I really enjoy living her at The Point District Flats. The complex and amenities are so nice, including the pool and gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there is a lack of oversight regarding pet owners who do not clean up their pet's waste.

I enjoy this community a lot. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled timely and efficiently. The carpets in the hallways could use some refreshing but what can you expect with a community that allows large breeds, but I do wish they would deep clean or replace them more often.

My overall experience is great, but there are a few things that need to be taken care of and are not only in the staff's hands. I believe the main problem is the people here who do not care about the community and do not treat things properly (food on the stairs for weeks, dog vomit on the carpet, no soap at the gym for several weeks now) since this is not their property, they do not care if something broke, but maybe I'm way too careful.

The building is attractive, clean, and peaceful and the pool is heated and never too crowded. It's great to have a balcony and a large kitchen and the parking garage is very convenient. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Nice building . Minutes from downtown West Palm. Building is clean . I would recommend The District . The pool is very nice , and the apartments get great light . Dog park as well on the grounds . Management responds quickly .

Overpriced

Extremely overpriced! I've been living here for almost 3 years and very disappointed with the extreme rent raises throughout the years. They claim to be a luxury building, however I beg to differ. The appliances are cheap. The walls are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors use the bathroom). Trash piles up everywhere and it smells awful. The parking garage door is broken 90% of the time. They consistently raise the rent to the point where it's unaffordable. Outrageous in my opinion, especially considering the product. The neighborhood isn't safe either. I've seen vagrants sleeping on the street in front of the building. I don't recommend wasting your money here if you're expecting luxury. Look elsewhere

The location is amazing and the units are very modern and clean. Amenities are very nice too, with a gym and pool. It is pricey but it's on par with other apartments in the area and I think the expense is worth it.

OVERPRICED!

This place is wayyyyyy tooo overpriced. It's in a horrible neighborhood, the units are poorly constructed, they keep raising rent prices to the point where they aren't affordable, let alone even worth it, packages are always missing, the garage is always broken, the walls are paper thin, the windows leak....my list goes on. Did I mentioned it's outrageously priced?!!!!!

Over priced

Place is grossly overpriced. Cheap appliances. Horrible neighborhood. Way too expensive. Garage is always broken. I got locked in the garage and called the emergency maintenance, no one answered and no one called back. I was late to work because I couldn’t get out of the garage. Again…grossly overpriced. I’m not sure how they rationalize the insane rent prices they charge.

District flats is a really nice apartment to live in. It is close to many bars and restaurants that you can walk to. A couple things I don't like about district flats, receiving mail is awful, my items are constantly delivered somewhere else, packages have been stolen, we have a mail room with lockers but the Amazon and fedex workers just throw your mail on the floor. Another thing, if you want to park in the garage it costs $25 for the first vehicle and $100 for the second, but the parking garage gate is always broken.

Experience has been great so far. I moved on 13th jan 2023 and staff was very friendly. Shout out to Lucas to get everything done before my move in date. Apartment was clean when I moved in. So far hasnt faced issues.

Great building, very clean and well taken care of. The amenities are amazing. Coffee machine in the lobby.The mail room can be more organized but they're working on it. The security can be better as far as putting more fobs around the building

This is a beautiful newer apartment community! It is well-kept up, very clean and looked brand new upon move in. Community staff is helpful! The residents are friendly and so far there have been no issues. Happy to call this place home!
