Great Mgt Team, excellent service response, very convenient surroundings

Amenities are great such as the Gym and the pool. They are always very clean. The managing team is exceptional, and the reception staff are always helpful, respectful and accommodating. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and completed in a timely manner. That indicates a capable maintenance team and very professional. We moved into the building in April 2024 and we are still renewing our lease for an additional year.

Quick Maintenance after submitting an urgent request

Rickey came to the rescue after my fire alarm went off and was super loud. I submitted my request and it was resolved within about an hour and a half thankfully. I really appreciate the quick fix after I submitted my request.

Amazing views!

Living in this apartment building has been a great experience. The views are absolutely amazing and truly one of the highlights of living here they never get old. The staff is friendly, professional, and responsive, always willing to help and making the building feel welcoming. The location is another huge plus. The neighborhood is lively and convenient, with a wide variety of excellent restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, going out to eat, or running errands, everything is close by, which makes daily life much easier. Overall, this building offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and atmosphere. Between the beautiful views, supportive staff, and walkable neighborhood, I am happy to call Tower on Piedmont home and would definitely recommend to others looking for a great place to live.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about three years now, and it’s truly been a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance man, Rickey. From the moment I moved in, he has been absolutely amazing, always on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that if there’s ever something he doesn’t immediately know how to fix, he takes the initiative to figure it out right away. Whether that means researching, looking it up, or finding the best solution, he’s always on point. That level of dedication really stands out. Just yesterday, I had an issue with my key fob, and Ricky was there within an hour and had me back inside my apartment and moving and grooving again in no time. As always, he was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. We often end up exchanging book recommendations, movies to watch, or music to listen to, which makes every interaction even better. I’m incredibly grateful for Rickey and everything he does. Thank you for always being reliable, professional, and genuinely kind. Thanks for being you, Rickey, it truly makes a difference.

Great Maintenance Crew

The maintenance staff has always been great, especially Ricky. He came out last night at 1:30 am in the morning to fix the battery on my door so that it could be unlocked. He did it with a smile. All buildings should have a maintenance crew like the one we have here. He always has a smile and is always ready to help. .Thanks.

I recently hired Rickey for a series of repairs around my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his work. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, prepared, and extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, offered practical solutions, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary—which I really appreciated. Over the course of the job, he repaired drywall, fixed a leaking faucet, installed shelving, and even helped troubleshoot an electrical issue. Every task was done carefully and efficiently. What stood out most was his attention to detail; he made sure everything looked clean and functioned perfectly before considering the job complete. Our heater went out in the afternoon and by noon the next day Ricky had us back up and running. Maintenance always has good customer service and tries to accommodate if the problem can't be fixed immediately. Plus Rick always drops some wisdom on us. ????????????

The Tower on Piedmont is a great and safe location and luxury style living. They provide 24/7 front desk conceirge service that greats you with a smile. The leasing agents are super nice and very accommodating, they always make time for their residents, it’s really a family environment. Located right by Publix, LA fitness, and Lenox mall; it’s one of the best high rises in Atlanta.

Price and Ricky, the maintenance team, have truly exceeded all my expectations in making me feel settled and at home. They’ve gone above and beyond with every request I’ve had—from getting my door repainted to ensuring my stovetop was spotless. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded so quickly and with such kindness, always eager to help in any way they can. I can honestly say that they’ve made my move-in experience so much smoother and stress free. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Devin, the leasing agent. He has been incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process. I had the opportunity to see a few different layouts, and Devin was more than happy to show me the apartments multiple times until I found the perfect one. He answered every one of my questions with such kindness and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire leasing process so much easier and more enjoyable.
