The apartment is mainly college and young adults. They do speed through the parking lot, but a stern look gets the message through. The grill was entirely on fire once cause someone left it unattended. Luckily we had the porch door open and I turned off the gas. The guy eventually came up and said he was using it and letting it warm up...I told him never leave it unattended. There have been efforts to create a monthly interactive thing, but most of us are here to eat and sleep.

Advenir at Dawson Hills is a beautiful community. We just did a tour with Marley. Marley was very friendly and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered she didnt rush us through like some other communities have. We looked at a 0ne bedroom and found them to be just perfect and beautiful. Exactally what we are looking for. The view of the woods behind are georgeous. Would highly recommend these apartments. Thank you Marley for being so kind.

The community is quiet and quaint. The apartment complex is in a safe location and have several security officers living on the premises. It is centrally located to everything you need. The staff is always cordial and courteous. I can't say enough good things about the complex and community.

Our experience has been awesome. We have enjoyed everything so far. The staff is very friendly, and maintenance is extremely helpful/fast. The apartments are very nice and modern. Also, the monthly rates are very competitive for this area.

I love living at the Advenir the management and maintenance are so nice. The neighbors are great have never had a problem. The pool and gym are amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to come live here.

From the moment I stepped into the office I have received nothing but courteous and professional service from Marley. She also went above and beyond when I asked to downsize from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment both of my move-in experiences with this community have been excellent. The grounds, the maintenance, the neighbors, and all aspects of living in this community have been nothing but a pleasure.

The mold situation was a bit of an issue, but it got solved well eventually. Everyone has been super nice and understanding. We definitely like living here and would like to continue living here. It's beautiful

Overall I have had a great experience. Aside from the few things that could be tweaked, such as the limit of dog poop and the parking situation. Maybe a way we could benefit would be to have more dog poop collectors. Or maybe surveillance cameras could help encourage people to pick up after there dogs.

Friendly staff. Nice layout of apartment. Pool area and amenities looked clean and quiet. Gym area was bigger than most gyms in apartments I have lived in. The area is great for shopping and grocery stores are convenient.

I enjoy where I live. easy access to 400, 20 minutes from Gainesville and Dahlonega. Relatively quiet , great pool and work out room. Staff is always helpful and easy to contract and they respond quickly.

Complex is kept clean. Close to Walmart, Publix and Kroger. Close to the Outlet Mall. Close to many places to eat. Close to Discount Tire. Easy exit and entry off the road into the complex area. Community is gated.

Beautiful apartments! We moved in, and it was super clean! We have a dog and baby, and we love walking them around! Everything about this place is nice! We had some hard water buildup, and maintaince came and cleaned the piece within a few hours! They were in and out in no time, and super nice and friendly. This place has a wonderful family aspect. Families are always out and about!

It has met my needs. Pool and workout facilities are above average. Staff has been quick, responsive, and effective in handling any questions or concerns that i have had. There was a time when the landscaping was poor, but that now seeems to be handled

I moved into Advenir Dawson Hills in February of 2022 and the only problem I've had was with the smoke detector beeping. They immediately came and fixed it. The apartment layout is vey user friendly when you have guests over. I have a two bedroom. It is dived by the kitchen/living area. It smells clean, it's very modern, plenty of storage area. Wonderful place to live. I've also had no issues with feeling safe. I'm a single woman living alone. I plan to live here for a while.

Front office is always helpful and on top of any concerns. They keep pool area clean. And dog cans clean and stocked with bags. And the complex has always been safe. Even if you don't lock your doors. Great place to live.

The staff is great. The complex has some issues that I've noticed. The dumpster is a problem area. Frequently when the dumpster is gone (being dumped & emptied itself) there isn't a replacement one, in it's place. Therefore, people leave their garbage & lean it against the wall. Other people see this & follow suit & leave their garbage against the wall. Before long there is a large collection and is unsightly & is a safety & health issue. Please note this.

If you are looking for a clean and nice apartment you don't have to look any further!! They go above and beyond to help you! When something breaks they are hear the same day to look to see what needs to be done. My microwave broke and they had it replaced with in few days.
