This is Home

Several years ago my wife and I decided to downsize from our beautiful home to an apartment that would allow us the same comfort we were accustomed to. After visiting many communities in the Pinellas & Pasco areas, a marketing specialist told us they believe there's a campus that meets all our needs, The Retreat at Trinity. The beautiful lobby, aroma and the welcoming staff immediately caused us to say "this is it". The team at The Retreat at Trinity is dedicated to the welfare & comfort of it's residents. The safety & beauty of the campus is a priority. The maintenance team responds to our calls immediately & resolves the problem in an efficient & professional manner. The structure of the building is superb, it is so quiet we only knew there was a hurricane last fa? because we saw it on TV. My wife & I have not had a serious cold or fever in the almost 10 years we are living here. For us, THIS IS HOME.

Best decision I made in selling my home and moving here. Stress free living and community is well maintained. The staff; Melissa, Sammi, Ray and Cristian are very responsive to any questions I had and made sure everything was ready for my move-in day.

Neat and Clean

I recently moved in to a spacious apartment at The Retreat at Trinity. The property is very well managed and the on site staff is knowledgable, professional and caring. In particular, Melissa and Sammi have been incredibly helpful during what can be a very stressful time. I appreciate the fact that the property is clean and well maintained. The residents are friendly and I highly recommend The Retreat.

The Retreat at Trinity is a unique 55+ community. It is small enough to get to know the people who live here and the amenities are great. The entire Trinity team works hard to make this a wonderful place to call home.

The team is fantastic! From Sammi to Melissa, Ray and Christian. The entire team goes out of their way to help me. Today is a picnic day and they put on a great display of burgers, hotdogs, music! I’ve been here for years and will continue to stay as long as the team is here!

Sometimes adjustments take time and i understand that especially with air conditioning in Florida. Staff continue to check on unit daily and even hourly. I would like to suggest for safety, our EXIT street is the most dangerous in the area. Perhaps the main corporation could pressure the county to install the traffic light (one block away) as soon as possible

very clean, comfortable apt and complex. I would recommend this building to a friend looking for a senior apt. It is very quiet and appears safe. The maintenance and cleanliness are outstanding. I would recommend this location.

Love the Retreat!

This place is a hoot to live in! Sammi & Melissa do a great job at the resident events. Today we had a comedian and the entire room was filled. I love living here and everything they do for us. Thank you girls!

Love Living at The Retreat!

Absolutely LOVE living here! The entire staff is so personable and really goes out of there way to make you feel special, specifically Sammi & Melissa! They spoil us with events like a Jersey Mikes lunch and Bingo. I have made so many friends here and would recommend Retreat to anybody looking to live where they vacation!!

I loved it when I first moved in but since then they have made changes that are disheartening and continuation will drive me out. And the rate increases are way out of touch and why they continue to increase substantially each year. But othe properties owned by Greystar have been lowering rents and they are right next door. So sad

I personally do NOT take part in any activities at Retreat. I don’t take part in Friday evening or Sunday meals. I don’t partake in any “ activities “ here. I don’t care for the foods offered or interested in lobby activities or crafts. I’m here for residency and quiet.

Community basically quiet. Since this is a 55 + community I wonder why the front gates are open 5 days a week from approx 7 am to 7 pm while the next community The Exchange, also part of the Trinity group, their gates are locked 24-7. That community has a mix of young families and those UNDER 55. One would think that the 55+ community needs MORE security, locked front gates, since the over 55 person is usually the preferred crime victim based on age and mobility issues with many.

Thank you for your feedback! The Retreat runs as a business operating from 8am-6pm. Since our building is completely inside the gates, it stays open during these hours. There is a team of 4 to 5 on site during these hours along with electronically locked doors and the fact that is daylight. The gates will then close from 6pm-8am along with our fully fenced community. The security team will make rounds during these night hours. Trinity Exchange's office is placed outside of the gates. This means they can keep the car gates closed at all hours. However, this property is not fully fenced and can be accessed by foot at any hour. Their gates do not connect to a fence (leaving openings) and the behind the office is the entire community. Gates are for traffic control (hence Trinity Exchange layout) and are not advertised as a safefy feature for a reason. Safety cannot be guaranteed anywhere. However, as mentioned, we take every precaution we can to create a safe and crime free community. Thank you again!

Friendly, clean, awesome location, many events to keep you busy and happy. Great neighbors. I have been here 10 years. I feel safe here. Management very helpful, I have been happy here since December 25 2o14. Could use stove with self cleaner. Also larger closet needed for one bedroom. Spacious apt and the hallways are wide and very clean.

I feel for security sake our gates should be closed at all times. They are open Monday thru Friday 9-6. They are closed on the weekends. When I came I was told after all the apartments are filled the gates will be closed. I love living here and can not think of a better or nicer place to live. Your staff is awesome.

Thank you for your review and feedback! While the gates form some sort of security, they are more of a traffic regulator. Since our office is not outside of the gates, they remain open daylight during business hours as we must run as a business. Prospects, vendors, deliveries, etc all need to have access to our office during these hours. It is a bonus that we have a security patrol car at night as well as the police station behind us. The entire team is also on site during the business hours to assist. We are happy you enjoy your home and the rest that comes along with it. Thank you!

It's a great place to live. The grounds and kept clean and well maintained. The staff is very responsive to our needs and concerns; they really seem to enjoy their work and their dealings with the residents. I only wish the rent wouldn't go up so much every year at renewal time.

I really love living here. It is a very classy and beautiful place. The management is very responsive. My only issue is that we have fewer activities and we used to, and that the food trucks are no longer here, which was a big draw.

Fantastic new Coastal Decor in Great room and in Montcarlo dining area !!!! Continental type Coffee machine,lattes ,expresso,cappuccinos etc.Crafts,Cards Mahjong. Movies Gym on site. Enough activities to keep you Busy or Not. What’s not to like??
