These apartments are lovely the residents are friendly and the staff are amazingly welcoming and helpful When you live here it's not just an apartment it's also a welcoming community.Special thanks to Melissa and Trisha who go above and beyond to help my Mother.Also the maintenance crew Medina and Mikey.

My experience at this community has been an absolutely delightful time. I have made many friends, and have enjoyed the amazing amenities and activities. The entire staff is amazing it is like living in a five star resort. Even a movie theater is available at any time including popcorn. The gym is wonderful to include Bluetooth and cool eucalyptus towels to help refresh during your workout. The swimming pool area with grills is always a pleasure and so beautiful. I have absolutely nothing derogatory to say it is wonderful here.

I just moved in on May 1,2018. My experience has been very positive. I am very impressed with the staff, my apartment, and the friendly people living here. Just what I have been looking for! I wanted to live close to my children, but not with them and this has been the perfect solution! I toured here when I was visiting about a month ago, and decided then that this was where I wanted to live.

We have been very happy here. The Management and Staff have been excellent to work with, providing answers to all our questions and inquiries and providing a home-like atmosphere for us to enjoy. I have never lived in an apartment before moving here so I feel like I started with the Cadillac. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are great. Always with a smile and ready to answer any concerns. Anyone that visits are surprised with the cleanliness.

I love living at The Retreat at Trinity. The staff, maintenance team and residents are so nice and friendly. My style of living is different since moving here. I started exercising in the pool and walking the halls; therefore, I lost over 30 lbs! I have many friends here now. My closest friends and I meet in the lobby every afternoon for coffee. The Retreat has changed my life for the better!

Very happy with our community. Very clean and well taken care of. We have a lovely view of the pool and courtyard. Our apartment seems to have many palmetto bugs and maintenance has sprayed 4 times but seems not to go away. That and the fact that we do not have enough handicap parking are our only concerns.

My experience is good. Do have issues with outside doors not always closing & do not always lock when they do close. Think there should be a program put into play that identifies dog owners who do not clean up after their pets. Think cameras should b put in trouble areas. Dogs should not b allowed in any of the courtyard/pool areas. One dog pr household is plenty.. People should not b allowed in any lobby areas... Many nice things r done 4 residents by staff. Friday happy hour & Sunday brunch r outstanding things done 4 residents by staff. Over all I am very proud 2 say I live at the Retreat!!!

I love this place because staff and management is carine and go out of the to look after my 82 year old mom. Maintenance is quick and professional and they have great on grounds activities. Property is very modern, has elavators, a putting grounds, theater, art room, gameroom

My "mom" asked me to type this for her because she has a broken finger! All I have to say from my perspective as the "furbaby" is I love this place!! The apartment is beautiful and spacious and we even have a lanai that I can lay out on. Right next door to the property is a beautiful park(s), with 2 fenced dog parks (yippee!!), a lake with a walking trail, a playground and 2 pickleball courts. Oh, and did I mention that they always have a bowl of dog treats in the lobby?! The Retreat also has great amenitiesfor "mom" and "dad" (pool, gym, theater, pub and community rooms), a catered Happy Hour on Fridays and Brunch on Sundays, all of which are included in our rent. There are so many different activities available to the residents ranging from karaoke to aqua aerobics to crafts and poker! Residents are all so nice. All of the staff from the leasing agents to maintenance guys are exceptionally responsive and skilled and very friendly!! And although we've only been here 2 1/2 months, we have made great friends in the staff as well as some of the residents. I highly recommend The Retreat!

I love living at The Retreat at Trinity. My one bedroom apartment is huge! The amenities offered here are varied and are easily accessible. The best thing about living here however, are the people. From management to maintenance and the tenants, everyone watches out for one another and are quick to meet anything that needs doing. From apartment size to the amenities included (water, sewer, cable, wifi) , the price here cannot be beat! When apartment hunting for the 55 and over generation, please come see The Retreat at Trinity - you won't be sorry!
