[Incentivized Review] Thus is by far the best apartment to live at in the Atlanta metro area. The management Team goes above and beyond to meet with the needs of their tenants. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to each and every one of their tenants. They operate a great team of staff, management, and maintenance. I am a proud tenant living here. And I would definitely recommend this beautiful complex for anyone interested in moving in.

Maintenance team is phenomenal!

We recently moved into our new apartment and Rick and Price have been phenomenal in helping us get settled in - taking care of all the small concerns with a new move-in quickly and with a smile! Can’t thank them enough for making our new apartment feel like home!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE; beautiful amenities

From the moment I spoke with Clinton to book a tour, I had a feeling I was in good hands. The day of our tour, we arrived a bit early so we did explore the surrounding area which included a Publix, La Fitness, and a Massage Spa all in walking distance. This is a major plus as I do workout regularly. We were greeted warmly by the young lady in the front who also offered us refreshments and personally escorted us to the restroom prior to the tour. Did I mention they have Starbucks in the lobby? My kids will love that! Although I did not see a dog park, the building is very pet friendly and welcomes animals with open arms. This was also a concern Devin eased for me regarding moving in with a cat and a dog. Overall, definitely worth the time to stop in, check out this residency, and experience the top notch service offered JUST for touring. I am very pleased with my visit and I look forward to working with Devin on finding the perfect unit for my family and I. Thanks again for answering all my questions and then some!

Great experience

Amazing vibe and energy from the property as soon as you walk in! Concierge is friendly, Clinton and Devin immediately made me feel at home. Floorplans are large, renovations are gorgeous, and the building is super private. Excited to move in!

Quiet and Well Kept…

Such a niche cute property! small, quaint and quiet! From the concierge to the office staff (shoutout devin and clinton) the experience was 10/10! The building is well kept, the renovations are beautiful, and the views?? well. You gotta see yourself. Such a unique find in an unbeatable location. Cant wait to make a home here!!

Great Place To Live!

I love Tower on Piedmont! Amazing building. Recently renovated and upgraded. Price and Ricky on the Maintenance team are super friendly and always smiling! There's a new Publix close by. Great area that's close to restaurants and to the highway.

Door battery replacement

Perfect tour and Beautiful building

From the arrival to an amazing and fresh smelling lobby and the smile of the concierge I knew I was in the right place. But to have had to opportunity to tour with Devin, just move me in TODAY!! Devin is amazing from the amazing personality, familiarity with the property and area, to listening to me go on and on about the beautiful space and the windows..... I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide, reassurance of safety, community feel and vibes.... I sure hope this becomes my new home....... Thanks Devin you made my day!!!

Dead Door Lock

I returned from a 2 week trip to a dead door lock and couldn’t get into my apartment. It was a Saturday evening, but Rickey came in to get it fixed. I was very appreciative of the expedited service given I had just completed a 24 hour travel journey. Thank you Rickey!

The Tower on Piedmont

Rickey was extremely helpful in getting a problem under my sink fixed. He was very responsive and even helped me out on a Sunday. I have had no major issues when living at the tower on piedmont, and the two little things I’ve experienced have been resolved quickly.

Encounter with stasa

I am visiting my daughter here. I was enjoying time at the pool yesterday morning and met Ricky and Sam. They were wonderful ambassadors for your establishment. They maintained focus and professionalism and took care of their task of maintaining the pool. But they also took the time to make me feel welcome and brought joyful conversation to my morning. I really appreciate their hospitality. I often worry about my young daughter being so far from home in a big city. It eases my mind to know that there are good people in her environment and that they are kind, caring and professional.

Love this maintenance team! Mr. Sam is the best!!

Refrigerator was humming , ice was built up causing blockage of the freezer door. Mr. Sam not only cleared the ice and fixed the freezer door closure but he also replaced the filter and ran the water until the water ran clear. PLUS he cleaned the area and left the space super clean. I’m so appreciative!!!

Quick Maintenance Team

I needed to replace the filter in my fridge and Sam got the job done super quick! From the time I informed him of my need till the time it was installed it was less than 30 minutes. Love the maintenance staff at The Tower.

Sam was really nice and swift and completed a couple of our maintenance requests all in one visit which was really convenient for us. Overall our experience was really good with him. We put in a request in the night and sam showed up right away the next morning and completed everything in one go.
