I have been living here for over 15yrs. I have never any problems. Everything is good. Everyone in office have always been polite and helpful. Maintenance employees are knowledgeable and do a great job.

Nice place and very clean The staff are very responsible No cockroaches not mice every problem that there is in my apartment, the maintenance act fast. Thank Royal Palm Key I'm really happy in this place

Not so great the playground that I take my two year old is full of garbage and cigarettes butts and the playgrounds are not well maintained at all they need new paint Al least and old screws that are a hazard removed. One is missing a whole slide it's really sad because there are a lot of kids in the complex

See p r envious comments I am not repeating myself. To do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result is insanity... check the records, from move in I provided list of things that need to be done and it's not done yet.. I love living here! It's quiet, clean, and affordable. When I call someone answers the phone and my problem gets solved promptly. It's in the middle of everything shopping center, Mall, Hospital and minutes from I-275.

I enjoy living here. The only thing that I have concerns about were the few roaches I had when I first moved in. But other than that it's been great. They have a wonderful staff working and resolve any maintenance problems in a timely manner

The maintenance and office staff are unreliable. They are not tenant attentive, the tenant is not important. I applied and got approved fairly quickly they had me come in and sign the lease. After, I moved in was notified that the water is not included. I was not told this at my lease signing, it is also not advertise on their website. My neighbor are super inconsiderate and play loud music everyday and work on their car all the time (mechanic). Others, leave their dogs loose and there is dog feces all around. The back gates are always opened while the front gates are closed only during the night, which it makes no since to my believe since anyone can still come in to the complex. Overall, I will not recommend this complex the amount of rent you have to pay is not worth it.

My experience in this community is absolutely very well. I like my apartment is very comfortable. I have never had problems with anyone in the office or with the neighbors. I recommended this community.

The property seems to be clean. Office staff is courteous and helpful with issues pertaining to the property. The maintainece men are prompt and knowledgeable with fixing problem in and outside the apartment.

This is my 1st time experience in this community but compared to where I am currently moving from, the community seems family oriented, everything looks up kept and staff seem to be diligent and attentive to my needs thus far and always working.

Honestly speaking DO NOT move here …. Ignore the good comments and believe the negative ones , The building was better managed when the assistant property manager was Alex , the new one they got in the leasing office are racist & the girls in the front gossip and flirt with tenants like they providing a dating service.. No complaints about Armando he does his job … but especially the new assistant manager K. Miranda uses her authority for the wrong reasons … Maintenance does not exist ………. The only one on top of things is the maintenance supervisor he makes sure things get done …. DO NOT LET THE STARS FOOL YOU Best of luck finding a community who actually cares for all tenants… #Roachpalmkey #trollleasing #DONOTMOVEHERE

Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Good Location. The only thing I don't like is you can't choose your internet and cable provider. Guest parking is limit and you can't get a parking permit unless you own the vehicle. Other than that it's a great place to live.

The office staff is great! Visitor parking availability is well under limited! Maintenance tend to handle requests effective and efficiently. The upkeep would be better if residents actually utilized the compactor instead of leaving it beside it.

Office staff rude. If you do not speak Spanish they care less about your concerns. Maintenance request aren't fulfilled in a timely manner. Neighbors were very rude playing loud music at all times slamming doors and crowding entry ways leaving trash.

When I first moved in the apartment was smaller. But rent was good at 898.00 then covid hit I still paid rent faithfully and as a single mother of three with rent going up to 1015.00 I'm looking to move out ASAP.

Great community, clean and quiet. Apartments are well kept and any issues maintenance is a call away. Pool area is always clean. Security walks around at least 3 times a week until maybe midnight. Parking is always available. This is a towing community if your car doesn't have a sticker, it will be towed after 10pm. Not many visitor parking spots available so first come first serve. Overall I would recommend to a friend or family.

This place is a good place. I would definitely recommend this apartments to anyone is beautiful and have a small park for kids is a great community people are friendly and is very quiet place. Is a very good place

The apartments are very clean and well laid out to give an outstanding view. The neighborhood is peaceful and respectful community. Staff members are so cooperative and friendly. The only thing needs attention is pest control.

So far moving in was great the staff in great so far no problem. Just moved in a week ago so I can't answer so many questions but so far I'm enjoying the space ,the staff,Grandkid came by they went to the lil play area

Mi experiencia ha sido buena es un lugar muy ordenado y tratan de mantenerlo limpio ,el espacio de recreaci?n para los ni?os es bueno, el ?nico inconveniente cv que hemos tenido es con el control de plagas porque hay mucha cucaracha y aunque vienen a fumigar eso no logra eliminarlas y por otro lado he puesto mi malestar con el ruido que generan las personas de el segundo piso y nadie ha hecho nada

It's very good quiet place to stay with a good ambiance the apartments are well maintained, clean and security wise is good.I have actually never had a major problem all the time I have lived here not until recently which I consider poor communication mainly from The main office other than that we are good and pse keep it up as u also try to polish the little things that seem not to matter to u coz they cause much damage.

Nice size 2br and 2 ba. Disappointed that there are no linen closets or pantry. Location is good. Having an exit/entry off of 131st as well as off Fletcher is nice to not have to cross over Fletcher to head toward Florida Ave.
