Great place to call home. Quiet, friendly, and kind living environment. Lightning provides safe walkeays at night. The pool is always kept clean and welcoming. Nice and quiet community, but don't expect great service. Water mysteriously gets shut off for hours on end almost once a month. Office staff was super rude when we went to report it the first time, it happens to the WHOLE complex. We had no a/c for a week when it was 86 degrees outside and they brought us one window a/c unit to use in the living room. The maintenance guys are super nice but you can tell they need more help to keep up with requests. It's also not cheap for what you get here we pay almost $1100 for a 1/1.

The community is clean and provides a good sense of security. The community has good lighting at night and a nice overall appearance. The office staff is a very helpful and professional. The community is conveniently located to local shopping and entertainment.

I can't stand the guy who lives directly above me. I don't know his apartment number, however his presence urges me to terminate the lease when November rolls around. He constantly makes noise upstairs, and is seemingly up at all points of the night. For the most part, the rest of my experience here has been well above expectation. The one incident that sticks with me was my attempt to report a malfunctioning A/C unit. I spoke to a facilitator off-site and was told I would be referred to either an on-site property manager and/or one of the community's maintenance staff. However, I have not heard back.

So far a great experience, quiet and relaxed. Location very close to dhopping malls, stores, supermarkets, shopping centers, dining out and much more. Close to interstate exit and entrance . Great for school zoning accomodation.

Maintenace is hard to get to do anything around the apartment. They stopped the drop box, so you have to pay rent on there time. Coming from a person who works 7-7, this is not feasible for me, one day I have to take my lunch break just to pay rent.

The unit I had to reserve, due to scarcity of apartments in the area and previous tenant still occupying it until the lease "ran out". This apartment complex was rated as acceptable, albeit a bit high priced, by several of my new co-workers who have lived in the immediate & adjoining areas. I saw no overtly negative reviews online, so I reserved the available unit and stayed with a co-worker in the same complex until I could move in. The leasing paperwork really requires a law degree and is long & tedious. The rules of conduct and use of common areas are pretty much common in every complex I have ever lived. If you're a decent, considerate person, you shouldn't have any issues there. Aside from a few deficincies (i.e. cracked toilet bowl, spray-paint blow-over finely covering the bathroom mirror, accumulated dirt on the floor corners and something bumpy on the kitchen countertops, etc.) the unit was clean and showed no signs of mold. The staff is friendly, competent and accommodating as far as the management company will allow them to be. I did not appreciate being quoted a lease monthly rate (not being told the duration of the lease) then after I informed them (well before the lease signing) my contracting company contract could be "pulled" after September so I needed only a 6-7 month lease, having an additional $200/month tacked onto my rent. My co-worker with a TWO-bdrm unit on a 7-month lease, will be paying less than me. Funny how that works

After my husband passed away, my son and I decided to move to Florida to be close to my family. A family member recommended . Windover Woods as an option of renting instead of buying a home. So glad we did! We feel right at home here! The grounds are always kept extremely clean and manicured. Very safe. We are very happy here and highly recommend it to others.

It's a great experience overall. The moving from Tampa area happened quickly and nicely by the help of the staff. They did their best to smooth the moving in a very professional and efficient way. When I arrived, everything was ready for me.

Been very happy here it's a very quite laid back place to live! Its a safe place with very little matinence needed to be done. The pool area is very nice as well as the laundry area. The apartments are small but set up nicely so they feel spacious inside!

I find my apartment to be very quiet. I enjoy sitting and watching the birds and squirrels from my porch. I also like the quietness of the pool. I take my grandsons there to cool of and we are not bothered by anyone. It is very relaxing.

Overall community is quiet. Comes with a community pool with on site laundry and car wash area. Several dumpsters on property as well. Apartment home is open with good lighting and common area is easy to walk about.

Clean and quiet community. Good maintenance staff. However the rent increases every year are pretty ridiculous, about 8% increase each year. A comparably priced apartment in Orlando would have a lot more amenities and nicer apartment features, but in Titusville there are not many apartment communities to choose from.

These apartments are in a beautiful area. They are very clean and well kept. There is a sense of security in the neighborhood. These apartments are quiet and maintained. The office staff is very helpful and on the ball!

Quiet and affordable with great offfice staff. In 3 years I haven't had any issues with noise or maintenance. It's very quiet and no crime at all. Great discounts for papa johns! I plan on staying a long time.

Move in was simple and quick. I feel like maintenance and housekeeping skipped over some things I mentioned when looking through the apartment, as well as some things that should have been done. Things like dusting off the tops of the cabinets, cleaning out the soap from the washer, and removing outlets to paint.

Apartment staff is professional and pleasant to deal with. All information was clearly explained and I was made to fell a welcome part of the community. Two safety features in place for all residents are well lighted parking lot and walkways, and locking windows. There are wooded areas surrounding part of the property and many trees and foliage throughout the housing area. The grounds are well kept and is interspersed with lovely plants and flowers. The pool looks very inviting, though I have yet to make use of it. I find this community to be a pleasant place to call "home".

If you rent here, be prepared to constantly have to call maintenance. My AC has gone out on averages once every two months, usually taking two to three days to get repaired. Water has been shut off multiple times.

Excellent location nice people neighborhood safe Great staff The only issue I have is with the laundry laundromat on the promises is kind of older washers and dryer's but I was told they were going to be putting in exercise room there so we're going to be missing a laundry room otherwise I like the location I like the people quiet neighborhood very safe apartments are kind a really nice clean kept up-to-date but it's kinda cheaply made

The Staff at Windover Woods is incredible. They are always quick to respond and ready to help. The apartment is clean, quiet, safe, and nicely arranged. I could not be happier where I am. Everything is so well maintained as well. They truly put residents first.

A very nicely located complex. The buildings and grounds create a nice home feeling. The apartment had been painted, new kitchen and new carpet. It was like moving into a new house. The staff were quick and friendly to work with. The process was fast and easy.

We love the apartment and community. We will recommended to our friends and family. We are planing on staying for a long time and hope to renew our lease. The only thing that I don't care for is the water pressure. It is not a strong flow coming out of the facuets.

An overall pleasant community, very quiet and simple. Many communities are far more complex in getting small issues dealt with and Windover does a wonderful job with it. There have been a number of improvements in the last year, but still some work to do as many 'amenities' are not kept to a high level
