Maintenance team at Trinity Retreat

the amenities are great. I appreciate the water aerobics, chair yoga, movies, and Happy Hour dinners, and brunch on Sunday morning. It gives us a chance to mingle with our neighbors, and have fun as well as meet newcomers.

As I've said a few times in the past seven years, the lake walk to view and photograph a variety of birds, deer, rabbits, squirrels and of course, gators makes my residence very enjoyable. I do this at least five days a week around three miles each. The 2nd most enjoyable feature is the great service provided by Mike and CC on Fridays and Sundays. They are the best!!

Best place to live!

I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations. The management team Melissa and Sammi are professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe. The landscaping is beautiful, and the common areas are thoughtfully designed and kept in great condition. It really feels like a place you’re proud to call home. What truly sets this community apart is the atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community that you don’t often find in apartment living. It’s quiet when you need it to be, but still welcoming and lively. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed and enjoyable place to live.

The Best Place to Live

I love living here at the Retreat! Today they had a whole lunch for us and it was delicous - Jersey Mikes. The office staff is the best. Sammi helped me get an apartment and Melissa has been incredible. The maintenance team is fantastic - the grounds are always clean, they are respectful and my work orders get done quickly. Thank you Ray, Mike and Logan. I love it here and would recommend this place to anyone!

We’ve been residents of The Retreat for almost 10 years. It’s a wonderful place to live. Very well maintained! The maintenance team led by Ray Carwile is outstanding. My Mom Is Treated Like Family

This place is great! My mother lives here and loves her life. She always has something to do like water aerobics, card games, bingo, and even movies! Sammi and Melissa in the office are so sweet and take time to know the families, not just the people who live there. Whenever something is needed in the house, the maintenance team is always there. Ray, Mike and Juan are so helpful and quick. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to turn 55 myself to move in!

My wife and I have been living here for the last 9 years at the Retreat at Trinity, it is a friendly, clean and enjoyable place to live. The staff members know everyone by name and are courteous and friendly as well. I have had the pleasure of participating in many activities given by the Retreat and they have been enjoyable and fruitful, I look forward to spending many more years here and if anyone would have ask me about this place, I would recommend it to anyone without reservation. The bottom line is that this is my home. If anyone looking for a friendly, stable and friendly place to be, this is it. It is a beautiful and well kept building with many amenities. The maintenance department keeps the place clean and well maintained, if there is a problem in your specific apartment, there is a quick and savvy response from them. There are are two activities that we never miss and they are Friday Happy Hours and Sundays brunches as this enable us to participate in our community and spend time with our friends and neighbors.

Love Living at the Retreat

I just signed my renewal with the office staff's help and they were fantastic. Melissa walked me through the process and Sammi sat with me to get my email working and sign every paper. I am very lucky to live in a place where the staff goes above and beyond. Ray is always helpful whenever there is an item that need fixing. I am very happy I resigned!

Care free living at its best good location, lots of stores !!!!, hospitals, healthcare access to highways and about 25 minutes from downtown Tampa the grounds are clean and well maintained. The pool is always heated and super clean. And we have a happy hour and brunch, which is very nice.

This is a great place to live! From Happy Hour to Sunday Brunch and from the pristine swimming pool to the amenities center - movies, pool and poker, card room, pub - what more can you ask for. Excellent activities and many opportunities to socialize with our neighbors. The admin team and the maintenance team are dedicated to this community as if it were their own. I’m so happy to be here!

I have been here since the property opened and I have had nothing but good experiences maintenance management, grounds, everything has been above and beyond for me. My apartment to me is the best as it sits in the 3rd floor upper corner overlooking the pool and the lake. How much better could it be. I am just hoping that this property is not being sold. As I am in no position to buy property anymore as I have had many rental properties previously.

Been here for years and LOVE it!

Great place to live. Excellent office and maintenance staff. Building is always kept clean and great landscaping. Very friendly neighbors here. I love living at the Retreat. Lived here twice!

Lived here twice and recently had to move out due to health issues or I would have never moved. Nothing compares to living here. They offer events on monthly basis along with a weekly happy hour and brunch. The grounds and building are always kept immaculate. The staff Melissa and Sammi are a great addition who are very helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for a 55 plus community to come and check out the place you will not be disappointed.

Professional and courteous. The appliances are cheaply made. The REFRIGERATOR is DANGEROUS. The location of the door handles cause a continuous safety concern when opening the freezer AND refrigerator door!
