I love living at the retreat. Beautiful apartment, movie theater, game room, swimming pool, pleasant staff, maintenance crew always willing to fix anything you need. I would recommend living here. It feels like family. We play bingo, scavenger hunts, a poker room with a pool table.

This is a great place to live. Cant hear anyone in other apartments, only people in the indoor (wonderful) hallways, or at the pool (I live facing it) now and then. Management and maintenance are friendly, courteous, and professional. I am 71 and I feel safe and welcome here. People are friendly and willing to help you if you need anything.

My husband and I moved in to the Retreat at Trinity 8 months ago. It was the best decision. Everyone from the management team to maintenance have been fantastic. The amenities are great! Hard to believe we have our own movie theater with fresh popcorn.

I love this community because of the location very safe we live next to the police department and fire department 20 minutes to Tampa plenty of shopping plenty a healthcare providers super clean building excellently maintained and the staff starting with Jill Brett and all the others are excellent it truly is a great place to call home.

I have been living at the Retreat for almost two years. We have many activities each week and two catered meals per week on Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. There are many restaurants within a short driving distance. There are many doctor offices close by and the new Trinity medical Center is 5 minutes by car. If you have out of state guests they can stay at the Holiday Inn Express and the new Hampton Inn which are close by. The airport is only 30 minutes away by the Veterans Expressway. The number one rated beach in the USA - Clearwater Beach is 40 minutes away. The maintenance staff is outstanding. Chris and Hector are always willing to help. Melissa from the office staff who usually works the front desk is very helpful and has a great attitude. She always willing to hep with any problem. Jill also from the office went out of her way when someone took my keys going to the hospital. Trisha the manager who has been here since I moved in 23 months ago was very helpful with my application and approval for the Retreat at Trinity.

The Retreat at Trinity is wonderful for people who dont want to be bothered with yard maintenance. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and very close to pharmacies and medical offices. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It is a great place to live.

The Retreat at Trinity is a very nice apartment complex which is conveniently located to big box, grocery stores and many medical offices along with major hospitals. Grounds are well maintained outside and inside. Melissa at the front desk is an incredible asset to the property and you couldn't find a kinder and more informative employee. Every request she receives is addressed promptly and always receives a follow up. The repair staff/ maintenance Chris & Hector place immediate attention and repair or fix.They are respectful and very clean when working in your unit. The management here is well balanced which creates a wonderful and safe living experience.

I love this community because the residents are wonderful people and the office staff are always ready to assist with anything. This includes Trisha, Jill, Melissa, and the Maintenance staff - Chris and Hector. I enjoy the events that they offer and have met so many great friends here. My apartment is very spacious and overlooks the gorgeous courtyard. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone!

After viewing the website and touring it with Jill I knew that The Retreat at Trinity was the perfect home for me. The tour lived up to all my expectations and I love living in this beautiful complex. The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. The amenities are great. I am handicapped and the zero entry pool was the clincher for me. I expect to my new home for many years to come.

I and my wife, are former residents of this community, having vacated the Retreat January 30, 2019. I cannot express, enough, how satisfied and content we both were living at the Retreat. It was an excellent place to call home - and the major reason for that - is the wonderful staff at the Retreat. There are not enough words to express, the excellence and concern, they have always shown whenever we were in need of something. They always went the extra mile for us - after all, the staff is what really makes living in any place, the highest priority for any resident. In reference to the Retreat itself, the grounds and the facility were always immaculate. The location was great, just minutes from shopping, and one could not ask for nicer neighbors than those living at the Retreat. Circumstances beyond my control, are why we moved - had it not been for that, we would still be living at The Retreat. This review is being completed and by a former resident of Apartment 212, at Billfish Circle, the Retreat at Trinity.

This property was the greatest place to live but it has gone downhill every year since then. The pool carries bacteria due to duck feces and the pool pavers need pressure cleaning. There are less tables and chairs in the pool deck Doors are broken and everything takes forever to be fixed. Gates are still not closed at all times as we were told they would be when we moved here, but I guess that was said just to get people to move here. There is definitely a lack of security here. The food is horrible, mostly fried, cold and sits around for a couple of hours before it is presented to residents. I can go on with more things but everything falls on deaf ears.

Staff is caring and genuine. Its a lovely environment where residents care about each other. Apartments are modern and the screened in porch is so nice. Maintenance staff is quick to fix problems, very courteous and ready to help with any needs you have.
