It's a pretty decent apartment complex for the price. Very quiet, with just enough amenities for me. Apartments are very sound proofed, I've never heard my neighbors. I like that it's kinda tucked into the woods.

Wasn't bad in the beginning but we have come across many issues. I wish the office staff would actually do their job and respond to calls rather than just "close the office" during open hours. Very difficult to get anything done.

It's a beautiful community and you can tell the employees care about the residents here. They are all very nice and caring people who will go out of their way to help you out. The grounds are always beautiful.

It's very clean and very well up kept nice quiet community . I would recommend this community to anyone to move in this property. These also an excellent staff that works at this community. Very nice neighbors as well.

Storage space is a little tight if you have a lot of big items but definitely a good apartment for its price. Practically front row seats to any launch, letting you hear the rumble from your front porch. Walls are very thick, rarely heard our neighbors and if we did the apartment would have to be dead quiet, even then you couldn't make out what was being said. Maintenance was very prompt and helpful whenever an issue came up. Nice, clean facilities and outdoors.

Windover Woods seems like a safe and quiet place to live overall. The location is very convenient. The cottage style apartments are a much nicer renting experience than traditional multi-floor apartments. I should've moved here sooner.

The apartments are pretty good and fairly well maintained. Maintenance requests are responded to in a reasonable timeframe. Management can sometimes be hard to reach or slow to respond, but generally try to make sure the tenants are happy with their experience.

Clean, mostly quite, and safe. Has a small pool that is very nice not used too much during the weekdays so it's like having your own pool. Maintenance has been responsive and quick.Many improvements over the years I have lived here.

Nice community, good location, and very safe. Law enforcement and fire department are right across the street. Very quiet with respectful neighbors. Good place for a single woman to feel safe and secure.

Moving in during a pandemic was definitely a strange experience. However, the office staff was beyond friendly and helpful during this time. They have been extremely safe and cautious when it comes to the safety of the residents and workers. They are also always there to help when we have questions or concerns.

A nice quiet older community. Nothing really fancy, but well taken care of. In a very beautiful wooded setting and close to shopping with easy access. Neighbors are great and look out for each other.

Wonderful apartment homes, friendly staff, great location and amenities. Best of all its a quiet complex. It's minutes away from KSC and Titusville proper. I recommend this place very much, you really can't go wrong.

Very wonderful and quite community! Nice place to walk and also walk your pets, very pet friendly! Wonderful neighbors, who look out for one another! Very professional Manager (Lee Ann) who is the BEST!! Very nice leasing Agent Laura! Very Good Management Team( Kyle & Jeff) just a Very nice place to live!! Very Happy here!!

The raising of rent annually does not reflect what I nor I'm sure others get as far as raises annually. Making it harder to pay rent and stay in a place we like. I like my apartment and area. I feel safe here. But continuing to raise rent will force me to eventually have to move somewhere more affordable.

I'm enjoying living here. This place has a great management team, and they truly care about the residents. The maintenance is always polite and helpful. Great neighbors - quiet and friendly. The price is reasonable. This place is perfect for me!

I am a student at UCF and commute to class. Being right by SR 50 is very convenient and the tranquility of the community is nice to come back to at the end of the day. In addition, being right by I-95 is convenient as well.

Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Walls thick enough you don't here neighbors breathe. I searched numerous complexes before I found Windover Woods. Clean and quiet Just a perfect combination. You won't be disappointed

My experience in this community so far has been very pleasant. The repairs we done swiftly and thoroughly ans the issue was explained clearly so that I understood it. The experience overall made me feel like I was in competent hands.

sirens non-stop due to fire dept. across the highway. Snakes everywhere. overall, the community is nice, well maintained. grounds are a bit overgrown where shrubbery meets walkways (snakes in shrubbery)

Living here has been horrible. I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs. There is always something broken in the apartment and the power box has blown twice leaving us without power until they finally had a electrician come.

Would not recommend. Cost too much. Apartment too small. Management terrible. Neighbors even more terrible to the point I had to call the cops. People constantly violate lease rules and management doesnt seem to care even with documented proof. Notified management with a case number and didnt even get a call back from the property manager.. Carpenter ant infestation and management took 2 months to finally listen to the bug guy who said cut down a tree leaning against the building.

I've felt very comfortable here. The grounds are nice and my apartment very pleasing. It is close to everything, including my family and grandchildren. It's been a perfect fit and the Pool Is a nice asset.
