Sophie was very helpful during the move in process. The community is safe and quiet. I really love the location of the complex, it feels so homey. I also love the dog park, it's perfect for my small dog. You can tell they really care about the tenants!

Overall great experience here and great location. Close to home and main shopping centers and grocery stores. Lived here since February and have had no issues. Walls could be a bit better for sound but everything else is great.

Location is excellent and the buildings are well insulated making it a very quiet environment.The grounds are well kept and landscaping company comes every week and maintains the grounds so that it is pleasing to look at with all pants and grassy areas neatly trimmed.

The location is great. It's right off of 400 and I can easily exit without issues. Grocery stores, gyms, schools, and restaurants are all quick and easy drives. The staff is one of the main reasons why I came back and started a new lease. They are always nice and answer back within 24 hours. It's a great place to live when you're in college/starting new career

Lowflow toilets are disgusting, unsanitary, constantly break because they need WATER to function, and don't save water because they have to be flushed an extra 5x per use. We don't live in a water conservation state. They make a high quality unit look like a low quality dump.

Welcome home to a place that feels like home

I moved here into a 1 bedroom 9/22 and then a 2 br 4/23. Absolutely love it here. Friendly people that I now call friends. The green space is a great place for dog walking and other activities. Pool with cabanas, fire pit, and grill. Largest gym I've ever seen in an apartment neighborhood. 1 mile to Lake Lanier. 1 mile to Publix and other shopping. 2 miles will get you to dozens of restaurants. And did I mention the sunsets behind the hills? If you're thinking about moving here, stop thinking and just do it! 3 days from first inquiry to move in. Love Marley and Sophie!

Could be great

Dog waste all over! Despite multiple notices from the office that owners should pick up their dog's waste, the issue remains. However, even when notifying the office of offenders, the office claims to take action, but the behavior of the owner doesn't change. The landscaping is poor with weeds and plants not being maintained with the exception of near the office. Their attempt at a dog park is a gravel patch in the middle of a large grassy field. Incredibly small and stupidly constructed. The units are cheaply and hastily constructed with poor materials and poor craftsmanship. The heavy metal doors do not have arrestors on them so inconsiderate neighbors will slam their door at all hours of the day. There is practically no sound isolation between units and the lower levels will hear the upstairs tenants stomping around as well as whatever movie they decide to watch. The walk-in shower was improperly installed and resulted in mold and water damage to the wall. The HVAC unit in the unit above started leaking water and because the tenant didn't report it, water started streaming out of a wall switch and out from under the baseboard. The only nice thing is the appliances. The community grills have not been cleaned or maintained in at least two years. The parking allocation is sparse meaning you can get lucky with a spot near your unit or be in front of a different building entirely. I have zero confidence in the office staff's ability to rectify issues despite their caring facade. I cannot recommend this place despite how good it seems on paper.

The community smiles at you when they pass u by on the sidewalk, offerings a helping hand if u r n need, the summers here are the best at the pool, the gym offers everything you need!
