Great Community

We are very happy at District Flats. My wife and I will be renewing lease . The building is very clean , and I have had no issues at all living here . The manager Amy and leasing professional Demi are so friendly and kind . They host great events as well.

Amy is an exceptional property manager and truly one of the reasons living at The District Flats has been such a positive experience. She is always professional, friendly, and responsive, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. A nice community and in a good location. So far so good as for my experience living at the district point flats. Management communication is really well and keeps tenants up to date on events and other property related matters. All in all pretty good.

Just moved in and very happy with my choice . Very close to all of the great restaurants and places in downtown West Palm . Building is very clean , and the office managment is very warm and friendly . Nice pool too .

Amazing!!!

Amy went above and beyond to review our rental application. We were able to move in the day before Thanksgiving! She is so sweet. We feel so welcome. We moved here from another country and have never been to West Palm Beach. After we had an appointment with her, we cancelled all of our other appointments.

I have lived at the at District for two years . Clean and well kept building . Very close to downtown . Love the high ceilings in my apartment. Great appliances and excellent maintenance and management. My only suggestion is to add a spa or hot tub in the area in back of pool.

Amazing spot!

I’ve been in the District Flats since its opening in 2021 and I can say that this is the best staff we’ve had in these 5 years. Not only the building is located in a great area with easy access to downtown West Palm Beach and I-95 (plus plenty of good restaurants walking distance), but the staff at the Flats is incredible Alfredo and Edel are rockstars at maintenance. Anytime I’ve had an issue it was quickly resolved Amy and Demi are doing a fantastic job in the main office with events and keeping the community active. The cleaning staff is also 5 stars making sure the building is always looking great. Fantastic amenities in a great community!

Customer service!

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are very responsive. We'll bring renewing our lease for the 4th year! This is one of the best values in downtown West Palm Beach!

Best experience with an apartment complex I’ve ever had honestly.

I found the apartments in a google search, when I got there I was immediately greeted by Demi, she was wonderful the entire time, she was so helpful and made the process go very easy and smooth for me! She’s a very kind, sweet and helpful person 10/10

Home is where the heart is

We were the first residents here at the district class and Lisa was great and Amy was just the perfect person to take it over. Over the years. This place has become quite the community and has been a great home and lifestyle situation for almost half a decade for us. Location is perfect and they do their very best to constantly upkeep the building and make better changes for us. Thank you to you all! Her and her staff really do a very good job in all shapes and forms.

Smooth move in process Amy is the best

I came on Monday for a tour I lived in Miami . Got a job at the airport Amy greeted me with a smile and I asked her for your she showed me around. I love the area and how close is to everything . Love living here

Building is always clean and neat. Anytime I have an issue it is handle in a timely manner. My friends have issues at the place, and I always say I don't have those issues at my place. My friends say when their lease is up, they will look into "The Point"

I’ve had a great experience here! Alfredo and the maintenance team are amazing — they’re always timely, friendly, and take care of anything I can’t fix myself haha. It’s such a relief knowing they’re so reliable and quick to help out whenever something comes up. Definitely will recommend living here, I always feel taken care of here.

Way better after new management

After Amy and her new team came to the building, everything got better. I lived there for a year and if they came earlier(My lease was canceled already because of many issues that I had and were unresolved by previous manager) I wouldn't move out. Amy and her team were prompt in solving things, a lot of nice upgrades was added to the community and the building itself, and I would love living there again in the future!

Spooktacular

I’ve been living at The Point at District Flats for over two years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The management does a fantastic job organizing fun activities, like the Halloween movie night by the pool. It’s those little touches that make the community feel special. Great place to live and great events for the residents. Love the movie nights! We have enjoyed Jaws and The Nightmare before Christmas. Very fun and cozy nights. Totally recommend for the kids and family.
