Love it here!

I recently moved to tower on piedmont and so far I love, love, love it! Clinton and Tavia have been great throughout my leasing experience they are both very helpful and informative! I also had the pleasure of meeting Rickey with maintenance and he was very friendly and helpful! This community is 10 ++ stars! O and the views are amazing!

Exceptional

Moving always has challenges but Devin made sure that I did not have to face them blindfolded. From my first contacts to my first day, his service was first class. BTW the community events are over the top! Whether you are new to the community or a long time resident, you are welcomed and the experiences at their events draws everyone together. Its great place to call home and kudos to the entire staff for making it so.

Maintenance

The maintenance here at The Towers on Piedmont do a good job. Ricky C. is very prompt and helpful. He handles all issues with ease and patience. Anytime I have an issue, I can count on him to do the work in a timely manner.

Seamless!

I am so in love with my apartment! I have a huge apartment with the most fantastic view spanning from downtown Atlanta to Stone Mountain. Our leasing person was Clinton, and he was exceptional from touring the apartment, to the move-in process. Moving is chaotic enough, he made everything very simple and smooth. I’ve had a pretty good experience and look forward to living here.

On Time Maintenance

This guy is always friendly and when my water filter went out he came up and replaced it and then took a moment to wipe ice up off the floor. The entire staff at this building is so on point, choosing this property was absolutely the right choice.

In searching for my next apartment home, I was referred to this property by a good friend. I stopped in to take a tour. I was greeted by a very friendly concierge team member, and was escorted to the leasing office. I met Clinton, Tavia, Lori, and Natasha. It turned out to be my best tour. The property is going through renovations and looking pretty awesome. The location and views are incredible. I was very pleased with my visit and encounter and I have decided to to make this my next new home. Don't miss visiting this one. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing property

Toured with Natasha. Ask for her, she’s very knowledgeable. Love the photos of the amenities that are going through renovations. Very spacious floor plans with great views of Buckhead and Downtown. Great vibes and it has an at home feel.

Maintenance and Concierge staff are amazing

Rickey takes such good care of us. He is always prompt and courteous. Whenever we need to have something repaired or a light replaced, he is always there with a smile. Tag at the concierge desk is the best in Atlanta. He makes sure we get our packages and deliveries and is an absolute gentleman.
