Centrally located staff very courteous. Maintenance always on top of things. Very happy about the recent addition of the dog park. Bad thing is people do nit appreciate it and find it too difficult to pick up after their dogs.

The complex really cares about its residents. They want you to feel at home. The office manager is so helpful anytime you need her or have questions. The maintenance staff is very prompts and truly cares about you as a person.

If you are looking for a community where you can feel safe and welcomed, look no further than Windover Woods! Jessica, the site manager, provides excellent communication and assured our out of state move in process was extremely smooth. She addressed all of our questions and any concerns we had and made us feel welcomed once we arrived. I love that the location of Windover Woods is close to EVERYTHING, yet tucked away for its own little peace and quiet. So far our neighbors are pleasant and the grounds are kept nice and clean. We love it here!

I found the apartment complexes to be very well built as compared to others. In more northern cities, the infrastructure is severely lacking as compared to Florida's general infrastructure. Florida's housing is well built.

The community has been amazing. My neighbors have been so nice and helpful. It is pretty quiet and peaceful here. The tress and atmosphere just makes it way better in regards to the serene atmosphere. I feel safe here and after a long day, taking a walk and waving to talking to neighbors relieves a lot of tension. I'll be appling to renew my lease for another year.

Mostly good but there have been some bumps in the road. The interior Air Conditioning units need to be replaced due to their age, and in our apartment specifically, there is a structural problem that leads to condensation under the floor in the second bedroom that keeps the carpet damp. The speed limit needs to be enforced, better drainage for when it rains hard and better sidewalks and parking need to be addressed. Other than that, nice place to live.

It's clean and quiet. The staff are incredible. Maintenance is responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking can be an issue. But it's easy to deal with. Overall, we've been very happy here and would recommend the community to friends and family.

Very secluded community, however neighbors complain over the smallest things and staff do not investigate they pretty much go by what they are told. Other than that could be a great place to stay???..

Overall its a nice place to live. It is quiet and the maintained staff, especially Andy is amazing. There is a lack of care to the landscaping. I have lived here 4 years and they will not fix the irrigation so we can have grass and will not put and bushes in that died. Are there worse places, yes, are there better places, definitely.

Nice complex, but old and overpriced upon renewals. Has a nice pool and nice office staff but as rates go down, so should the price of rent. People need to not be screwed anymore upon lease renewals, we'll all be living in cars soon.

It was absolutly wonderful. Jessica was amazing. She informed us of the status of our application and when we could move in based on getting all the necessary things in order (rental insurance, change of power company and deposit). She is an absolute blessing.

Awesome place. Really quiet and peaceful. Management and staff is awesome and the property is maintained very well. Laundry room, pool, cqr cleaning station, basketball hoop. It's in a good spot close to stores too... everything.

Great place very quiet and really close to shopping centers. People here are nice and the windover woods team helps you if you run into problems with your apartment. I have kids and it's a safe environment for them to grow up in Im thankful.
