The District Flats is Amazing!!!

I absolutely love my new apartment! It’s just minutes from downtown, so I get the perfect balance of city energy and peaceful living. The building itself is brand new, with modern design and high-end finishes that make every space feel fresh and luxurious. The amenities are seriously next level — there’s a fully equipped gym that makes it easy to stay active, and a cozy coffee lounge that’s perfect for working or just relaxing with a latte. But the real showstopper is the pool. It’s absolutely stunning — surrounded by palm trees, lounge chairs, and cabanas, it honestly feels like I’m living at a resort. Every time I come home, I feel like I’m on vacation. Between the location, the modern vibe, and all the amazing perks, this apartment is easily the best place I’ve ever lived. I couldn’t be happier with my new home! ps. The application and move in process was so simple and smooth. I couldn’t be happier!

I had trouble locating my package!

I had a hard time locating my Amazon package so I went to the front desk and Debbie assisted me. She was super patient literally walked me through both mail. Rooms helped me look for my package and ultimately she ended up figuring it out how to make a few calls and she found my package.! 6 stars for Debbie and her hospitality!

Wow this place is amazing

Love my experience here I just moved in great location and close to downtown west palm beach. Love how close it is to the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do nice residents events love living here.

The Point at District Flats is very convenient to everything in the growing area of West Palm Beach. 5 minutes from Palm Beach Airport and 5 minutes from the city and 95. The building is clean and the staff is very friendly and so willing to assist in every way. They have community events and keep the building an enjoyable place to live.

Amy is always so kind, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance. She greets everyone with a smile and makes a genuine effort to ensure residents feel welcome and cared for. One thing I really appreciate is her thoughtfulness — for example, when the coffee machine in the community was off between 11:30 and 4:00, she happily helped me find a great nearby coffee shop. It’s small gestures like that that make such a difference. Amy’s friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly elevate the living experience here. She’s an absolute asset to the community, and I’m grateful for all that she does

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Edel from the maintenance team at The Point District Flats for his exceptional service. When my dryer stopped working, Edel arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it running smoothly in no time. What impressed me even more was his dedication, he came back afterward to thoroughly clean the lint from all the vents and tubes, ensuring everything was safe and working efficiently. as well as adding new AC vents. Edel’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for residents’ comfort truly stand out. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the job right, and his hard work reflects positively on the entire community. I really appreciate the excellent service and the pride Edel takes in his work.

ALFREDO found my wallet with over 200 in it and returned it back to me.

Alfredo found my wallet with over $200 cash and my debit cards, my bmw key!!! He gave it to the office manager who immediately called me to tell me he found it and she will hold it safely in her office. Thank you for making me feel safe and looked after in my home. ??

The Point District Flats is hands down one of the best living experiences i got recently. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the building amenities make everyday life so much easier and thank you to the FOH staff especially amy, she is nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I needed help, she is quick to respond and always goes the extra mile. Its rare to find that level of attentiveness in property management, and it makes living here feel so much more personal. the fitness center is well-equipped, the common areas are stylish and comfortable... I love how safe and quiet the community feels. Living here has been positive, and Id highly recommend it to anyone considering a move to West Palm.

Beautiful wpb property

I've been living here 3 years . Ever since the new manager started everything is clean, and the new package is amazing so much better . I have a dog love the dog wash room and we have two dog parks for the little dogs and the big dogs .Alfredo is a awesome worker he is always helping out when I submit my ticket . Thank you for ?? making things better. and I highly recommend this beautiful property we are close to everything.
