Great community and staff, great location, and everything is easily accessible. There is no elevator because the building is just 3 stories, so I wouldn't advise moving a lot of stuff on your own if you're on the higher floors. But overall great atmosphere and vibes

Camden Phipps has been my home since February 2018. The staff has made me feel welcome, shows a true sense of urgency with all my requests and needs, and the amenities are amazing! I could not ask for a better place to live! Jesus, Nicholas, Jessi, Freddy, and Doug E Fresh make Camden Phipps one of the best! What an amazing team!

I love Camden Phipps it has been my home for 5 years now! I am so thankful to have found a location that is secluded off the main road, great access to 400, quiet and safe dog friendly community along with great maintenance and management on the property! Not to mention free parking for my guests with gate code access! Honestly if your considering apartments in Buckhead check it out for sure! :-)

I just moved to the area from NJ. Jessi was awesome in assisting throughout the whole process long-distance. I wasn't here in time for a delivery and she went above and beyond to help with that. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The complex grounds are clean and there is a lot of available parking. The apartments are in an awesome area, very convenient for daily errands (Target, groceries, etc) as well as exciting outings (luxury malls and fine dining restaurants). I'm very happy I chose Camden Phipps!

We loved living at Camden Phipps- our 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. Parking being included in rent was a huge bonus and we loved the pool area. I'd definitely recommend living there- we were very sad to leave and only did so because of a job relocation.

Our leasing consultant, Jesus Perez, was absolutely fantastic and helped answer all of our questions efficiently and thoroughly. I don't usually fill out surveys but I just wanted to note that he is definitely going to be my point of contact throughout the remainder of our lease (and hopefully if we sign for another term). During our visit, two customers came in completely irate. His patience was absolutely immeasurable and he handled it with such finesse. I told him that I had no problem in waiting as he was the only one staffed at that time. During this period, he handled the concerns of the customer and sent them on their way (I believe it was a maintenance request). While our unit and the surrounding area was ultimately the reason we chose Camden Phipps, Jesus did an amazing job in selling the place and laying everything out in a concise and professional manner.

I have lived at Camden Phipps for over a year now and just resigned my lease. I love it here, the office staff and maintenance crew are second to none. They do their best to keep us informed of any situations or upcoming situations as soon as possible. The maintenance crew responds quickly, they're always friendly and professional. Camden Phipps is very pet friendly, my dog and I always feel welcomed and cared for. The office is always fully stocked on dog treats for my pup. She loves visiting the office staff, especially Jesus and Jessi, they're always very sweet and attentive to her. I would highly recommend moving to Camden Phipps. It is not a decision you will regret!

We recently moved to Camden and we are loving every single thing about it! Jesus helped us find our unit and he was absolutely phenomenal in making sure we found our perfect home. He visited available units and sent us videos of them (since we were unable to schedule a tour), answered any and all questions we had and worked diligently to make sure we had a smooth transition into Camden Phipps. Nick has also been incredible! He has shared so many great tips and information on the community and the neighborhood and we're so thankful to have him and Jessie as managers. The apartments are impeccable! Everything is brand new, in perfect conditions, and the residents take pride in where they live. The location offers so much! Restaurants, malls, and is walking distance from a Marta station, Target and across the street from Phipps Plaza. We have never felt this excited to a part of a community like we are to be a part of Camden Phipps!

Disgusting, dangerous and shady AF. Stay away. I tried moving in back in August. They bait and switched me on the apartment and I ended up with a different layout. The apartment itself was unsafe (black mold and broken tiles in the bathrooms, warped floors which prevented furniture from sitting properly) which they refused to remedy (they “treat” black mold with latex paint in the apartments as opposed to removing it or containing it with Killz, I tried to explain that but they didn’t care). The grounds are littered with dog poop and dead roaches. They let me immediately break my lease, but took me to collections for the cost of the month even though I never moved in. I was charged for pet fees, full rent, common charges, etc. Also, one of my employees that lives there was collapsed and was rushed to the hospital with the cause being exposure to black mold. Stay away for your own safety and sanity.

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in a great Buckhead location there are a lot of options. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in a great Buckhead location with amazing customer service, there is only one option. Camden Phipps is the only choice. The assistant manager, Noe, is absolutely outstanding! When I enter and exit the office I am greeted with a warm smile. Noe consistently goes above and beyond any 'standard' expectations from management office personnel. Currently, our community is being repainted and Noe offered to help us move our patio furniture inside!! I highly doubt you will find another community where the assistant manager offers to do this. Also, the maintenance team here is outstanding! They are courteous, prompt, and efficient. Work orders are usually completed before the 48 hour deadline. The team is always friendly when you see them in the community. Much like doctors have lost their bedside manner, customer service in many places is not what it once was. That is not the case at Camden Phipps. Noe, the leasing staff, and the maintenance team have brought customer service back to what it was always meant to be, and then some! Welcome home.

The staff and maintenance crew go above and beyond for each resident. I have lived here over two years and could not be happier. They also have renovated and improved the property tremendously since first moving in over two years ago without jeopardizing the residents' use of the amenities. Thank you Camden for all your hard work and hospitality to each resident.

Just moved to Camden Phipps from another Camden property, the staff is extremely helpful. The move-in/leasing process is very easy and took no time to complete. Apartments are nice and clean and in a safe community. Overall a great move in experience.

