Place is nice and I feel safe here. Maintenance is always very helpful and happy to help with anything we need. Good amenities including pool, dog park and a small gym. This is more than enough info and it's crazy that there is a minimum.

Very helpful and always does thing in a timely manner. Also, when I needed my bed out of the mail room the team did it efficiently. Great place to live and the neighborhood is full of nice people along with it being pretty quiet.

I'm happy this is nice place. Even with issues, they address is accordingly. Super nice. Neighbors are chill. I don't have pets and don't like dogs but it's nice to see people walking dogs. Very cute and welcoming.

Very nice place. Sam was very helpful with any questions we had. We are leaning towards leasing here. It will be my daughter living here, she is a student at UNG. It appears to be a safe location, and I like that it is gated.

This has been the first place I have ever lived in alone. After my husband of 56 years passed my children found this apartment and I couldn't be more happy. I feel safe living here and everyone from the staff to neighbors has been so friendly.

Living here has been a very positive experience. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the staff are always professional and responsive. My only suggestion would be adding another dumpster toward the middle or front of the complex, since walking all the way to the back can be inconvenient at times. Overall, it's a great place to call home.

The office staff are great. I wish they would do more background on tenants. They need to hold pet owners accountable for leaving dog feces. The buildings need pressure washed. Would love to see better dog park.

I have lived here since July 2021. Work orders are responded to in a timely manner. The staff has done everything they can do to fix the pool situation. From the security guard checking the wristbands and people are coming from the new subdivision trying to get into the pool. Landscaping company comes once a week. The staff does everything they can to ensure the trash compactor is working.

Rented this apartment for 6 months so I can hopefully sell my home in Dallas GA and buy one in the Dawsonville or Dahlonega area to be closer to my family and friends. After losing my husband in January 2025 I have just been taking one day at a time.

Great location, though 3 bedroom/2 bath houses renting across the street for same price as 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Community landscaping has much to be desired. Leasing consultants have no personality. Secure community.
