          Amazing!

            Great

            Aaron came very professional and was able to get my heating together and provided a new filter which he saw I didn’t have. He was proactive with making sure all of my work orders were taken care of so no one had to come back. I would definitely ask by name for him to come back and do any other work that I may need. Customer service was 10/10!

              No I do not wish to comment any further about my experience here because I do not like living here I wish I could move today but your prices are not what they should for these motel 6 apartments. I know people who pay the same price as I do with the same close proximity to things and their apartment is 10 times better than this. I hate this place and I wish I never moved here but the people who were here before yall were so much nicer and better to communicate with

                Great service

                This review is for Aaron. He did a great job during his visit. I’ve had a clogged sink and tub and he took care of it during his inspection. He was professional and did great work. Probably the best thing that’s happen to this property.

                    THE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE AND POSTED BY OFFICE STAFF

                    The apartment office staff posted a review on this website, with my email address, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Don't even get me started on the staff. They wait weeks to fix things from maintenance requests, mold, A/C can't keep up in the summer, monthly inspections, neighbors garbage sitting outside, the list goes on.

                                          My experience at the complex hasn’t been the best. Management has continuously changed from property manger to property manager in less than a year’s time. I’ve seen maintenance people come and go. Maintenance request take forever and a date they’re not a priority unless your apartment is on fire or something I guess. The trash service sucks and you pay $30 a month. I rather just take out my own trash it should be optional not required. They tell you apartments come with washer/dryer then later you’ll see you’re also being charged for it $50 a month. By the time you pay all of the added fees it’s not worth it. Just go buy or rent a house you’ll be better off with more space and freedom. My only regret is not renting a home instead. There’s no place for children to safely play and in the summer the pool is always dirty but people swim in it anyways.

                                            it was ok, need a little updating. pool area was closed a significant amount of time, but overall it was good when open. maintenance was slow to respond, staff changed constantly, but was ok on each shift.

                                              Avana cityview is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment complex is nice, and the tenants are very kind as well. It has a very unique feel as it is in almost a forest where you feel like you’re enclosed by nature instead of in the city, which is very nice the leasing agents are amazing and helped me with every step of the way. They are very professional and very patient. They were quick and clear and on a daily basis, go above and beyond to provide for the tenants They did a very good job helping me move in quickly, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for something affordable in the area. Also, this apartment complex is very safe and feels like it is in an enclosed environment, almost like it is in a nature reserve. Always nice to see deer walking past the dog park. It gives you the feel that you are in nature, but you also are in an apartment. It doesn’t get much better than that. Thank you so much. I cannot tell you how happy with my choice in this apartment.

                                                I think it’s unlawful that residents pay to live somewhere that will leave them without AC for weeks at a time. Dealing with this maintenance team has been such a headache. I don’t like to complain but when all of your neighbors are having the same issues and the leasing office and maintenance team are just blowing off your concerns it starts to frustrate you.

                                                  My husband and I have lived in our apartment (which we love!) for 8 years. During that time management has changed hands several times with mixed results. We thought that the latest owner (Greystar) might be a change for the better, but boy were we wrong. Maintenance has always been a weak spot, but they've outdone themselves in 2025: 1. The management company before the current one installed a new dishwasher in our apartment...which promptly broke. The current management refused for months to replace it because (to them) we had just gotten a new dishwasher. Finally, at the beginning of June, they gave us a functioning dishwasher - BUT! Maintenance installed it without a drip pan so the first time we ran it, it leaked all over the kitchen floor. Management has been made aware of the problem, but - based on previous experience - I'm not holding my breath for it to be fixed anytime soon. 2. Our air conditioner has been broken for two months. TWO MONTHS. We've filed multiple maintenance requests, and once every few weeks a guy comes in and tinkers with the unit but then declares that maintenance is waiting on parts/freon/? (take your pick) in order to fully fix the AC. Our electric bill last month was nearly $300 due to us having to keep fans constantly running in every room just so we can keep our apartment at a "cool" 80 degrees. We've been assured we're "first on the list" for repairs, but I call --------. It's nearly July, our apartment is unbearable, and management just doesn't care. Bottom line? Unless you're a big fan of handwashing all your dishes while sweating your brains out, DON'T MOVE HERE.
