Been good. Everyone seems quiet and courteous. Would be nice if people respected the pool rules. The trash area gets overwhelming at times when people just drop trash outside the compactor. Overall the complex is nice. Walls seem a little thin

Great place to live! Quiet, quaint, clean and lots of wonderful amenities. So convenient to shops and restaurants. Maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues which is a huge plus. Nice social activities.

Great Community with great staff. The only complaint is the noise within the building itself. I think the builder failed to insulate these apartments, so you feel like you're inside a Home Depot shed not a home. You can hear all the conversations and all the action from every neighbor behind the wall and upstairs. Zero insulation. Otherwise the community is super quiet, clean and safe, and like I said the staff is AMAZING!

This place is great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have been here since they opened and have not had any issues. I plan on staying here for a while. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a beautiful place to live. The free coffee helps.

Office staff is polite and responsive to needs/complaints. Maintenence has a very quick turn around and very nice as well. The community engagement is wonderful. The office really tries to create fun events for all ages, very inclusive. Overall the neighborhood is nice. However some of the residents are abominable. This is supposed to be a smoke free community and it is far from it. Not everyone that lives can conduct themselves appropriately. Lots of drinking and possible drug use. The office had to shut down the pool because of offensive and destructive behavior, from adults. The office does what they can but they can only control so much.

Nice community with nice amenities. Package room is very useful considering I get a lot of packages delivered. Apartment is good size and looks nice inside and outside. Office staff is always helpful and the gate has worked very well since we have been here

Advenir of Dawson Hills is a very high quality gated property with all the amenities you could need. The staff are very warm yet professional and very responsive to the needs of the residents. The structure is very sound so the noise from neighboring apartments is minimized. The grounds are well groomed and the campus is very pet friendly. Highly recommend Advenir of Dawson Hills.

This is one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance group have been great and handle any maintenance problems quickly. It's nice having the pool to swim in and the area and pool are always clean. Also having the fitness center makes working out convenient. Great place to live!!

The complex is unique in its layout all while being on the small side of the resident population. The apartments are well-kept. I moved into an apartment sight unseen which was scary, but I was pleasantly surprised. The office or maintenance staff were happy to help with any issues I encountered. My one gripe would be that the walls are quite thin due to the unique layout of the complex.
