Great experience. Beautiful building reflects warmth and nice surroundings. Staff was very open answering all questions and concerns. Every one has concerns when moving into some place new and this move was very relaxing.

Melisa from the office who usually work the front desk near the main entrance is very helpful and is always willing to answer any questions or help with any problems I might have with my apartment. She has a nice personality which makes her easy to work with. Chris and Victor from the maintenance are outstanding. They are always eager and willing to help with any maintenance problem I might have with my apartment. they are easy to communicate with and are always in a good mood.

THE RETREAT AT TRINITY GAVE ME A FEELING OF HOME WITH FRIENDS AND MOST OF ALL A VERY SAFE FEELING LIVING ALONE FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT OFFERS SO MANY AMENITIES THAT YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN IF WANTED. THE POOL IS MAGNIFICENT

The 11 months that my wife and I have lived at The Retreat at Trinity has been an awesome experience. We love the activities, the gym especially for me.The staff here are very helpful and always doing things to insure that the residences are happy and we feel at home here. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves to live in a community where you feel safe, love to meet and socialize with new friends and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

EXCELLENT I look forward to each day here at the Trinity Retreat' it's a joy to be greeted with a smiling face every morning. I believe I've submitted my true feelings in less then 200 characters. I have said all that I believe expresses my honest feeling of this beautiful place.

I love it here! Its the best community Ive ever lived in. I will miss it when I move back north. Th management is helpful & creates wonderful events for us. It is beautiful and well maintained & so many things are included in the rent.

I have lived here since June of 2015 and couldn't have found a more pleasant and convenient apartment to live! It has a beautiful lobby and the amenities are top notch. The entire Staff are very friendly and helpful, as well!

I researched apartments in Tampa area for months. I have always owned my home and never lived in an apartment setting. After looking at multiple apartment complexes, I kept coming back to The Retreat, and I'm so happy I did. It's like living at a resort. It's immaculate, staff is excellent and I feel very safe living here. Would highly recommend.

The leasing process was easy, and the staff members were so helpful, confident and knowledgeable. When I came for the initial walkthrough, the maintenance supervisor was amazing and demonstrated all aspects of the apartment and answered all questions. The amenities are awesome and make the decision to move here a good one. The other residents are so friendly and inclusive. The entire facility is beautifully decorated and so well maintained that it makes living here very pleasurable. I have not slept so well in a long time.

Located fairly close to highways, so there is good access to the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater, and the Tampa airport. There is also good highway access to communities in Hernando county where I work as a physician.

Spent a week in Florida in which I toured The Retreat at Trinity and was highly impressed with the apartment and amenities that are offered. The wonderful office staff couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me in filling out the paperwork and answering my many questions. They were a delight to work with and when I finally move in at the end of October I know it will go smoothly because of them. They made me feel right at home and I look forward to calling this beautiful place my home.

Love living at The Retreat At Trinity. I like the whole setup. It feels like a five star hotel.The lobby is beautiful. I like my apartment.The people are very friendly. The location is great. I'm delighted that I found the perfect place.

I have found the community to be an excellent one for this age group with many activities offered throughout the weeks. The management is very responsive, friendly and helpful and the apartment complex is up-to-date, well kept and clean at all times. All the extras that staff does for the community is an added plus.

The Retreat is a beautiful apartment community. There is a ton of amenities and activities for all to enjoy. The staff is very professional and courteous. Trisha in particular was extremely helpful and thoughtful.

We love living here. Recently we moved to this area so safety was a priority for us, and The Retreat has provided us peace of mind in this matter. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and very friendly. Work orders are acted upon either the same day or the next day. Specialty drink machines are in two locations. Sorry Starbucks! Delicious food is catered every Friday and Saturday. Love the gym and other rooms at the activity center. Location is great because there is a beautiful lake area right adjacent to the back of the apartment complex. There are activities posted every day. Just a great place to call home.

Overall we are Very Happy living at The Retreat. The people living here are very friendly, many activities are provided, requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The office staff is very kind and friendly to us, and always asking if they can be of further service to us. It is a wonderful place to live!!! Any repair requests are always taken care of in a timely manner by a friendly and efficient maintenance man.

Absolutely love living here. Very spacious apartments with granite countertops, Stainless steel appliances, Screened-in balconies. Top rated amenities, Beautiful landscaping, A spectacular Zero Entry pool. Lots of planned activities, Friday Happy Hour, Sunday Brunch. With a professional and friendly staff that are very approachable. This is a five star 55+ community.

Im very happy in my apartment. I have very nice neighbors and the community is wonderful. When I call for maintenance, even if its as simple as changing a lightbulb, they are there immediately to assist. The staff is very nice and polite.

Great place to call home, the management always takes the extra step to make sure you are happy. Plenty of activities going on so you never have a chance to get bored. The apts are designed very tastefully and the grounds are well secured.

The Retreat at Trinity has been a blessing for me and my family. The location is great for my church and it allowed me to bring my cat, Bunky. The staff is the best and always concerned with our needs. Everyone is friendly and seems to be very satisfied and happy. We have a shopping center and are close to Tampa. I am thankful to call this my home.

I feel that each day when i come home, i am entering a luxury resort. The place is immaculate, well maintained, and the staff could not be any more friendly and helpful. The gym is new and clean, the cold towels after a workout is the icing on the cake.

The Retreat is a new experience in the apartment business - an entire community (all rentals) strictly for seniors. As expected, Greystar is going through a learning experience in fulfilling the expectations of seniors. The facility itself is much nicer than most apartment complexes. The units are large with upscale amenities. It is priced at the top end of apartment communities locally, but has much more to offer. Though Trinity is on the outskirts of the Tampa/Clearwater Metropolis, The Retreat is definitely worth the visit.
