Nice Building

I have lived in The Flats for 2 years . Overall the place is very pleasant . I have no complaints . Maintenance is quick if there is an issue . My apartment is very cozy and I have been happy. Mr Alfredo is a nice friendly man , and I appreciate his help with my sink. Also Adel always has smile and gives me a big hello . Demy and Amy are also very professional .

Close to downtown . Very nice apartment with high ceilings . Well kept and clean property. Nice neighbors with friendly dogs with park . Very close to 95 . I have had no issues and highly recommend The District .

The district flat is an amazing place to live

One of the reasons I’m saying that this is one of the best condos to live in. It’s because I am a real estate agent in downtown West Palm Beach. I service a lot of them and this is the most Friend list clean this and caring apartment buildings.

Great building to live

I first tore the property two years ago with Amy and have fell in love with it ever since. I just renewed my lease and the staff is so helpful with anything I need. If you ever need anything fixed, staff is always ready. Gym is open 24 hours and it’s a very quiet community. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Live!!!!!

Ive lived here for the past three years and absolutely love the location! The resident events have always been top-notch, especially the most recent one. Demi, Amy, Alfredo, and Edel are always so helpful and attentive to any needs that come up. I'm especially glad that Amy and Demi joined the team, they've been nothing short of amazing. There have already been some great updates, like the new flooring in the gym, consistently cleaner grounds, and the addition of the package room, which has been a huge help. I'm excited to see what improvements come next!

THE DISTRICT FLATS!

I've been here since before the construction was finished. We have an amazing loft apartment with a ginormous window facing the pool. The facility is kept fairly clean with a new maintenance company. The garages are a lot safer than they used to be. with added security gates and better securit. The lobby is very nice The great place for to read a book or meet up with a client. There's also a very awesome coffee machine. finally they just updated the new package room so it's easier for delivery companies to securely deliver our packages. They have a dog park which has two sides for different sides of dogs. And they also have a dog wash which is kind of nice You can literally take your dog and hose him down in a big proper tub area and then dry him off. total bonus for anyone with a dog. All in all one of the best places that's near all of the craziness of downtown but still far enough way that it's pretty quiet.

Beautiful property close to downtown

I’ve been living here for 2 years loved the location and we are very close to the beach and the outlet mall . I can drive to downtown WPB 5 mins . Awesome maintenance team always efficient and the grounds always kept clean . Management team is always helpful with anything .

I just recently moved here from NY . Moving is stressful, but I came in for a tour. Amy M was so helpful and so easy to talk to, which made my experience less stressful. She is very knowledgeable and very personable. I actually leased because of her; she was so nice and pleasant. Thank you so much! We made the right decision to move to The Point at District flats. Close to downtown and the airport, with restaurants. Glad to call this our new home here in Florida.

We have lived here 2 and 1/2 years and love it!!!

We absolutely love this building. We love the location we get on our electric bikes and we get to downtown West Palm in 3 minutes flat. We don't drive our cars on the weekends because we are so close to grocery shopping. Jim, we literally bike everywhere we go. The location couldn't be any more perfect..

I have been here two weeks. One maintenance issue after moving in and it was resolved the same day. Front of house staff is fantastic. Nice quiet community with very nice amenities. Close to downtown but far enough away to allow you to have your own space.

Overall, an amazing place to live. Close to everything including shopping and great food places. Also right off of I-95, which is awesome causing your 15 minutes away from a lot of great things to do and fun cities.

4 year later…still love it here

Love living here with my 2 dogs. Staff and maintenance are kind and quick to respond. Paying rent and reporting issues is easy and quickly taken care of. Very happy with the continued upkeep and improvements made year after year!