I've lived at Camden Phipps for almost a year and a half now and have not had any complaints! The office staff is super helpful and extremely friendly! They have truly stepped up over the past few months to improve issues in the complex like parking and have updated many of the facilities. Any time that i've had to put in a maintenance request, they've been prompt, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Camden Phipps anyone looking to move!!

I have lived at Camden for almost four years and I have seen several managers and assistant managers come and go. Michael Holmes (manager) and Noe Pineda (assistant) currently manage the property. The community is very clean, has more than enough parking for residents, and my maintenance requests have always been handled timely. Noe is relatively newer to the community and he has been a great contribution to Camden. He greets residents with a smile and always goes above and beyond to make sure needs are met. Michael has brought many positive changes since he took over managing the property. He is an exemplary manager who genuinely cares for everyone's comfort and safety. He is the first to arrive to work and the last to leave. Since Michael and Noe arrived, the gym has been remodeled, a large canopy has been added to the grill/pool area, security cameras have been installed throughout the property and my experience living here has sincerely been more pleasant. You won't find a better deal for your money in Buckhead outside of Camden Phipps. Michael and Noe truly do a phenomenal job.

Camden Phipps is an excellent location for young professionals who work in Buckhead or the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody on the Perimeter, I've worked in both places and it is ideal for commuting. The accommodations are nice and you feel secluded from the city while being right in it. The Maintenance staff is always prompt and Doug, Dan, and Freddy keep everything looking nice and working well. Price is reasonable and very competitive.

As someone who has moved around quite a bit, I've had an excellent experience thus far with Camden Phipps. Micheal, Noe, and the awesome maintenance team have gone above and beyond to make my move-in experience painless. Not only was I able to get my keys the very next day, the guys on the maintenance team offered to help me move some of my things, including heavy furniture! Talk about customer service. So grateful to them! As hectic as moving across states can be, these guys really helped to make me feel welcomed in Atlanta. Not to mention my apartment rocks :) Totally recommend...

I have been living at Camden Phipps for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. The maintenance staff is the absolute best. Freddy and Doug are always very efficient and make every resident a priority. I can always count on them to complete every maintenance request I have as quickly as possible. When I hear my friends complaining about how they can never get anything fixed at their apartment, I can't help but to brag about how awesome Camden Phipps is when it comes to apartment fixes. I also can't forget to mention how great the front desk staff is Michael, Crea and Noe are so kind and take care of anything for me. I feel safe and at home here, thank you Camden Phipps !!

I love living at Camden Phipps! I've been here for 10 years and it's still by far the best spot in the neighborhood, in my opinion. I have a great unit with plenty of storage space, great facilities and excellent maintenance and office staff who really care about the residents. Michael is a very approachable yet competent property manager, Freddie and Doug take excellent care of any maintenance request within minutes, and Crea is a pleasure to work with in the office. Thank you, Camden Phipps!

I'm impressed with this place so far! It seems like a great value for the location, and the staff have been very considerate. I haven't had any issues with parking, there are plenty of spots available near my unit. The walls seem a little thin- I can hear the neighbor above me when he walks around, but not much can be done about that... The people here seem nice and normal, and so far it's been a great experience.

We just moved in not too long ago but everyone so far has been so impressive. We've looked at 10 different apartments before we moved in and I'm so glad we did our homework and decided to go with Camden Phipps. All the staff especially Michael who helped us so much throughout the move to the maintenance staff Doug (he's so nice and helpful), have made our living experience even more enjoyable. Very convenient location and quiet, clean and secure. I highly recommend this place! Hopefully we'll continue to enjoy it :)

The area is in great walking distance to everything and minutes from midtown and downtown, but management could care less about the safety of the residents. At one point they were breaking into units (complete home invasions ) and security was hired for a week until the commotion died down. Then they threw up a few camera's as if it would be a deterrent, NOT! The staff is friendly and nice, but upon move out they will charge erogenous fees for issues that were apparent before moving in at move out. The staff does not communicate with one another. so make sure to get everything in writing. If carpet looks old at move in write it down, If there was patch work done to an area at move in write it down, if there's a dent to appliances at move in write it down. Trust me, if you don't, you will be paying the cost of whatever they have to replace! Now, let's talk parking. Good luck in finding parking anywhere in the complex after a certain time. They have attempted to fix the issue, however, there are too many units for the allotted parking spaces they have on site. Don't dare have guest over. They have assigned parking for guest, but the residents remove their parking decals and fill up guest parking. Then the pool is always shut down due to inspection issues. If you decide to live here, good luck and make sure to arm yourself with a gun. You will need it!

Camden is an amazing place to live. Great location amenities and staff. The main tench crew, especially Doug, go above and beyond to take care of our needs and I can't thank them enough. They even chased down a burglar and held them until police arrived, I mean WOW!!!

I have lived at Camden Phipps for 2+ years. Given the quality of the neighborhood, I don't believe there is a community nearby with cheaper rent that would offer the quality of service that the staff at this community provide. They handle maintenance requests very quickly and all of their staff is very professional. They value the satisfaction of residents and they do whatever possible to make residents feel safe and comfortable. As in most areas in the city, parking can be an issue. They have, however, made several changes like creating designated parking for residents and encouraging residents to make that space available for guests. The community is dog and family friendly, and neighbors aren't noisy, residents are friendly and courteous to each other. Like in all neighboring areas, crime occurs occasionally in the summer. Since many security cameras were placed throughout the gate and entire community, I have heard of no crime whatsoever in months. I'd highly recommend this community to anyone interested in leasing.
