the walls, they need to be tore down and rebuild, u pay all this money, you don't have a clean pool, you cant leave ur grill outside becausr its a fire hazard? But putting a hot grill in ur house isnt?! You cant be outside past 8? Even when its summer time be on ur porch no common ground areas

Apartment could be maintained better. Full of bugs when I moved in and have been trying to get rid of them ever since I moved in. Repair staff basically ignores requests for repairs. Not a great place!

Very bad would not renew my l?ase. Office staff do not worry about the property, pool Always dirty, gym, close and equiment broken. Office staff do not care sbout the property. Can not get in the pool can not use the gym. ? have never lived in a place like this. Would not renew my lease.

This complex Needs more communications with their tenants when there is a maintenance problem. Just the same way they do when you don't pay your rent on time next day you see papers on doors "Now you owe late fee" your rent is late. Same process should be use for maintenance follow up I had to called them to find out what was going on with my A/C and to find out there was a part that had to be order which was going to take 2-3 day to arrived.

The lady in the front disc she is tuff ..but the other staff is excellent and every thing is berfect I like this apartment it's really nice and all peoples berfect and from inside perfect and clean but some time noisy from the kids in the bark but I like it

2Ok for the most part some of the maintenance and office pers are OK. Iam on a fixed income and the the 4 >day late penalty hits us pretty hard when it falls wrong day and then we have to pay the late few, split second are crooks

Owner of apartment are cheap and just cares of making income instead of quality of housing. They try to mask what the complex really is, but is just because they are about to be inspected. Once its over everything will be back to the filthy neighborhood it is.

The staff is rude not approachable, didn't get back to you on time with the right information I they never have to write answers and when trying to call the phone keeps ringing and ringing no one answers on time. First impression is always the best and I feel like the lack of keeping anybody interested on leaving there never mind referring someone

So far so good. No problems. I havent had any issues with no one. Neighbors are nice. The staff is great. The staff very concern over getting things fast and ready for my move in. The maintatenance guy is great too. I would recommed this place to a friend. I cant complain about my place or my apartment complex.

This apartment complex is the worst EVER!!! I moved in the apartments in September of 2012, In October maintenance came into my apartment without permission and managed to steal my ASUS laptop and (2) galaxy phones. When I reported to the office the next day they did nothing about it and said let the police do their investigation, as soon as I got back to the apartment the maintenance man (-------) confronted my boyfriend and tried to start a fight. I requested the insurance information so I could file a claim and then 3 weeks after paying my December rent my check allegedly bounced. I requested on numerous occasions for the front office to provide me with a copy of the check which they failed to do so. I provided them with a certified letter from my bank showing it cleared...THEN the idiots filed eviction on me. I took the proof to the judge who allowed time for the apartments to prove I gave them a NSF check. I sought legal counsel and moved out. I am currently working with other neighbors to file suit against these idiots. The manager (-------) is as idiotic as they come, he thinks he is above everyone and will smile and be nice as pie until you move in. I went 3 weeks without hot water in my second bathroom and 7 days with a mold filled washer machine. It was not until I took a picture of the washer to court and to the office that they decided to fix it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Your kids cannot go outside and play because parents egg on fights between them, there is a young boy who continues to assault children by choking and hitting them and the apartments nor police do anything about it.

We moved in here june 2012 and I will tell you that I hate it. These office people lost our freaking deposit and are teying To make us pay a new one 4 months After we moved in. Wtf?? It's noisy and the pool is dirty There are always police around breaking up fights, and its super ------ here With all these section 8 people.People just throw trash and condoms right on the ground!! And I mean how the hell are the neighbors downstairs louder than upstairs neighbors. But you know what? Ill let you find out for yourself

I just moved in November 1. When i read the reviews prior to moving in I was a little weary of appling but they were affordable and I liked that. Since i moved in i actually love it. It is quite clean and close to everything. The parking i thought would be a problem for me because i like to have people over for dinners and stuff but I havent had a problem with towing cause i jsut get a pass for them and there good for the night.

Roaches are ur BFF

please do not move here. this place is so nasty....all they care.about is there rent.. they dont fix anything, they fixer people just ride around in there carts ans get.paid..i guess... when you need them to.. they come to you weeks later as if you did something wrong... the trash is always over filled.. like you.living in the dump...butall they want is they rent..you cant set in your car.nor stand on sidewalk.. you have to be in your own little area.. the one thing i hate here is the people in the office.. i feel as you.dont want to live like this so why do your tenents have to..oh cause all they care aboyt is there rent.. i think the governer or.some health department need to come out here and see what goes on at night.. it terible.. and last your BFF. a.k.a ROACHES..they dont die they multiply..all day ......six months and the whole time aint been notging but roaches......roaches...roaches...roaches..am going crazy and you.will too.. Looks are not everything. you know people see this place and go goo goo over this. this is not a kid friendly community, it's a prision yard here! you can't do anything the office is very very unorganized, everything you do here is a violation there through the Flash light wanna be police officers here. what ever they say the office believes them 100% and have no common sense to know if it is personal with them or not. People stay out all night drinking, having parties and loud very loud talking til no matter what time it is in the morning. YOu are always having to go to the office because of a bill charged to you for something that was taken care of in the past. That means they can't count ( math Tutor)! it's a very stressful place to live. you get a letter like every week about what's going to change or needs to be checked up on. WTH!!!! If people needed that they would just go and turn their selves in at the local hillsborough county sherrif office so they can be watched 24/7. There are roaches here as well, it's part of landscaping and decoration from inside out.....you have to get thier cable or you just won't have any. When, there are companies for basic out here charging $29.99 a month W/ tax. $31.53 I mean come on. there needs to be something done with rentals like this,no Balconeys so if you need to get some air you'll always have to be bothered by sitting around outside in no privacy, this is a upscale project building complex. But as it's said, if you got to live then you got to live somewhere right?......but make it not here if you want to really live and have a peace of mind. It's on you. There's more to it but tired of typing. Piece of crap.

Do not move here if professionalism is important to you..

When you put in a work order request for something to be fixed in your apartment, be prepared to notify the office at least three times before they actually do something. Gad to wait months to get issues fixed. I've kept up with this place because the price is decent but it is not worth it anymore. Rather pay a little more for a higher quality place. Definitely will not renew when the times comes, but want to review my options for what I can do now.
