Very good. Property is taken care of very well. Staff is always available to talk to regarding any issues and resolved in reasonable amount of time. It is a quiet community and I have never had any safety issues.

Very happy here. It is a safe friendly environment. I have made friends with a couple neighbors and we watch out for each other. So that is a bonus. It would be great though if the complex had recycle containers.

Preventive maintenance is good. Quite community. Staff are courteous and respond to all requests. Located near all necessities. Very clean and well kept. Good for all, children, retirees, and working families.

Amazing management, wonderful community, attentive maintenance has been provided. This community has been wonderful to live in. I have zero complains for the community. Once I report a concert to the maintained staff it gets taken care of

One way in to the cul-de-sac. Lots of wild life including swarming mosquitoes. Staff is nice and responsive all the time. Pool patio or your porch is the best way to catch any night time launches. Yes, everything does shake.

Quiet community and friendly staff. Rent rates are fairly priced, shops and restaurants are close, definitely a solid place to live! Parking can sometimes be an pain but not a big issue. I plan to stay here for a long time

Wonderful. Very convenient to everything i need and easy access to 95.. always prompt for repairs and questions. Staff very courteous ant helpful. Grounds have been kept up very nicely. New lighting makes one feel safer.

Nice community. Apartments are spacious enough for a small family. Close to stores for shopping and restaurants near by. Very easy to DoorDash or instacart for anything. Maintenance staff are quick to fix issues. Quiet respectful neighby

Very friendly from the leasing office right on down to the tenants. Pool is great, laundry could have more washers and dryers, but is clean. Landscaping is pretty well maintained and lighting is throughout.

Live here over 20 years moved out for few months when knee was replaced but moved back in only complaint is rent increase but that's everywhere lived in 4 different units overall a nice safe place with good management

Windover Woods is a quiet and peaceful community to live. Surrounded by beautiful oak trees. It allows for wonderful walks through the complex, maybe even with your furry friend. The office staff are welcoming and respond quickly to any concerns.

So far it has been a great place to live. Neighbors are all nice. Seems to be a quite place to live. The swimming pool area is a good. Only thing that has changed are the lawns. Was real green and plush when moved in but not so much now.

This is honestly a great community. I enjoy the quiet and the green of the campus. Maintenance and office staff go above and beyond. The pool is great! This is my first apartment living situation and I am thankful to have such a nice dog and family friendly place.

Great complex. Office staff is amazing. The maintenance team is on top of any issue you may have. They respond very quickly. Nice, cozy place with great neighbors. I love the landscape and the privacy of the trees. Great little place tucked away in the trees.

Bad management office is never open during business hours and when you need help you don't receive it. I went there looking for help and received no help and judgment. The neighbor was harassing me daily and ultimately lead to me never wanting to leave my unit when he was outside. Not a family friendly community.

Nice, quiet, safe apartment complex in a wooded area close to major shopping and to the space enter. The apartment is virtually bug free and when I moved in it was spotless. The appliances are adequate and not too old. Carpet was brand new. Nice place to live and take walks.

This community is really great and so are the apartments. The pool is really great as well and they keep the lawn in good shape. The maintenance staff are really nice and make sure everything works smoothly.
