Wonderful experience so far, clean community, quiet, great pool, and attentive property managers. Wouldn't change anything so far, had a small maintenance issue right at move in and the problem was fixed the very next day after I submitted the request.

I have lived in the community for at least a a year now and I find it to be the perfect community for me. I am extremely satisfied with my apartment as well as the facilities and staff. Everyone is vey nice and it is a calm and quiet community overall.

Very quiet, peaceful environment. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance needs to improve customer service skills and provide better service, 7telling renters issues will be fixed isn't the same as physically fixing the issues. I pay rent on time, why can my issues be corrected on time.

Currently (Oct 2015) they're performing construction on the apartments, basically maintenance work outside (Fixing up exteriors, repairs, painting, etc). So sometimes mornings have been a bit louder than the usual birds chirping pleasantly in the morning. Ants have been getting stirred up and scurrying into apartments (or mine at least). In the YEARS I've lived here, I've never once had ant or pest problems, as a poor college student, all I have is ramen and sealed cat food so it's definitely not the food drawing them in -- they're just stirred up by the paint, construction etc and trying to find sources of food anywhere they can. The problem should be resolved soon, so this is really a moot comment. The point I want to make really though is that USUALLY there are never any pest issues, and this is a really unusual circumstance to have pests (due to construction work) -- and even then the pest control is on top of it to get rid of them as quickly as I can. In other words, they're awesome! (This stuff happens, but it's good that they're at least taking action immediately to resolve it asap and I've heard horror stories where apartment complexes do nothing at all and worse, care nothing at all. Where as Windover Woods actually really cares about these things a lot and want to do nothing but help.) Things have been kinda messy as a result of the work (it's literally a work in progress) - but the staff are incredible, and wonderful. And everyone works hard to make sure their tenants are happy and satisfied to the best of their ability. They're always empathetic or at the very lest sympathetic to anything that you may need help with. They're very kind, hard working. Like I said, wonderful people. The apartments are great also. Literally the only thing that would ever cause me to stop renting from this location is if the rent goes up again next year more than the usual $15 or so for re-leasing and somehow becomes un-affordable for me -- and honestly I doubt that'll happen so... I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Why would I? It's great, I love here. :)

The community here is pretty laid back, friendly and kind. It's a very peaceful and tranquil place to live for sure. The staff is VERY helpful, and very kind as well. They always try their best to have your back, and do whatever they can for you.

Clean, quiet. Comfortable and pet friendly. The maintenance guys are always out and about, friendly. Professional ground maintenance is done by a large lawn company who come in weekly. There are dumpster easily found with recycling bins next to them. Dog walk areas with "free poop bags" with pet waste disposal placed in several areas. Clean nice pool area.

Great community feel! Nice and quiet! Most residents work so there is very little, if any, late night noises. Right across the street from a sheriff's office also. Close to shopping and grocery stores and I95. Upgraded pool and patio area too.

I have only lived here a few days, but I love it so far. Maintainence is friendly and so is the office staff. It's also really quiet, and the inside of the apartment is new and updated. The cabinets and both nice to look at and very functional, as is the new carpet.

we had a ceiling fan installed in our master bedroom. I believe the longest time it took him was to assemble the fan, and there's no way to rush that. also why her was there out ac unit was not draining properly. he assested the problem and promptly fixed it. he was in and out within a matter of an hour or so. I also work night so I sleep during the day, the called me a day in advanced to make sure I would be awake so the wouldn't startle me or inturpt my sleeping. extremely satisfied.

The entire office staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues (which were very minimal for me). I never has a pest control issue and my neighbors were always courteous with regards to noise and keeping the general area clean and livable.

I absolutely love this place. I moved in probably 2 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone, EVERYONE, here is so very friendly and nice. The people who live here, the staff. All wonderful people. There's a very peaceful and great community here and you can feel it if you ever look around. People are polite, smile, that sort of thing. It's great. The staff is always very friendly, and it never comes off as fake or anything. Honestly, a part of me doesn't want to leave here - although one day I plan to get a house of my own. But frankly I feel so damn spoiled here, it's just great. No crime, ALWAYS QUIET! I swear, the first half a year or so of living here I wasn't sure if I even HAD neighbors because I never saw them when I was coming or going and NEVER heard them. Eventually I did realize/learn that I had neighbors the whole time because they had the welcome mats, and plants etc. And eventually met a few of them. (Was too shy to knock on all their doors when I moved in to say hello) It's still just as quiet to this day! That's one of the best parts. If you don't believe me just have them show you around and I'm pretty sure you'll get the same peaceful vibe that exists here just by visiting.

Windover Woods

This apt is one of the best places to live in Titusville. All the apt's are newly renovated, the complex has made a lot of improvements on the grounds. The pool is awesome and you can't beat the management, Rosa is awesome! The place is quiet and beautiful landscape. I highl recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in Titusville.

Nice place to live, reasonable price for what you get included

I've lived here for a few years now and I really like it. I have nice neighbors, the management and maintenance are helpful and nice, and the grounds are pretty and green. I get free water and cable, so the rent is a pretty good deal IMO. Close to everything and well kept.
